Do not order from this company! I preordered from this company a month before the items came in stock! Found out when my order came with only some of my items that they had no more in stock! Of course they waited till I got all my other stuff! They were family pjs so if I couldn't get all of them I did t want any of them! So now I have to pay shipping to return all my items! Don't order from them! Fanatics is a WAY better site and has free returns PLUS free shipping! And has fancash you can use!

I needed these face masks for a business trip that was 11 days later. It took 13 days before the shipment process began. Most likely the shipment will arrive in the 4-7 day time window that I paid for, but come on FOCO, 13 days to process 2 packs of your in stock masks? Needless to say I had to buy masks elsewhere for my trip.

A week after I placed the order, I checked my order status. In big bold red letters, they warned that it might take longer than normal to process order due to covid. They should have presented that message before I completed the order placement. Since I needed them for a trip, I would have ordered elsewhere. I contacted their customer service to ask when the order would ship. I received a canned one sentence response of "I checked and your order and it hasn't shipped yet", which did not answer my question.

I really tried to be patient with these folks. They don't return emails. They take your money and run. I ordered two face masks from them. In their instructions they advised that to insert mask filters you have to—you are responsible for having your own filters no problem—insert the filters in to the pouch on the side of the mask that rests against your face. But there is no such pouch. I've emailed them twice about this and I've heard nothing. They don't get back to you within 24 hours as they say. Take your money elsewhere. They're not worth it. I would've loved to have written a positive review, but that's impossible when my experience wasn't positive.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. RIP OFF. I literally cancelled my order within the same minute of placing it because I realized they were the same scandalous company that I ordered from before. They waited 2 days before reaching back out to me to say it was too late for me to cancel because they already processed my order. Understand they processed an order that has yet to leave their warehouse or even get boxed for shipment. If this isn't underhanded than I don't know what else is.

When I was building the Dallas Cowbows team logo (as you can see there) when I wasted 1 hour of build time, I just figured out that I was missing 12 of the 2x6 plate and I got so $#*!ing pissed off about it, I sold it to someone so good luck on that. Plus they don't even show the plates at the front page either and the instructions say that they DO have plates in page 15, it's so stupid on how i wasted money on this, I got my money back (kinda) and I hope to never use Foco ever again, it's like an off-brand of LEGO. I prefer using LEGO, other than Foc-off, such an embarrassment on how good money I spent on this while I was missing 12 $#*!ing plates. Plus I was building it today and guess what. Bought it 2 and a half years ago and built it today and sold it to some guy. Waste of money like what I said. It's a waste of money so I prefer to not buy this, and again, I will never buy or use Foco again.

I'm actually surprised that there aren't more negative reviews on this site yet about Foco. You already see a ton of scam warnings on here about Fullerspace (another vendor who promotes facemasks and other COVID-19 prevention gear like Foco).

Over two months ago, I saw Foco's Instagram ads about gaiters that have the logos & colors of your favorite college & pro sports teams; these were promised for delivery by May. By mid-May, I had contacted Foco to follow-up on the delayed status, and they gave a vague response--and have not responded or given me any updates since. And if you go onto their Facebook page, you'll see hundreds of complaints from consumers like me who have been scammed by Foco taking our money, failing to deliver, and being totally unresponsive (except for form letter responses citing delays). Companies like Foco should not be allowed to peddle or promote products that they don't actually have!

Online, other consumers have said that Foco is just another one of those scammers out of China.
