My daughter loves this store, I open a credit card to get rewards since we are there almost every week, I open my statement and I see a $15 rewards that expired I called for the first time to ask if theyll allowed me to used and they said once is expired theres nothing they can do, but yes I have a $0 balance, have a high credit limit and they dont care care about customer service, very disappointed

I used to buy from Forever 21 a lot because of the convenience, but always ran into trouble with the fact that they didn't accept returns. Recently, I needed some clothes for a themed event I was attending and looked to Forever 21. I found a couple things and saw that they now accepted returns up to 30 days, so I went ahead and purchased them. Apparently to my mistake, I used PayPal to pay.
Fast forward two weeks and I'm trying to return some items to the store. However, the lady at the register AND the manager tells me that she can only return them for store credit. Before this experience I've payed with PayPal multiple times for the convenience of not having to put in my card every time I place and order and NEVER have I ran into this problem before. I even asked if I ship it back would it be for store credit and they said yes. And the dumbest part is that this is not advertised on the Forever 21 website. Now I'm stuck with almost $70 of merchandise or store credit that I do not want. Really terrible experience and customer service. Will not be shopping at Forever 21 again.
Do not order from Forever 21. I ordered 7 items and only received 3 of them. They only want to communicate via email and the representative was very rude and unprofessional. Please don't waste your time or money on them.
This company is unprofessional. They mistreat their employees, especially those internationally and then charge obscene amounts for clothing that cost less than $5 to make. I ordered a package where they gave me a jacket with a broken zipper and shoes of the incorrect size, and they refuse to answer the emails I've sent them. I called to complain and request compensation for their mishaps and unprofessionalism, and they said the most they could do is give "free shipping on my next order". Ummmmm, you guys are not paying your workers fairly, you're not refunding money to your customers nor giving them compensation for your faults, and your clothes are dirt cheap to make... WHERE IS YOUR MONEY GOING THEN?
Beware, this company has no morals and they $#*!ing suck. Save your money and go elsewhere. I will be telling all the people I know what scammers Forever 21 is.
THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I bought a pair of glasses and I ask the dude to take the tag off. He throws the tag away and then asks if I want a receipt. Without thinking, I say no and walk away. Literally 2 seconds later I'm out the store and realize that the glasses are broken. I walk back in and politely tell her what happened. She calls the manager and of course, she is the most snotty person ever. She looks at me and is like "You didn't keep the tag or receipt which means that we cant take these back" She says it in such a mean way that I like just wanna chuck the glasses at her. She gives me this like death stare and I just leave. THEY ARE SO RUDE AND DON"T WANT TO TAKE THE TIME WITH CUSTOMERS! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!
Nearly 3 months later and several phone calls and emails but still have not received my package OR refund. They had the audacity to make ME call Canada post to open a claim, when it should be their job to rectify the situation. Never ordering from here again.
My item got "undeliverable" status for no reason! The least they could do was to ship it again the next day. But not only they didn't do that, they shipped it back to themselves with nooo notifications! And told me that I have to pay again if I want it reshipped! Still couldn't get a refund! So disappointed.
Ordered 4 items about 11 days ago, still has yet to be shipped or have a tracking number. It says it was prepared to be shipped on the 23rd, it's now the 28th and it has yet to even leave Florida. I can imagine it will take another week to even receive it when it leaves the warehouse. DONT ORDER ONLINE
Great prices good quality clothing I just love them and they always got sale I love sales, very very sexy dress and you can get kids clothing and men clothing one stop shop.
Not only does it take over a week to receive goods with no option for express shipping they have Absolutely terrible customer service who are rude when replying to emails and they do not refund you on time even after two weeks of received the return back.
Telling you that the returns are shipped back to Netherlands center for their approval when you have ordered and shipped back to their uk center.
Worst thing is they dont even care just look at the number of bad reviews they have here and they dont care to even reply. Its not long before this company goes bust. This kind of attitude with customers and trying to hold onto their money for as long as you can will not get you far.
I would advise to shop elsewhere this is not a trusted company when it comes to refunds. They will try to do whatever possible to keep your money.
If you buy with a credit card make a chargeback claim so it goes against them. Companies like this that make me sick especially when they patronise you with their email replies.
It is disgusting to walk around the store. It is locateD in a pretty area, with the best stores around it, and going inside of this store is like going inside a trash can!
Going upstairs it is sad to see that the manager or managers don't care about the presentation and care for the customers. It looks that nobody cares about picking the trash, cleaning the floors or anyplace around the store. It is FILTHY. The store should pay to the customers to go inside. They have never not sent something. It has always been as described. It is helpful to read all the specs for each item, such as "light or heavy weight" "fits true to size" or "runs small or runs large". I also pay attention to where items were made. Stuff made in china is more likely to have that weird chemical smell I have noticed. I try to only by things made in America because they'll be higher quality and not smell weird because of laws and regulations here. Anyways, its really easy to exchange items, because i have 3 brick-and-mortar Forever 21s storefronts in my city who will refund or exchange online orders.
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!
