I've ordered from this site a few times they have some good prices. I love everything I order! If you are debating on whether or not you should order something don't just do it!
I brought a pair of boot from F21. But the size was smaller than what was mentioned. Quality of product was good.
But they shipped the product in like 20 days.
I was with my friend and she was trying on clothes. I have never had a problem standing outside the dressing room in the hall way to give my opinion of the clothing. The lady that was working told me that I was not allowed to be in the dressing room because I was a male. She said extremely rude it was policy and forced me to stand outside of the dressing room area. Keep in mine there was a mother sitting outside her daughters dressing room. I then grabbed a cute pair of pants that I would have bought if I wasn't so rudely disrespected and asked her to try them on. She then goes up to her manager and ask (loudly) if I was allowed to try them on. The manager told her that she could not tell me I couldn't and she proceeded to lead to a dressing room. When I left the dressing area I spoke to the same manager who was very helpful and explained the situation to. I have never been more disrespected and will NEVER shop at the forever 21 in the mall of Acadiana.
Bad cutomer service and no refund for broken product. The zip on my jeans broke after 2 months, unfortunatly they don't refund after 28 days, which doesn't seem to comply with EU law, but they don't care... The other items were also of very bad quality.
I've wasted 2 days trying to find in the local stores one of the products they advertise on the website. Employees don't have training to support clients properly and their network system doesn't provide accurate inventory information. It was a waste of time on the phone and running from one store to another hoping that I would actually find in store what they have online. Be aware that if you buy their products online and it turns out that you don't like it, you can't return it in the store and you need to pay for shipping it back to their warehouse.
The cloths are cheep and they don't let you get a refund.
They give you store credit because there stuff is crap.

I am a person that never writes a review. I must say everything I have bought so far beyond by expectation. Perfect fit, great quality,. I will continue to by LOVE Forever21.
I am giving them 5 stars. However, I have never had to do anything "special", such as contact customer service, return merchandise, need a refund, or other things like that. When I've ordered online, my items have come on time and in excellent condition. I will continue to shop from Forever 21 because they have really cute clothes and great service.
Going to the store is an awesome shopping experience, but online is fun too. Good new fresh products, everything to shop for. Nice variety. Sizes accurate.
The only reason I ever use Forever21.com is because my mall shut it down 5 years ago and replaced it with a HallMark store (stupid move, lol). Let me just say that Forever21.com can be really expensive. And there's always some sort of dumb limitation or condition with their sales, coupons etc. I've only ordered with free shipping over $50 once, but most times, Idon't spend that much and have to pay atleast $6 shipping. The clothes are to be expected, never anything fantastic. But the shipping though. Like, seriously? I live right here in the U.S. while their warehouse is right in L. A. and it still takes AT LEAST 11-14 days for my items to get to me. Come one now, I've had things like cheap $5 phone cases with free shipping from China come to me in less than a week. SMH. I placed an order the other day on 02/04/16, and it shipped on the 5th via FedEx (eye roll). I just checked the tracking and it's still at their freaking warehouse! It hasn't moved an inch! LOL All it says is "shipping label created", and status will update when package begins to travel... but the anticipated ship date was on the 5th though. But, it's not like expected anything faster... they always let my orders collect a little dust before it actually goes into so motion/transit... that's why I only shop for basics on there...
We will never buy there again. Bought 2 dresses, both way too small, returned 2 days later with receipt in hand, and they will not credit your card used for the purchase. Only a store credit. That is unheard of for a big chain store. And again they lost us as customers.
So I'm familiar with the return policy for products bought in store-- which is absolutely ridiculous and stupid-- but I recently ordered something online and, to say the least, I am pissed off! I ordered something 12/24 and only recieved it 1/4 and I tried to return it less than 1 month before i RECEIVED the product, but apparentely F21 is stupid and says you have one month after it SHIPS OUT. That is the stupidest thing I heard! How am I supposed to return something if I don't even have it? Not only was my product's shipping 8 days, but the product SUCKED and had the worst quality ever. And to add on to that, they wouldn't take the damn thing back! 50$ worth! They are stupid! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!
I returned some items to the Forever 21 NYC store on 1540 Broadway on 28/12/2015. I was told that my money had to be placed on a 'store credit' card which could be used to purchase items online.
Since returning from my christmas holiday in NYC, I have tried to use this card on Forever 21 UK website and I have been unsuccessful to make a payment. After contacting the UK forever 21 customer services I was informed that the reason why I couldn't use it was due to the fact it was locked for the USA.
However when I was in NYC I was given false information by a member of Forever21 Staff (in store) informing me that I could use this voucher on the Internet.
He was well aware that I was from the UK (huge give away from my english accent and I also told him this) as I questioned if I could use it on the UK website too! The staff member ensured me that I could us this store credit online.
If I had known I couldn't spend my money online I would've bought something else in store at the time instead of waiting until I returned to the UK. I am very disappointed that my money is now locked in a forever 21 store credit card and that the sales assistant did not give me a proper refund which could be accessed in the UK.
I am FOREVER (pun not intended) chasing customer services trying to get through to them. The UK customer services have said it's not their problem as it was purchased in America. And the American Customer services have ignored my emails!
So advice to ALL Forever21 customers! Don't invest your money in forever21 clothes like I have otherwise you will have your money stolen from you and be ignored!
This has just upset me so much as I am not in the wrong at ALL yet I have been left out of pocket!

I have been a long time customer of this company for years. I recently made an order a month before Christmas. I kept watching for my package. As per my email and their site it told me the package was delivered. It never was. I have a camera on my porch. I contacted them three times by email before I finally got a response. They told me it would be under investigation by UPS. I waited a month and then called forever 21 customer service. They gave me a date that it would be resolved. The date is a week passed and they have still not replaced or refunded my money. I cant get anywhere with these people. I will never order from them again. I feel like I have been scammed.
F21 has been one of my favorite places to shop since my preteens. They always have cute and trendy clothes, and you usually get what you pay for (sweaters tend to be on the itchy side, thin fabric, etc). However I purchased a pair of black booties from there for $20 and they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned! Still my go-to pair of shoes to this day. The only downside to their clothes is that a lot of the tags say "hand wash" or even "do not wash" which can be disasterous if you put them through a harsh cycle. Just remember to read the tags and expect that they won't last forever, being fairly low quality.
I find Forever21 a fun place to shop. I usually find an item or two that I can' wait to wear. As for quality, I have a pr. Of pull on pants that still look good after at least 5 years. Their staff have always been friendly and helpful. I love the store!
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
