Do not use these people. They do not mention a service charge until your booking is complete. THEN they show you what is actually charged to your credit card. I ended up with a $54 booking fee. They have to phone number, and their email address is invalid. I called the airline immediately, and thank God!, the reservation was made and the ticket paid for.

American Airlines (AA4152)

Arrival May 14,2011 6:00 AM

Does this make sense to anyone lol?

And is there anyway to get your money back in full if they steal it?

Booked a flight yesterday with them. No mention of the $79 service fee until the end. No phone number to call. No confirmation email as promised. Charges did show on my card, including for the airline. Had to call the airline (US Airways) to see if I was even really booked on the flight (I was.) Kept the flight since it was a good deal, but I am filing with my credit card to get my "service fee" back since the service is nonexistent. BBB rates them as F. Still no response to any of my emails.

Follow-up service is non-existent. A glitch on their website wouldn't allow actual billing address to be entered. Although a reservation number was issued, the transaction couldn't be completed. Tried to reach a live person, 6 calls attempted in one day, on hold for 30 minutes or more each time, 4 emails sent during the same day, all in vain, no response. I will never use this company again.

This site is horrible! It charges you an extra amount on top of the taxes and fees inflicted ny the airports and then tells you that it is extra taxes. We called them because we had a question and were put on hold and forgotten. 32 minutes and counting on one phone 9 and counting on another. Will never use this site again!

I never got a confirmation email of the two tickets I ordered. The next day, my two emails requesting confirmation went unanswered. My credit card co. Said it looked like a credit was in the process for Air France. The tickets were supposed to be on USAir! I went to USAir online and ordered the same tickets and paid the same price.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this online site!

I found a great price on flights today, so I booked. The time of departure wasn't good, but we wanted the cheap rate. The price popped up real big, and then included flight insurance of $162, which I agreed to. However, after I confirmed and received my flight number, a $316 fee showed up. We saved for 3 years to take our kids to Europe, and I feel like I had money stolen from us. I'm not even excited about the trip anymore. I've literally felt sick all day, and I know my husband is unhappy. Stay away from this booking service!

Any legitimate site like that you go to will have http or https which is more secure then http. This site has it crossed, it is a scam and i fell for it. If you do get a ticket from there call your bank immediately.

I had been watching flights to Aruba for over a week! I was very excited when they popped up with round trip all inclusive of fees and taxes $398.00. They said today(4/4/2011) was the last day to book at this price! When I clicked to book, the fare actually totaled some $561.00. Stay away from Flights24!

As all others have said- they are horrible. I truly believe this is not a legitimate company and they are scammers. You can't get a hold of anyone and when you call Picasso Travel they give you some song and dance about how Flight 24 is understaff and that's why they don't answer the phones or return emails... Yah right. I am not one to talk about negative experiences but they are truly horrible and I would do anything to see this company go through major lawsuits and close down that includes Picasso...

I found a really good deal on an international flight. I made the reservation, entered carefully all the cc information and that's when the nightmare began. I finalized my request and after the last click I got an error message. Finally I got the confusing e-mail with the request information, not the actual booking. Thought it eas weird. Looking for a contact number... Called the 877 number. You start with 9 people ahead of you... You don't wait too much until you get one person ahead of you.,. You think finally... It goes all back to 9 people... and this will last all day long.
Sent thousands of e-mail... no answer.

Finally, got the number from Picasso (their partner) no one could help. Called them (serious) more than 10 times until I found a good man who decided to help me and Got someone on the line.
I found out my cc got declined (never got any notification!). So I gave them cc agin, thought it was some mistake of mine.
Again, my cc got declined... WHYYYYYYYYYY?
I don't know... Can't get a hold of anybody. I guess I'll never know!
I don't recommend this site to anybody...
It's better to pay a little more than spending your time with them. Bad bad bad experience and I will never try them again.
By the way, I never got my flight booked!

Very bad experience!

Very bad experience! We booked a flight using flights24.com, and they charged our credit card. When we called the airlines to confirm, we were told there is no reservation! Flights24.com never sent us any information as they stated on the final confirmation page and we could not get through to them by phone - no response to our email either!

I'm trying to get through their office to see if my information went through. Having trouble getting a phone number to check. I don't want to find out I don't have reser-vations but don't want to go to another site and end up paying double. Anyone out there have a phone number for this company?

I have booked many flights on line over the years. My complaint with this site is that it appeared that I got a pretty good price, I carefully entered all of my information, but when I clicked that final click I was told my Booking Number was____ and I would get an email (no actual booking number appeared). Another blurb said that the site was experiencing problems. Who to contact? There is only an email address, no phone number anywhere. I have sent 4 emails with no response. I know there can be problems with websites but I couldn't figure out whether to re-book or not because I didn't want to get charged twice. Unfortunately I ended up waiting another day to book (not from their site!) and it cost a lot more.
