Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. Ordered item online, because the store frequently doesn't carry my size. Could not ship item to store so ship to home. The store would not take it back had to return item by mail. Not convenient

Service was great. Sorry the insoles did not fit. I am getting one pair cut down to a 37 size, but I am thinking of returning the 2nd insole set. I wear a 7-7.5 shoe, and most EU 37s are that size. But Finn calls 37 a 6.5 size. I thought 6.5 would be too small. At least next time I will realize the right size. I would prefer shopping with free shipping, and at the very least, free returns.
Employees are knowledgeable and friendly, I always look forward to walking into my local store in Mission Hills (San Diego)
