I am extremely disappointed with the quality of flowers that was sent. I asked for the number 40 and there is no way to tell that in the arrangement. Even the flowers are of poor quality and almost dried. The picture lilies at the base and they have put some dried roses. When I asked their customer service about their service they said " hope you will let us serve you better next time" Really! Crappy service & pathetic quality in all.

I order rakhi to abhu dhabi on 22 Aug. Rakhi confirmed to deliver on 24th Aug today is 25th Aug night order is still showing just confirmed.

# I am calling to support center many times I am on hold last 20 mint then suddenly music stopped call cut, I don't know what happen I call many times same thing happened... it's ignorance or what?
When I am trying to reach place an order dep. T they instantly they pick my call and said you order may be delayed... what is that?
## in written or verbally even in their web site they are continuously committing for same day delivery Though my order is not same day delivery.
#### I am fed up with them they should remove the fake commitments...

First of all I feel so tensed about my delivery because it's my first order when I checked in Google review so many people wrote that the delivery is not good and the quality is not good but coming to my delivery it was superb and I feel so happy about it quality was awesome but one thing I ordered cake for midnight but the delivery is at 10:40am t I got it so please maintain time sense all is good and the quality and taste of product was superb

Last year I used this service was for Raksha bandhan and they delivered the order on time. I was very impressed, The whole process from looking up for products to delivery process was a breeze.
So this year again I placed an order and selected a time period that was convenient. The product did not reach in time. 5 hours after latest delivery time they emailed me saying product was not available and would i like to substitute it with some product that i was not even aware of. I tried reaching out to Customer service and my experience with them was horrible.
1: There is a huge amount of background noise when you call customer service, so obviously the agent is not able to hear you well.
2: After about 5-6 attempts finally i spoke to an agent, who had no patience in hearing my issue and was in a great hurry to put me on hold (That was my experience with all agents) I asked to speak to his manager since he had no patience, i was told Manager is not available, so i said i would like to speak to someone who has enough time to hear the problem. Then he calmed down and let me speak. We were not able to resolve my issue hence i asked him to cancel my order, after a lot of push back finally he agreed to cancel my order.

I decided to give a try again. I sent a cake for my mother's birthday and it was delivered ahead of time (midnight delivery but delivered at 10:30 instead of between 11- 11:59) I received an email where delivery time was put after 11 and FAKE receiver signature (Yes neither of my parents signed for the cake) But the cake was good and i had no interest and patience to talk to any of their customer service.

So overall i would say as long as you are flexible with delivery time and
You don't have to deal with their horrendous customer service. Ferns and petals is good.
