My wife sent a rakhi to Dubai. It was not delivered on the scheduled day even though we placed the order like two weeks in advance and scheduled the delivery 3 weeks before Rakhi to avoid peak time issues with delivery and procurement. They did not deliver it on scheduled date, and when I queried they simply refused to give me a clear date. The customer service was extremely slow and vague. Never ever using this website again
The red velvet cake with cream frosting 1/2 kg price 1000 s too much fr its taste... it was jus a normal sponge with cream... it s not worth above 600. U again charge 250 fr delivery charge... not satisfied by ur cake delivered on july 31st night 11... and also greeting card adderessed palikarnai not person name...

Extra charges were taken for midnight delivery but cake was delivered 30 min late. Why to commit something when it can't be taken care!
This is a very pathetic site. Took money but not delivered on date. Their customer care number never works. No refund/cancellation is allowed. Delivery boy never even called me. And yet the track status is shown pin code is wrong. Pathetic service. Totally regret the decision to buy from this site... never going to visit this site again.

Its very convenient, timely and good range to choose from. But I found it a bit expensive. 6 roses of 250 INR. Phew... It a little cheaper owing to middle household incomes.
It was surpise cake order for else and got very different cake which ordered looking very cheap couldn't expected it from FNP. It was really embarassing for me. To see the pic of cake which I came to know which was delivered. It was wastage of money to trust on FNP. As it was my 2nd order and 2nd bad experience with it. Not trustworthy at all...
Terrible service. Absolutely hated the service. I had ordered for my mother's birthday. The orders were not delivered as the delivery boy couldn't find the address. In spite of calling back within 10 minutes, the support team couldn't manage to deliver it throughout the entire day. On request for a redelivery(as they don't even provide the option of cancellation and refund), they still couldn't process it until the next morning and could provide no information about the status of delivery. My calls were put on hold for 15 minutes at a time and still I got no response. Absolutely hated it and regret my decision of ordering from this site. You guys should really know it's not just gifts you deliver. The emotions behind the gifts hold more importance. Don't sign up for something if you don't have the commitment and least decency to fulfill it.

I am satisfied with the quality of the products and delivery service as it was on time. Customer care service needs some improvements but the overall service of Ferns & Petals as per the expectations. I would like to order again through them in future.
Unfortunately I have to change my review. Only 2/4 deliveries have been received. Now when I try to contact their customer care centre I keep getting a generic response without any of my questions being answered. I'm told that since they rely on external couriers they can't guarantee the delivery date. So what's the point of selecting a delivery date? I ordered 2 days in advance, but now the recipient has to wait for 2 days more. Nowhere on the website does it say dates on not guaranteed and they should have contacted me if there was a delay. ***AVOID THIS COMPANY** at all costs! I have learned my lesson.
Update on 03/08/18. So they finally tried to deliver the product 2 DAYS LATE and at 22:30 at night. Who the hell delivers at that time of the night? It's for an 80 year old women. After several attempts I was finally told that it will be delivered today. I checked the tracking to see if it was delivered today, only to see an attempt was made in the middle of the bloody night! After I told the recipient it will only be today. They are an absolute bunch of yobs! What a disaster. I have a lot of family and business in India. I' currently on another site order 200+ gifts for Diwali and Christmas. If these people can't even handle 4 deliveries, then there is no hope for 200. Imagine what my employees would do and feel when they see some of them get gifts and others don't get gifts? They would resign on the spot and I would be embarrassed and lose good staff! I'm so glad I tested this company first. Thank god for that foresight. My outstanding order number is: *******
I live in New Zealand and my sasu ma stays in India. I wish that I could visit more often, but it's not possible. With Ferns N Petals, I can stay connected and show this beautiful lady how much I love her. Their product range is limitless and very well priced. I love that they send email updates about deliveries. With Diwali coming up, I'm definitely using it for gifts for all my in-laws.
I'm very happy with my last order. The flowers delivered were fresh and the delivery was efficient and prompt. I hope FNP and its associated continue to deliver on their promise!

Beware, you can also feel cheated like in our case as delivered green plants against our order were dry from sides.
Placed an Order No. ******* dtd 29/7/18 for premium little green plants from Fern n Petals but later came to know one main plant was dry from one side.
It was much better than I expected. Was so happy that I could surprise my friend even when I live miles away from her. Delivery was also on time. Had a good experience.

Delivery on time, service was good but they changed the roses as not available but didn't ask me for choice. And product wasn't look like as shown in picture. And we can't say that its value for money service.
