They have the worst customer service I have ever seen always wanting to close the ticket without proper response. I am disheartened with their service and will suggest everyone to look for other option than using their service. Here is the concern I raised with the ticket for for order id (*******).
1. White & Red Roses Box Arrangement was not made with fresh
Flowers.
2. Why was the best wishes card delivered instead of a wedding card which was the occasion. I received a notification that someone was trying to get in touch with me for this but I never received a call. Also how hard was it to arrange a wedding card as the order was placed 24 hours earlier.
3. I had paid for fixed time delivery so why was it delivered after the requested delivery time?
Just saying sorry is not enough for the damages and service provided.
We ordered flowers and after 3 days they were already gone, the roses were hanging and leaves turned brown. When contacting the company they said they only guarantee the flowers for 2 days. They didn't even bother to look at the state of the flowers. Please be aware of our experience and never use this company for your flowers.
They are very expensive but always delivery is very prompt and on time. I always rely on them to deliver flowers fresh for my friends and family in any part of India

Ferns N Petals have beautiful floral arrangements they advertise for distribution in India. I wish these were also available in Abu Dhabi since the same flowers were mostly used in both markets but in different floral designs. For example, I tried to order, on line, the Indian bestseller "Roses and Orchids Basket Arrangement". I was told by Ferns N Petals that this specific design is not available in Abu Dhabi. So, disappointing... I had to limit my choices from the different floral arrangements accessible in Abu Dhabi. I would understand that the same floral product arrangement would be sold at prices higher in Abu Dhabi than in India. But I find it hard to appreciate that flower designs and arrangements could not be duplicated and be made available in both markets.
Being out of town and away from family, FNP helped me get the right thing and also coordinated very well for delivering it. A big thankyou is a small gesture towards the services offered.
