It took 12 days for my order to get to me. Slowest shipping I've ever had to deal with. I usually hate going to the stores but I guess I have no choice
I placed my order on December 26, a day after Christmas purposely. Standard shipping which is what I chose is 2-5 days. It is now January 5th and nothing. I previously checked my order status online and it said my expected arrival date was January 4th, I checked just now and it now says January 8th. 2-5 days quickly turned to two weeks. Not pleased whatsoever
It has taken 10 days for my order to arrive. I think that's appauling as it stated delivery would take 2-5 days for delivery. Very disappointed. Also don't use the track my order on the forever21 website as it's useless. Instead once you receive the email saying it's been shipped, click on the big long code (tracking number) and it will take you to a much clearer website- UPS delivery. I wouldn't be annoyed if they hadn't stated it would take 2-5 days cos that's not true!
Well I had two separate shipments cause I realized I forgot to buy something. So they both conformed my order was coming, then 1 week and a half later, one of my orders came, and since the other order was shoes which was another one of my orders, I thought it would take longer. Oh no, I ordered this on black friday, since christmas I still haven't received it. Then I called customer service and checked online and they canceled it for me and still haven't refunded back my money!
Ordered from forever 21. Standard shipping. 8 days later still have not received my order. And no estimated delivery time. Ridiculous. Ordered from Victoria secret same day had it in my hands 2 days later same standard shipping. Last time I will purchase from forever 21.
The last review says their apart of Fashion Mia and they are not. People please do your research before you buy. China steals stock images from websites and mislead many people on what they get. FOREVER 21 IS NOT APART OF FASHION MIA. The quality is what you pay for so its a 50/50 chance. Honestly do your research before you purchase something because China does steal stock images from websites like forever 21 macy's and many more.

I bought two dresses for an upcoming Christmas party. I did not have time to try them on, had picked out the two online and ran into a store to pick them up over a lunch break I had during a long work week. I need convenience when I shop and know plenty of people who will buy multiple items, take them home, and make a decision, then return what they won't wear. I wanted to take the dresses home, try them on with the shoes I had and see which one I liked better and return the one that didn't work. I attempted to return the dress, obviously unworn, with tags, the receipt, and the original form of payment and was told that they only do store credit or exchanges for returns and that was a standard policy with the company. I don't want store credit to a store like Forever 21. Even though I had everything else with me, tags, original receipt, had only tried the dress on, they would not let me get my money back. I kind of get this if every cashier is telling EVERY customer this is the return policy when they check out, but that is definitely NOT the case. When I can return an unworn item with everything in tact at probably 90% of every other retailer I shop at, how would I have known that was the case? I rarely shop at Forever 21. I worked at Banana Republic for 6 years, so I get retail. I understand it's not favorable to deal with returns--->that counts against sales, obviously, but if something was clearly unworn, we would never question the customer and of course return their money if they had the original form of payment with them. The reason I chose them for a holiday dress is because I was going to spend money on something that I wouldn't be wearing that often, so I didn't want to spend a TON of money. I will never shop at Forever 21 again, ever, for this reason alone. After speaking with store managers and them not helping me out at all even though I would never have known that was the return policy unless I had gone online and read over their website, (which no customer should have to do every time they want to buy something) I am convinced more than ever, how cheap and crappy their store is based on this fact alone.
I really like forever 21 the quality of clothes isn't the best but I ordered something online and they ship right away and items were exactly what I wanted! I recommend forever 21 it's awesome
Ill admit, there are some pieces i get from forever21, that seem to be really well made, but they have upped their prices A LOT in the last couple of years... a lot of their clothes are still really sh*tty and have super thin fabric or shrink when they're not suppose to. Their genuine materials collections (leather, suede, etc) are very well made and beautiful, but that doesn't mean they should start charging the same prices for the cheaper versions. Overall, I would say, if you want forever 21 prices with better quality clothes, go to H&M. They are 500X better.
On 12/2/15 Forever 21 sold me a damaged cardigan (receipt # 6008-05-*******). I contacted Forever 21 customer service department, and was told that although the merchandise was sold to me damaged, they are unable to accept returns if tags are not attached. This is consumer fraud and evidently the standardized corporate policy of Forever 21. I have photographs of the 5 rows of beads torn off the $49.99 cardigan they fraudulently sold me, including my receipt.
Forever 21 has never been my favorite store; however I do respect their affordable prices. I don't like their return policy (only store credit), but that is understandable considering the prices. You get what you pay for, some quality is good, some not so much. I currently love a velvet skirt that I bought there a year ago. Their store is often really messy, but they are less so since they've changed locations at my mall. I don't think I'll ever buy more than one or two items a year from them, but I respect that fact they help many women (21 or not) find clothes that they like for an affordable price (even if the item may last for only a few months).

I placed an order 17 days ago, and I still didn't get it. They say that my address was not deliverable! When I called customer service to see what went wrong as what happened is very odd, he was very unhelpful, he said I don't have time to call the postal office to correct this, it's a Monday! When I asked him to give me his first name, he was like "they call me ER". I asked him to let me talk to a supervisor, he stalled and said the supervisor might not be available then he put me on hold and said this might take a while, like 10 minutes. I said no problem I'll wait and guess what! It was only 20 seconds till I talked to a supervisor which was fully aware of the whole situation (I don't know how in 20 seconds). Anyway, the supervisor named "Joycee" told me she will personally look into this and will investigate and get back to me in 24-48 hours. 48 hours later and nothing, I called them again, and asked to speak with her, they said she was not available to speak right now. They said I have to wait for my order to go back to shipper which might take up to 3 weeks, then they will send me an email asking what to do next, If I was to ask for it to be shipped again it will take an extra 5-9 business days. Do the math. That's like getting my order after 2 months! Absurd! They refused to make another order and expedite it then cancel this one. Seriously by far, that is the WORST customer service EVER! Never again shopping from there!
Placed an online order over a month ago. Called customer service 3 times and all 3 times they gave me different answers on my order status. Cancelled order and awaiting refund as the last customer service attendant kept going around in circles and laughed at how frustrated I was at the situation. Hopefully I will see my refund but it is certainly the last time I will ever spend a penny with this company.
I recently placed an order that took 16 days to arrive. The clothing was for a special occasion which came and went without the order arrival. It was supposed to arrive in half the time it took. I attempted to cancel the order with no response. Then when j called to request comped shipping to return the order was denied. Customer service support was useless and apparently there are no supervisors or managers available ever. Clothes aren't the best quality but you pay for what you get.
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
