My niece wanted a Forever 21 gift card for her birthday. From online, sent her a $50 gift card via snail mail, but was never confirmed sent. Days later, got email that there was a discrepancy with billing not otherwise specified and so the gift card was never sent. Due to the pressure of being late for birthday gift, I then sent an online e-gift card and but it was never sent despite my sister looking through email and junk mail filters, etc for weeks. I wrote Forever 21 at least 3 times without reply. I stayed on hold to get through customer service during their limited service time (I cannot call during work-hours at my work) and got through to a customer service representative who said they cannot cancel or refund, but only email to the same email address. Unable to get through to a supervisor, but someone may call back in 24 hours - still waiting more than 1/2 day, and like other customers, doubtful will ever get a call. I am out of $50 because of my niece's wish, but will never shop Forever 21 again. Worst computer (delivery, notification etc) system and customer service I've ever experienced, without any replies. Is it because most of their customers are young women? See that others online have similarly negative experiences, plus Forever 21 with data-breaches. Not worth the hassle to shop through them, when there are more customer-service friendly companies with which to do business.
Been waiting for my shipment. Every time I call, they say itll be there today. (This has happened 4 times in the last 10 days). Yesterday, they told me that if it wasnt there by the end of the day, they would finally do something. I spent the hour in the phone with them today. Guess what they did? Told me itll be there today. They wont let me cancel the order, either, so Im stuck in Forever 21 hell.
I placed my order, it never shipped out! I called back in a week and asked if they had it in store they put me on hold for and hour the never answered back to me. I had to call customer service and she didnt care about my concearn on my ordered that was already paid for for a week now all she was telling me were the shipping dates and all those shipping dates had already passed and mine was still in prossesed. She didnt offer me anything she didnt try to help all she said was she could cancel the order like she was glad to cancel it. That didnt make me feel welcomed to shop with forever 21 ever again. They just lost a loyal customer and I know Im not the only one!
I shopped at Forever 21 just because their stuff is cheap. But then I found their service also CHEAP. It was a very painful experience shopping at their offline store because I couldn't find what I wanted on the online catalogue, and the workers there don't want to help. Most of them just said, "We can't remember where all the stuff is. You can just search by yourself."
Okay. So to save my time searching at their unorganized store, I decided to shop online. And this experience really got me mad right now.
So, I order several items from their online store, and one of the items came totally wrong. I ordered flowery top (the name of the item also contains "flower" word), and it came to me as rainbow stripes color!
I returned it using their return envelope that already has address on it, I asked for exchange with the same item on the picture. I read their rules, it is said the process takes 2 weeks, so I wait until almost 2 months. I heard nothing from them, so I decided to contact them.
So, I think they don't have the item I wanted, and when I go to my email to check the order number, they change the picture with rainbow stripes! But they still have "floral" name on the item's name. How can floral represent stripes?

Glad I had the screenshot from the old email with the right picture. So I have proof even though they're trying to fake it.
And after I asked for refund, they're saying they never got it back and blame it on UPS! They said they don't have the store located on the address we sent the item. (Hello... I sent it using the return envelope they put in the package. How in the world they don't have store there?)
I checked on UPS and they said, yes, it was a store. They sent it to Forever 21 store.
At this point I need to warn everyone not to buy things online from them. If anything happened and you need to return or get refund, they'll string you along with whatever excuses they can make.
Very disappointed with their service. I decide not to go to any of their stores anymore. They don't care about the customer, so I won't bother buying things from them.
I order at forever 21 and had some items I wanted to send back. I have been waiting for 4 facking weeks to get the return labels and FOUR WEEKS. Its a facking joke 100 usd flushed through the toilet... NEVER ORDERING THERE EVER AGAIN
I will never shop at this store again! There return policy is a joke. This whole store is ridiculous! The customer service is horrible like they dont even care and when you ask to speak with a supervisor you need to wait for a call back. I recommend to shop elsewhere!

Three months ago my daughter ordered romper online with gift card and balance on credit card. There are no Forever21 stores in the area. She wears a small but this one was way too small. Read the exchange policy online and on the return form, and stated that clothes can be exchanged by paying to ship back, would take 4-6 weeks. Returned and marked clearly on return form the exchange boxes and for a medium. Almost forgot about it, followed up and they said they would issue a refund, stated I wanted an exchange. Forever21 stated there was a recent change of policy that they no longer do exchanges only refunds, exchanges only at stores (which there are none here). They refunded to gift card and credit card, both of which I no longer have. Forever21 got the money and kept the clothes. They also used the excuse it was no longer available in medium, but checking online it was still available. Caution to those purchasing from Forever21 online and the conveniently changing exchange policies.

Ordered 2 shirts from them for my uniform for a new job I got two months ago. I paid for the 2-3 business day shipping to try to have it in time for my first set of shifts. 2 weeks later, have heard nothing, have received nothing so I email them (I ended up finding some shirts that worked for the uniform locally in the meantime). I emailed their support about why I haven't received my $60 worth of merchandise and they blame me for putting down the wrong address. I check the order tracking email they sent me initially and confirm that the address I had put down is my current address and is the address I wanted the shirts sent to. I emailed them back with confirmation the address I had put down was correct. They continue to say that the address I had put in was wrong and that it was therefore my fault that I didn't receive the package. Blaming a customer who has proven your attempt to cover your $#*! as invalid is a shifty business model. I've been a customer of Forever 21 for awhile buying everything from shirts, pants, and other accessories for myself and my younger siblings but I will never buy another item from them if this is how they handle mistakes online.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from forever 21 and I made it out to be express shipping (2-5 days) so it could come before I leave on my 2 week vacation (which would be the 6th day). I kept checking my order online to see when it would come and they kept changing the arrival time. The order came 10 days after I ordered it NOT 2 to 5 days. Because the order came late I wanted the express shipping I paid for to be refunded so I called the customer service line and encountered the worst customer service experience of my life. The woman said "we have no proof it arrived late" WHEN IT OBVIOUSLY DID and proceeded with, "It doesn't say you ordered with express" WHEN MY ACCOUNT LITERALLY SAYS EXPRESS SHIPPING $29.95. I was so fed up with this woman that I started arguing with her and before I could even finish she doesn't even tell me that she redirected me to the main representative. FINALLY this representative got my order refunded but they acted like this was my fault and were thrilled to be getting off the phone with me. You people are suppose to help customers not act like it's an inconvenience when someone has a problem, DO YOUR JOB!
Get too many unwanted emails from the forever21.com mail server. Called to ask for it to stop to no avail. Was given an address to forward screenshots, address was not valid. This cony has 0 social responsibility. I've never shopped there before and fornever will.
Speaking as someone who never goes online shopping or shopping in general, I've had the worst experience online shopping with Forever 21 BY FAR. I found a dress I ordered for a premiere, and it cost me $46.96 - I paid for it, and for my shipping method I had asked to pick up the dress in store. I was given a tracking device number two days after I placed, and the carrier was Canada Post. After days of wondering where my item was, I went to check the tracking status and it said that my item was refused by the store and being sent back to the sender... Why? I called and asked and they said I put my home address as the stores address, I definitely didn't do that as I specifically chose the option "Pick up in Store". I ultimately asked for a refund and they said I would get the full amount back, I confirmed again "So I will be receiving $46.90 back? They said yes. Almost a month later, I got a deposit back into my account and it was only $33.60. So I called Forever 21 and asked why I was only getting this much back and they said because the item wasn't delivered and sent back, they don't refund the shipping fee. Again, I was told I would be getting the full refund and that I would have to contact Canada Post. I am so over this situation and Forever 21 overall. Such a stupid way of handling this whole $#*! show
DO NOT BE FOOLED. Although the items "ship" quickly, it takes 5-7 business days to arrive from the ship date so basically could end up being 7-8 business days total. Will not be ordering online again.
My sister tried ordering $60 worth of things online and there was a message saying there was an error processing the information. Even though it said error, it charged her credit card multiple times. We tried using my mother's card and it did the same thing. We live chatted with them and they said that we should have just refreshed the page and that it wasnt their websites fault. They didnt bother helping us or even acknowledging the fact that it was their fault. Never ordering online again.
These people need to learn how to run a business as well as some customer service even if they are "forever 21". I place an order, I order $40 worth of stuff so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping one one top. This meant slower than snail mail from California to Indiana. They said at tops 8 days from order to delivery but the way they count their days it was 10. I complained about the slow service and they told me I should be thankful for free shipping. In the days between ordering and delivery I placed several orders with other sites all with free delivery, some came in 2 days every order came before 21's except the order coming from China. The quality of the items looks ok for the price. The top they claimed to be off white or cream turned out to be pure white(I know off white or cream are tough to match but I know pure white too!). I'm not as miffed about that as the shipping and cavalier attitude. There is no time to find another desperately needed cream top for an important event.
Tried to cancel two order I had placed. Was told by both employees it was cancelled. Items still got charged & shipped. Only send one prepaid shipping label because apparently I didnt respond properly. Told me I could return in store for a credit or pay for another label, as if I wanted the item. Never felt more disgusted with the facts I got blamed for he employees mess up. Highly recommended not shopping here, return policy is the worst and they dont care about the shoppers at all. Used to the love the store but guess when people only care about making money.
I placed an order online beginning of March, received items and was dissapponted by one and the other piece was a jumpsuit-which was way to big on me. The jumpsuit was return by mail only, so i proceeded to mail back a top and a jumpsuit. A week and a half later I received a credit for the top only. When I mailed off package I was charged $11.00 by postal. When I called to inquire about return they stated the received top only. That they would have to look into scanning process for me to call back in 2-3 days. Proceeded to call back, spoke with Jesse he stated that they were still looking into it and that the supervisor had been informed and that I would be receiving an email within the week. Never received an email so proceeded to call back. I was basically accused of Lying to them about what I returned. A company this big you would thing of not speaking to the same people, but guess who I spoke to again, Jesse! He accused me of lying about my return and kept saying there was nothing more they could do on their end. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and waited 30 minutes before I spoke with Chris. Doubt he was a supervisor, both of these employees were Rude, unprofessional, and did nothing to resolve my issue.
I am out 70$ plus what I paid for shipping back the items. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. Closing my credit account.

Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
