I love their style of clothing, and I love how cheap some items are (especially on sale), but I think a lot of their clothing is expensive for being cheap quality. I also don't like their return policy - once you buy, you can exchange or get store credit after a week, but you can't get your money back at all.
So I've bought some pretty neat cheap clothes from F21, but I had a bad experience recently. I spent almost $60 in-store and ended up wanting to return my items. That's when they told me only exchanges and store credit are given to customers who buy items in-store. Otherwise, only ordering online and paying for your own shipping will land you a refund. I decided I will no longer do business with a company that acts so greedily. Besides, their men's section isn't half as extensive as women's anyway.
I made an order with forever21 at the beginning of September 2015. I purchased an item marked for "final sale" and when the order was received, the final sale item was defective. I sent back that particular item (ALSO, THEY DON'T PAY FOR RETURNS) and forever21 refuses to reimburse me for it. They received their shoe back and kept my money. I am filing a claim with the bank because that is robbery.
Not only did they decide to keep the product, their representative called me a "liar." Forever21 is disgusting the way they run their business and have lost a customer.

I order a few blouses, skirts, dresses, pants, shoes and intimates, everything was good, except for the intimates do not buy them from them, they get ruined fast.
This is second time happens to me when I order on line, did not receive my merchandise, and when I contact them, they told me that they were going to open a investigation with ups,... I wait like 3 weeks, and when I called back, they told me that my merchandise was been delivery to me, but they didn't know what happen, I guess they send it to wrong place, so at the end, I lost my money, cause THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU MONEY, theI don't know why people like this song, it's just some guy singing in a high pitch auto tuned voice to the plot of a dumb game in wich you sit on a chair look at a camera and close a door when these robotic animals are near you.and this is a "good game". Like really there are tons of games out there and this game get tons of support, in fact so much support that this comment will possibly get hate y don't care if u receive you order or not, not even replace it, sure this place Sucks,,,,,,,,,,,
I ordered a four pack body mist a hydrating concealer a plum colored lip crayon and a eyeshadow palette. The eyeshadow is okay, yet when I opened the hydrating concealer it has been broken off the tube and the lid was filled with ( the little bit it had) of the concealer. Useless. Threw it away since it fell on the floor anyways lol. So then I open up my lip crayon and surprise surprise its not as I expected from the color the site had and called it plum. More of a red deep dark ish. Body mist time. I open up the body mist ( since I was in Ottawa and bought the hand creams which smelled great! And tempted me to order the body mist versions) And sprayed once or twice. Nothing. Sprayed like ten more times and hardly a smell. So this is my review, believe it or not forever 21 has some downs and I am surprised. Not to mention I get this parcel On the day of my birthday.

Return an order of 8 pair of jeans; which were all too small. I paid $20.00 to get a shipping from USPS. After three weeks and no refund, I contact Forever 21. They inform me the items has not been returned to the warehouse yet that I need to make a claim with USPS. Which is ridiculous as online is clearly saying the package was delivered. I went to post office and they provided me with the person name and exact time the package was received by the warehouse. I call Forever 21 back with this new information and they say the warehouse has not scan the package yet and advise me to call back in a week. I call back, still no items. After 3 months of dealing with several very rude customer service reps, I finally get a nice rep (Gerlie) and she email the warehouse and find the items were there. She kindly email me and said my refund will issue in original form of payment. I check my account and Forever refund $8.38. They said I only return 1 item. Why would I pay $20.00 to track an $8.38 pair of jeans?
Even worse, the customer service rep (Monica) today act as if its no big deal and she will email the warehouse. I ask for a supervisor and she said no one is available. I ask for contact information to the warehouse and she said its confidential.
Needless to say, I will NEVER EVER order or purchase anything from Forever 21 again.
I was waiting for a promotion on some items that I really wanted and when the promotion came I was so happy and ordered everything from forever21.com on Sept 6 and received a confirmation email. Now on Sept 8 I get an email saying my order is cancelled, apparently because I entered my cellphone in my billing information instead of my home phone.
So I call the company thinking I'll make the payment again with them and get my order. But no. Once they cancel the order they can't reinstate it, and if you order again they won't give you back the promotion you had, what a scam! I tried talking to a supervisor but "one is not available". Now I am a very UNHAPPY customer! Why don't you call me before cancelling the order to try to take the payment again? Why can't you apply the same promotion if you already did cancel the order, by manually adjusting the bill on a new order? Because NO ONE CARES! The Philipinos you speak to don't give a damn. Oh and they also lie to your face. I was told the cancellation email was sent on the same day as I placed the order, but in fact it was sent on the 8th, two days later, when the promotion had expired.
I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM HERE. Save your nerves and shop somewhere else because this company has no respect for their customers and will not offer you any solutions, they just repeat the same bs like a broken record! I'm fuming.
Everytime I order from Forever21 I get an email to review the products, it says "We'll let you be the judge". Then I reviewed this jumpsuit cullotes that I got from them, gave it 1 star because the zipper got broken the 1st time I was gonna wear it. The item was cute but very low quality zipper. I am pissed coz I can't and have not used the item and they won't even post my review. I reviewed it twice and when I go to the website there's no review yet for the said item. They only post good reviews.

I ordered 4 in stock items on the 25 of august. ITS SEPTEMBER 2 AND STILL NO PACKAGE! I ordered it for the first day of school thinking that 8 days was enough for it to ship. GUESS NOT. I guess I should've ordered it a MONTH in advance!

Buyers Beware! I had to return an item due to forever21.com sending me the wrong item and they promised to refund the shipping costs after I sent back their wrong item. After several phone calls and email attempts to resolve the issue, they refuse to refund me the shipping costs. I reported them to the BBB and if you look at their website, Forever21.com has a grade "F". I will not order anything from this website again after this experience. I'd encourage other potential customers to look into asos.com (free shipping and free return shipping) or nordstrom.com and get better quality product from better companies!
I tried to order jewellery on the site. I have put all my details in but does not take me to the last page that confirms my purchase. It just reloads on to the home page. I have tried this about 4 times and does the same thing. You would think the website would be the easiest part of any companies structure. What a waste of my time and a shame forever 21 have lost a client. Ridiculous!
Beware of ordering online. They will charge you the wrong price and then, even when you prove it by showing the tag on what you received, they won't adjust anything because they say it was a markdown. It was the original tag with no writing on it.
I bought a shorts, terrible clothes, I used one time and this is complet damage, oooo Lord. I went to the store, because I used one time, but I used, then the manager said, that can't do nothing. I will not buy nothing at forever 21. It's like a Disposable thing. I am really disapointed.
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!
