I placed an order on November 1st and have yet to receive it I emailed them and they were supposed to send it out again last week still haven't received confirmation to track it so I emailed today and now for the 3rd time it's saying they just shipped it out this is so sad so maybe one day after the holidays it will show up I'm very unsatisfied with this but it didn't take them long to take my money from my account. 0 is my rating at this point
Ordered a "Big logo light up beanie" of a football team, received a beanie made of cheap thin cloth material, it has 4 lights on it only on the front of the beanie, when the pictured item on their website looks like a Christmas tree with the amount of lights it has. Also the team logo looks like one of those cheap iron on printouts. Tried to leave a review on their website but it gets instantly deleted and if you read their pages of 5 star only reviews it's mostly the same exact copy/paste comments and broken English about how much their family member loves it.
Absolutely the worst company I've dealt with in years. Took order then said they made mistake refunded my money … I ordered something else and still haven't received 5 weeks of bs excuses. STAY AWAY
I need to write a follow up. I was able to connect with a man eventually, who let me cancel my order for a particular bobblehead and add an order for another bobblehead to my original order. Communication is still hit or miss. Sometimes someone replies back with a response. Many times questions go unanswered. My original order is supposed to ship later this week. I will write another review if they mess up this order. I have ordered more bobbleheads from this site for an Australian client. We like their bobbleheads, just not dealing with the company itself I hope this is helpful to everyone.
FOCO does not treat it's customers well. They are totally inflexible when it comes to orders. Buy from them at your own risk. Their products look great, but they come at a price. It is difficult to reach someone at Customer Service. When you have a problem they roll out Company policy as an excuse. I personally do not want to work with them anymore. They have headquarters in America, but it is essentially a Chinese company, incapable of treating customers fairly.
I ordered my dad a father's day gift from FOCO.com and my order arrived a day early and the product was worth the price. Thank you FOCO!

I ordered a gift for a birthday and paid $35 to expedite shipping so that I would guarantee its arrival. I emailed the company to confirm that it would arrive in time. I was sent an email with a tracking number that said FedEx would deliver it by 8 PM. At around 6 PM I got nervous that it was not going to come… I clicked on the tracking and it was cancelled by sender? No gift and I have to dispute the order with my credit card company!
If I could give a "zero" star, I would. Only wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Put in an order 1/22/2021 and have yet to receive. Tried to contact via phone and only got voice mail. No answer.
Will not try email, not worth it. Did pay for order thru PayPal and am in the process of disputing the order so we can at least get our money back.

I am a huge Pirate fan. I love going to games at PNC Park. I also enjoy building Lego sets with my grandkids. I thought the PNC Park set would be a nice challenge to work on. I bought a BRXLZ PNC Park from FOCO. The directions are horrible! They are extremely hard to decipher. I looked at reviews for the product when making the purchase. They were all mostly positive. Of course they must have deleted the bad ones. I was surprised by how small the pieces were. Whoever manufactures these BRXLZ stadiums needs to improve their instructions. I am not an expert builder, but well above average experience. I am a pilot. I understand technical diagrams, but these instructions are garbage.
I have yet to receive my order. They offered me no refund or to replace my order. I will never purchase from them again. The only suggestion I got was to check your postal service. I cannot send pictures of items because I NEVER received them. Do not Buy From them. They do not care about the LITTLE GUY. My proof of purchase is in my bank statement. 0

People are better off going with another company rather than purchasing from this company. My girlfriend paid over $35 for a pair of slippers that didn't fit well. So I asked for an exchange and at that point I was told to contact Amazon. Like did I purchase from Amazon or your stupid company. At point I told them forget the exchange I want a refund. Took them nearly 2 weeks to even process the refund even though the site says 7-10 days. Not business days but days. On top of that they didn't refund the total amount we paid in so they kept $8 dollars of what we paid for the stupid item and I still had to pay $13 for the item to be shipped just to get short changed for the refund. This company is total scam

Bought my son a chicago bears helmet and Wrigley field so called lego set terrible directions you need to have very small hands to grab them I just wanna throw them both in the garbage I will definitely be not ordering anything from this company again don't waste your time or money
First time buying from them. I ordered a winter toque for my husband and received it the very next day! Was quite surprised when we received it the next day. I was expecting at least a week. My husband loves it! Amazing condition. Can't speak about their customer service as I didn't need to speak with them.
I ordered some slippers for my family for Christmas. One pair did not show up, it is weird that they don't have a phone number but they were quick to respond to my emails. They ended up not having the slipper in stock anymore so they refunded my money and gave me a code to get 20% off my next purchase. I used the coupon right away and received those items before Christmas. Very fast shipping, I highly recommend this company!
I pre-ordered an item from their website. I waited two months then got the wrong item delivered to me, when I reached out to customer service they informed me that they were then sold out of the item and said I could keep the item they sent me for the cost of what I paid for what I originally wanted or send it back for a refund. They don't care about their customer, poor business model.

I decided to purchase the Dodger World Series Bobblehead after the Dodgers won the World Series. I was very excited to receive this as it was going to be a Christmas gift for my son a big fan. I ordered a Mookie Betts Bobblehead and was told there is a 2 month lead time and that it was going to be received on or before the 2nd week of December. When I finally received it I opened the box and I saw that Mookie Betts was not the bobblehead they sent me which I ordered... instead I received Cory Seager how they could make a mistake like that when they do not resemble each other is besides me. I sent their Customer Service 3 emails telling them to please help me and send the correct bobblehead. I called them left messages however it doesn't seem like anyone works at their corporate office in New Jersey as it took days to get a response and when I did all they said is I am sorry and I will send you a label and please bring this one to the Post Office so we can receive that and will we then send you the one you ordered. Not likely. On top of all this inconvenience they expect me to go to the USPS office in the middle of the pandemic at the height of this virus and the Christmas holidays an stand in a line with numerous people. I don't think so! I lost all faith in their ability to send me what I ordered and said when I receive the correct one I ordered (cost $60) I will send it back after they have UPS or FedEx pick up the incorrect one they sent me. FOCO showed no concern for their customers. Very disappointing.
