I ordered 2 of the Bengals Onesie pajamas as Christmas gifts...Order #ECFC*******. When the package was delivered, there was only 1 pair of pajamas. I sent an email immediately to let them know that I had only received one. An automatic response email was sent to let me know that they had received my email and that someone would be reaching out to me. Well that was on Dec 16 and here I sit on Jan 4 with no response to my 3 emails and no pajamas.
They have cool stuff but first time I order the patch was crooked on hat. I had the hardest time trying to return. I had to go thru this interrogation process with like 5 people copied on the email. I had to submit a photo before they would accept return. Yet I gave them another chance. This time an item was missing from my order. All they sent was a photo saying it was delivered. Two items were but the 3rd was missing. Impossible to contact them. Do not buy from this company!
Beware, don't order it takes a looonnnng time for you to get what you ordered. Very upset, I ordered NFL team Crocs for my husband on December 5th, it is now December 23rd and I have not received one of the most important Christmas gifts. What's worse, there is no longer information from UPS on when it will be delivered. It was the 19th, and 20th, and no delivery date. And no excuse, the storm should not be the excuse, I ordered these Crocs on December 5th. Never again FOCO. Never Again.

I have tried multiple times to get a response back from FOCO and no response yet. I placed an order and 1 of the items was missing, I ordered this item for Christmas and I am not going to get it. I have paid for the item and don't even know when I will get it.
Merchandise never arrived - they listed order as fulfilled on their website - when questioned as to WHERE the merchandise was, they DID issue a refund - BUT what if I had not questioned or pursued - I felt there was some shady business happening here - wonder if anyone else received their item, which is now listed as SOLD OUT.
Ordered item on November 18th and money was taken from my account on the 20th. Said fedex took the item without scanning it in email and fedex told me they are waiting on the item. Have contacted 4 times and asked for item or money and nothing has happened. Initiated dispute with bank this am. Never again!
The shoes are awful. The rubber is hard as lumber. The sizing is completely inconsistent. I wear an8.5, but they have no half sizes. I ordered a size 9. It pinches ALL my toes. I returned them and bought a size 10 in which I have a full inch of space leftover. I reached out to Customer service, they don't want to be bothered. My efforts to buy from them cost me $14.63 in returns and I have no product to show for it.
Everyone knows that the SF Giants colors are orange and black. Foco should know this more than anyone. The Giants tote I purchased from them is clearly, orange and navy blue, not black.Not Happy. Dont buy from this company.
I purchased a set of Foco blocks from a third-party vendor. The item was defective, missing a ridiculous number of blocks, which made it entirely unusable. They cannot replace it, and they are refusing to provide a refund. Only offering a gift card to purchase some other piece of junk that I don't want. I filed a complaint with the BBB and was amused by their F rating. It's also worth noting that they are censoring my negative reviews on their website.
FOCO customer service does not appear to value its customers. Every inquiry made to this company is replied with a "can not" or a "No". They overcharge for shipping and they utilize the slowest and unreliable Fedex Smartpost shipping services. I'm a veteran and my in-stock items never appear to qualify for the military discounts. I've also had items cancelled because they oversell their items.
Forget about trying to contact this company by phone, no one answers.

I placed a order on a hoodie to get my wife for Valentine's Day purchased claimed 3-7 days for me to receive my hoodie it has been over a week still no hoodie can't even reach company they haven't sent a follow up on my item can't reach them through phone and I have even sent email out. Will never order from them again. No call no email no hoodie. Very unsatisfied.
I ordered two items and one week after they were both about $20 less so I emailed asking if they do price matching or price adjustment. They said they do not so I said I would like to return. Did not even try to save the sale or offer to adjust the price. Clearly they do not want to keep customers.
Can I leave 0 stars? Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The lies they advise should be pretty close to criminal. I ordered in August and still no firm ship date. 3-5 days to process a refund and then another 5-7 days just to receive the refund. Avoid this company at all costs.
If I could give this a negative star I would. I am so going to post this from my Google account as well. It took over 2 weeks to get. I sent two separate emails asking for info on status of shipping. Only after the 2nd one did my package arrive two days after that email which was 3 days before Christmas and it was the wrong item. I asked for a refund and a shipping ticket to return the wrong item and no one ever responded. I will never shop here again. That headband was the only thing my sister asked me for Christmas and you guys jacked it up.
Fico advertised that if you placed order by December 17,2021 they guaranteed delivery by Christmas
I placed my order on December 14,2021. Christmas has come and gone and I still do not have my package. Tracking it, it didn't even Fico until 12/20/2021. They used the excuse that shipping was slow. What fico did is called false advertising and lying
They are located in Italy so they can give all the bull crap excuses they want to. So my son didn't have his gift under tree. But does Fico care. Nope. They have the freaking money. Worse company ever

I ordered from this company almost a month ago. I have yet to receive my package. They don't send tracking information. The time I did it was in Baton Rouge, La. I live in Broussard, La. Then it said my package was "being processed". I ordered it for my husband birthday. I'm so disappointed in this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! I gave this company a zero.
Terrible. Horrific. I ordered my item on October 14. The item was to ship the first week of November. I never received my item. There is no phone number to call. And no response from email. $70 is Way too much to waste. Never order from this company. Ever.
