Bought Eagles hood/gators. Way too big for the average adult. They wont take a return even though still in the original packaging. Bad quality too.

I ordered a travel coffee mug on the 9th of June it didn't ship until the 16th... very slow. The customer service was subpar.
Nikki was so helpful and quick to get back to me on my order. UPS lost my order and short story claimed they made an attempt once in 10 day. But Nikki was right on it she emailed me back quickly with help and once we figured UPS lost my order, she jumped right in and sent a replacement order. 5 Stars for Customer Service. Thank you Nikki!

I ordered 3 items Dec 13. Their website states if ordered by Dec 17 it'd arrive in time for Christmas. They were also running a promo if you spent x amount you'd get a free tumbler. I got an email saying my order has shipped. Well, the only thing that arrived was the free tumbler, none of the other 3 products. I reached out Dec 20 and then again Dec 23 and they finally replied and said it looks like they might not have one of the products in inventory… ok communicate this to me! Don't wait until I reach out to you! Their customer service rep just says oops if you don't get an email by the end of the week we'll make things right. I could've found alternative gifts but now I'm stuck scrambling the day before Christmas. I can't stress how poor this experience has been. Who knows if and when I'll actually get what I ordered.
These shorts run small, but I wouldn't know that and bought my son a medium for his BIRTHDAY. He went to go try them on but couldn't get them up his legs, ie... too small. They haven't been worn by him or anyone, they still have the tags on them, and they are still in the packaging they came in, YET they will not Exchange them. Guess another company will be getting my money now. JULIE is the one that responded to me. BEWARE.
I got excited when my team made history last year, decided I wanted to commemorate it by getting bobble heads. Until I decided to use FOCO. Order never shipped after 2 months delay, and have to fight for weeks to get your money back. Not to be trusted!
I purchased the NFL U.S. Bank Stadium. This is very similar to your Lego assembly. As I am a fan of Lego my attention was drawn to this product as it appears to use similar pieces and techniques. I was dismayed to find the assembly instructions lacked any written information and the pictures to be unintelligible. I studied each page and finally came to the conclusion that this project was not worth my time. The age recommendation is 12+. But I would not recommend to anyone.

I ordered bib Overalls and ordered a size to large. The return process was straight forward with no issues. The issue was getting my money refunded. My refund was for $83.43 but only $11.27 was refunded to my credit card. After contacting Julie many times they refuse to refund the rest of my balance. She was pretty rude in the process. I am having to go through my cc fraud department. I would not recommend.
Ordered two pairs of pajamas at the beginning of the month. Received one pair of pajamas and a pair of slippers. No big deal, accidents happen. Customer Service (CS) says we will send you the proper pajamas and a label to send back slippers. Send back slippers next day. Wait over a week for movement on the shipping label for new pajamas. NOTHING. Then we get a refund for the pajamas and they say it's lost in the mail and we don't have any more…yeah right…still on the website. I asked if I could just order another pair and get free overnight shipping. They say place the order and we will refund you the shipping. No problem. Place the order, get the shipping refund…did this on Tuesday. Item has label printed…label sits for 2 days and then ships…for delivery…FOLLOWING TUESDAY. Horrific company…WILL NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN.
I see a juan soto bobblehead on FOCO and decide to buy one because of the first time user 10% discount. Juan soto just joined the Yankees 3 days ago. Short story...the discount doesnt qualify because the Juan Soto Bobblehead is 'on sale!' he's been a NY Yankee less than a week but the bobblehead is on sale...SCAM. Good bye FOCO!
Ordered pre-sale item in October 2022 for Christmas. Never received item. Contested item in January via Paypal and they produced a face tracking number so Paypal closed case. No item received, no response from customer service. Lesson learned - check external reviews first.
I ordered an item in a woman's medium- it was about a XXXL- it would not fit any woman who was truly a medium. The item was huge on me- I took off the tags to try it on and there was no way that I could wear this- so I contacted them about exchanging it- I didn't even want a refund- I just wanted a smaller size. They told me no because I had removed the tags. I wouldn't have had to exchange it if they gave me what I had ordered.

Wir haben zwei bubble heads bestellt, einer wurde falsch geliefert. Per Mail haben wir dies mitgeteilt. In der Zwischenzeit habe ich den falsch gelieferten nochmals bestellt (ich war zu dieser Zeit in USA im Urlaub und wollte das gelieferte mit nach Hause nehmen). Prompt kam 3 Tage später die richtige Lieferung an. Das zuviel bezahlte Geld incl. Porto wurde ebenfalls prompt binnen 2 Tagen rücküberwiesen. Top Abwicklung.
First of, order on Dec 28th - they charged $8.95 for shipping that took 13 days (Jan 10th) to arrive after no tracking update whatsoever since Dec 31st, contacting their C/S was nonexistent, no response, of course.
Then the item that arrived was totally different from what's shown in the ads photo - It's the Seahawks beanie with lights. In the ads pic, there should be at least 14 lights around the knitted rim, instead there were only 4! All in all, paid $42.55 for not what I ordered.
Also, found out that they also taxed the shipping charge! Nobody taxes the shipping, only merchandise is taxable!
I posted a review on their site, and it was never posted, guess they only choose the 5 star reviews to post there.
I was thinking of returning this beanie hat, but after reading all these reviews here, they'd probably intentionally delay the response, then turn around and tell me that my return passed the 30 days window, or something... IF they even respond. I guess I have to write this off as "a lost cause" (certain they're counting on that when there's problem).
This is truly the "BUYER BEWARE" and "SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK" site and unscrupulous business!
