MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT! This jacket does not look the same in person. The product material is completely different! Do not let this picture mislead you. Biggest drawback from ordering this product is that I was not able to see the type of fabric in person. With comparing the picture and having it physically in my hands I thought they sent me the wrong package. And since its final sale there are no returns! BUYER BEWARE!

Waste of time and money. Sent it to the wrong place which I haven't even lived at for over four years and somehow that's my fault even though there site prefilled it. Now they refuse to send another package or give me a refund. They lack basic customer service skills. Can't wait til they finally go out of business because everyone finally realizes what junk they are.
I ordered several items express. The items came out of the packaging and were sent back by fed ex. I did the research and found this all out had a claim number from fed ex. They refused to send the items out again. Said I had to wait for the package to be received by their whar house. I had ordered the items express because I wanted them for vacation. So Im not sure how they thought waiting would benefit me. Or why I needed to be punished because the packaging fell apart.
I placed an order on line with multiple items totaling $160.00. I paid for next day delivery & never received my items. They stated package was left at front door by courier & they would have to investigate. One month later, NO package & they denied my refund.
I opted forever 21 to get my girlfriend stuff from here. The quality is just up to the mark. Can be happy but not delighted.
I received a pair of earrings with damaged posts. They also broke apart. I have sent photos and the original invoice and have yet to be reimbursed. Very poor customer service. I also received blouses with tears in them. I had to pay someone to fix them because customer service was so difficult. I will not be ordering from them any more.

First time shopping at Forever 21 and i did it online. I purchased 10 summer Dresses with the intent i would likely return a few that i did not like. Turned out i needed to return 5. I went to the mall and they tell me i cant get a refund at the store. I would need to return through the mail to get my money back or i can get a store credit or exchange only! In fact she tells me company policy is they dont refund. PERIOD, but will if i send back through the mail! So they want to pay for courier fees and someone to process to give me my money... When i could save them that cost because i brought the product to the store! I ask her for the return instructions and she tells me i should have received a return label... I showed her everything that was in the package. No label. She pulls out a highlighter and highlights the number on the receipt for me to call about the missing label... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This is the Manager to! I told them they purposly do this to keep my money by creating this inconvenience for people... i have no time for this... give me the creidt i tell her... She proceeds... then tells me that one dress is not their store brand and she can't take it back... i almost loose it... Credit me what you can... I need to leave... i tell her! Then i ask for the presedents name and she tells me its Mr Chan. And she wont give me his first name or contact... THIS PLACE IS VERY QUICK TO SELL YOU STUFF... BUT ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will use up this credit and NEVER shop here again!
So i was like buying dresses and like i was waiting right and this one lady she was standing in the cashier looking at the computer right and she looked at me and my sissy with a face like if its my fault she have to work there i walked over to the cashier right and this $#*! didn't even say if i found everything alright she didn't even say how my day she didn't good afternoon she just looked like if mind reading she stayed silent she just gave me recite she didn't tell us "have a nice day" she just kept staring at us so i left she called right like we forgot sum she probably racist morel of the $#*! forever 21 service. Lukisha was her name treated us bad.
I always buy from Forever 21. NEVER had I had a problem until now. I bought with MY money a top but when I received my package along with other clothes the top was not in there, instead they sent a random dress. When contacting and explaining to them the situation they acknowledged that YES THEY MADE A MISTAKE but until they received the dress back they couldnt send the top I BOUGHT with MY OWN MONEY and they would let me know if it was out of stock by the time they received their dress. I needed the top this weekend but now I have to wait for something I purchased because of a mistake they made. Oh and also, it might be out of stock by the time they receive their iteam back. Its frustrating. I spend hundreds of dollars with them monthly and they cant just send me my 20 dollar top? Like really Forever 21. Its stressing enough that you guys messed up my order, send me what I bought!

I had always loved Forever 21's clothes. They have the cutest tank tops and accessories. But shopping online is a nightmare. Their site is so damn slow during the sales period. And let's talk about the shipping, standard IS NOT standard. My order arrived in 4 weeks and not within 7 working days.
I'm a long time shopper at this store, but never returning. I ordered 5 shirts off the website. 2 out of 5 shirts were made out of a material that not only made me break out but also dyed my skin! The shirts were dark and colorful and it took days to get the dye out and off of my skin. I tried to return within a month of my purchase and management said I was not able to because what I purchased online said "final sale". I understand that the shirts were cheap enough but considering the circumstances I'd think she would have tried to accommodate the customer. I also had called the customer service number and the gentleman I spoke with was very rude and also said I was pretty much $#*! out of luck and he couldn't help me and it was my loss. Thanks for posting me off to extent of blasting this review on every website and reporting to BBB. Bad by business! Don't think this company will last long with such a $#*!ty return policy and uncommadating management
I have been waiting for someone to contact me from Forever 21 for over two weeks now regarding a return. I paid tracking on my return so that I would know when the return arrived and no one from any department emailed me to let me know they received it. Today I called theCustomer Service hotline where a woman named Diana M. Became very irritated when I asked here multiple questions regarding the information she was giving me so that I could have better clarification. Upon me realizing this conversation was not going to end with my questions being answered, I asked to speak to a floor supervisor. She then told me they didnt have supervisors. After me explaining to her that was a lie, she then changed her story to saying that all supervisors were in a meeting after placing me on hold for 15-20 minutes(hoping I would hang up). I told her I would wait additional time to speak to a supervisor and she responded no worries for me and placed me on hold, only to return 5 minutes later to TELL me she was hanging up because someone would call me back.
After the poor disregard and professionalism displayed since 5/25/18 when I purchased my order, up until right now at this moment, I have been disrespected and shown no regard for being a customer. I will be paying off my credit card and will no longer purchase from this company.
Need to stop letting store associates pressure people for emails and credit card it is very annoying and most times employees dont want to ask cause they know it is annoying if they were in the costumer position
I have to get my clothes exchanged for a smaller size, customer service rep was as robotic as she could be, no empathy, Im a vip member coz I order online, needed a return shipping label and she was as least concerned as anyone could be. Hire ppl who actually want to work with you and for Gods sake dont be as cheap as your prices when it comes to customer service.
Ive ordered from forever 21 website on 2 separate occasions. Both occasions it was a value close to $200. The shipping is dumb fast. I ordered on a Monday and got my clothes literally the next day! Quality varies. Depending on what you buy but overall I have no complaints. Although I think if I was plus size i'd have a hard time shopping here. A lot of the clothes come in small to medium. Would be better to go in store if youre plus size.
I have been haggling for 3 months for a package that was shipped to store, and lost in transit. My order was placed on April 21. I received an email shipment confirmation on the same day. One month later, the package had not been received by the store, and the order status still stated Shipped. I called customer service and was told they would investigate the matter, and I would hear from them in 3 - 5 days. Customer service never contacted me; the store did not receive my items; the shipping status remained at shipped. I called back in June. Same ordeal. Customer service told me they escalated the matter and would get back to me with results. Two weeks later no word from Customer Service; no package received; status still says Shipped. I called Customer Service yet again, and requested that, since it has become evident my package was lost in transit, and as a customer courtesy, that my items be re-ordered and sent to me via express shipping as a courtesy. Customer Service informed me that PER FOREVER 21 POLICY they will not re-order the items, and instead, told me my only option was a refund. In order to process my refund, they needed to reach out to the store for a THIRD time and wait for the store's response. I frequently shop online and I have never before encountered a store that will go out of their way to displease the customer. Three months in transit with no receipt renders it obvious that package is clearly lost. I will go out of my way to tell anyone and everyone that I can about Forever 21's dishonest and fraudulent practices.
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
