: this company is deceptive. The flower delivered do not match what was purchased and they will not issue a refund. I purchased the deluxe arrangement and received an arrangement with little to no flowers for $160.00

My husband ordered flowers from this website to surprise me on valentines day. When i didn't receive anything i had to call them to make sure when they will deliver them. I called them 3 times and spoke with 3 different agents all of them saying that they cant track the order and they will give my number to the florist and he will give me the updates and since its valentines day they are busy and they will probably do the delivery at 7 pm. Nobody called me and i didn't receive anything.

So what I ordered would have been a beautiful and simple bouquet for my mother's birthday. What was delivered was a messy haphazard looking bunch of flowers that I would by no means call an arrangement. I ordered the premium bouquet and the total cost even with the discount was $103.77 The replacement for the Victorian Teacup was in my opinion an ugly teapot with a big gaudy pink rose on it. If what was sent was the listing photo I would have never purchased it. I ordered the Teleflora's Victorian Teacup Bouquet - Premium "Delivery/Substitution Policy - If the exact flowers or container you have selected are not available we will create a beautiful bouquet with the freshest available flowers. We will only substitute items of equal or higher value." That is laughable, what was sent was a gaudy mess of flowers that looked nothing like the online listing.

I order flowers for my mother birthday. I had them to be delivered on her birthday. When the day arrived I received a call that they were unable to to secure a florist that could deliver my flowers and they have to deliver tomorrow. I was annoyed as they called me mid day to let me know this. They said they were able to to find someone but it would be 10.00 more. I already paid 83.00 for these flowers. Of that 83.00 $20.00 of it was a handling fee. I told them I wasn't going to do that and they said ok we will continue to try and give you a call back. They never called me back but the following day my mom send me a photo of what she got. The arrangement was not even close to what I ordered. The arrangement looked awful and my mother said some of the flower were brown. When I called customer service they reach out to to florist and I was told that they provided their nicest vase and that champagne rose sometimes look brown, and the arrangement was put together tightly. Again the original item I ordered was flowers in a Victorian tea cup. I picked this arrangement because my mom loves victorian tea cups like this as her mother use to collect them. I was offered 20% off my order, which I feel was insulting since this wasn't even what I ordered. When I escalated this I was offered 25% off the total of the flowers, which was basically 14.00. I have learned my lesson and will never use this service again. I would caution anyone looking to use this service. Best best call a flower company that is local.

Very Disappointing
May 14, 2020

I'm very disappointed with this company and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. I had flowers delivered that were wilted and dying and instead of taking any sort of responsibility, I was just told that was the best available. For the price I paid? Unacceptable and unforgivable.

HORRIBLE customer service
May 11, 2020

This is the WORST company I have dealt with in years. I ordered sympathy flowers for a friend who lost her Mother. They delivered the flowers (didn't look as nice as what I saw online), but they attached a HUGE "Happy Mother's Day" balloon to the flowers! I was mortified and called multiple times to try to get them to rectify the situation without success. I asked to speak to a manager... there are none I was told. I asked for a refund... that couldn't happen either. I will never use them again and I have told everyone I know about this company and my experience. These are not the times that companies can afford to lose business.

I would avoid this one like the plague. They gladly took our order over the phone assuring my wife that this order would be no problem. So imagine our surprise when we get an email at 11pm Friday night saying due to covid they will be unable to fulfill the order and are issuing credit. We tried calling all the Florist in Mom's town and they do not have any free delivery slots left to deliver flowers tomorrow. Amazing, the local florist are delivering but this outfit who probably dropped the ball wants to blame covid as the reason they could not fulfill the order. Lesson learned, avoid outfits who take your money then arrange with local outfits to fulfill them. Call the local florist.

So I ordered the Rosy Day Bouquet - Deluxe. The regular version was supposed to be 15" W x 14 1/2" H. As you can see in the pictures, the one that was delivered was 11"W x 11 1/2" H. NOT EVEN CLOSE. After multiple emails they wanted to refund me the difference between the deluxe and regular. When I pointed out that this is simply not fair since I didn't even get one that measured up the regular one, they stopped communicating with me. I asked for a full refund or even better, the Deluxe Bouquet I ordered.
They had the nerve to say that since it's already been delivered they can't do that. HOW would I possibly know beforehand that the bouquet they would send me would not match their description?
VERY DECEITFUL COMPANY. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN.

Not what I ordered
May 2, 2020

Attached photos. The upright one is what I ordered, the one with dark pink miniature roses is what I got. I specifically did not order pink because my daughter does not like pink. That the one we got looks like They just threw some roses and babies breath in a vase. Very Disappointing. I also got an email that it was delivered when it was not and it didn't come till the next day. (For some reason I couldn't get the picture orientated correctly.)

Deceitful
May 1, 2020

This organization is a misleading. I called flowers were ordered and delivered they confirmed my price on the phone with me and at no time did they say this would be in US funds. Sure it is written in extra small on their website, I missed this as they quickly pointed out to their customer. When I explained how deceived I felt they said there is nothing they could do. Order that I was told would cost 76.67 cost $110.00. I would have never paid that price for such a small arrangement. They should be honest when reviewing the cost with customers THIS IS IN US FUNDS. I would have cancelled immediately!

I sent a "Deluxe" Blooming Garden Basket ($80) to my friend to cheer her up. It was a basket of green plants filled with THREE different types of flowers (description: One wicker basket with handle arrives brimming with blooming African violet, azalea, miniature rose and hypoestes plants and a small green ivy plant.) When the arrangement arrived it ONLY HAD GREEN PLANTS THERE WERE NO FLOWERS AT ALL (most definately not "brimming with blooming flowers". I contacted customer service and their response was "we have the right to substitute out flowers if needed". I would have been fine if they substitued out flowers but to not include ANY flowers is unethical. I will never use them again. Spent $80 for something she could have digged up from her back yard. Buyer beware (as other reviews have said)

Save your money...
April 22, 2020

Until after 8pm. I got the deluxe bouquet and I was extremely shocked how small it is. With all the add- on fees it's not worth it. Get a Costco membership and for quarter or the price you can get a bouquet 5x the size.

Buyer beware
April 16, 2020

Don't waste your money or time on this company. I was very disappointed in the quality and experience with customer service. I requested a deluxe bouquet and received nothing of what I had ordered. Not the flowers or the vase or the balloon that was never delivered. When I called customer service to voice my concern I was given a response that I should have checked the box stating what I wanted in the arrangement which is ridiculous as I'm not a florist Do yourself a favor and go to another company

False advertising
April 13, 2020

False advertising, they don't deliver what they sell and you bought. They deliver a different cheaper flowers and if you order a teddy bear or a ballon they charge you but they don't deliver it neither. Terrible customer service and they don't return your money.

Not good
April 12, 2020

I ordered from flowershopping.com because they said if you order by 3pm (which I did), I could get same day service. Later they emailed and called and said they would not be able to deliver until the next day. Then the flowers were not delivered until 6pm the next day. It should have been earlier. However, my biggest complaint is that I ordered the premium (which is the largest of the choices) and later when I saw a picture of the actual flowers delivered, I was so disappointed. It was very small. Everyone from the office had chipped in on these. I hope they don't think I lied about the price and pocketed the rest. I will never order from them again.

Horrible experience with flowershopping.com
April 11, 2020

Horrible experience with flowershopping.com
I just got done having a very bad experience with flowershopping.com. I tried to surprise my wife with a lunch date and a nice flower arrangement so I ordered a beautiful arrangement online and paid to have it rushed before noon. The flowers showed up at 5 pm... first strike. The arrangement was nothing close to the actual picture online. They state that if the exact flowers aren't available, they will use flowers of the same quality or better. They used about 85% carnations as the filler and through in a few roses, six to be exact. The picture online showed at least 11 roses and you couldn't even see the back side so you could be fairly certain there would be another 3-4 roses. The arrangement was significantly smaller than the "premium" arrangement described. Strike two. When I called in to express my frustrations they asked me to send some pictures. I did. The replied back admitting that the size was smaller and that the quality wasn't even close. They could give me 20% off... I didn't except. They offered be 30% off. I told them I just wanted a full refund and that they could pick up their poor arrangement as it was back on the front porch about 15 mins after I received it. They claimed that their policy wouldn't allow this as I did actually receive flowers. I tried several times to talk with a manager about it but was told their wasn't one to talk with. I would never use this company for any flower arrangements in the future. I wasted $92 on flowers I should have gone to the grocery store and got for $20. Strike three.

Rude and Sexist Customer Support
April 10, 2020

We have placed an order for a birthday 24 hours before the time of delivery. Then as soon as their operation hours were ending they called us and left a voicemail notifying us that the delivery could not be made as scheduled and they went on to tell us to call back immediately. We had called back immediately but they were closed and cannot answer my calls. We were extremely disappointed because the flower delivery was for my sister for her birthday and now the flowers have not arrived. The next day a customer service agent called us back after we had left several voicemails trying to get a hold of them. However my wife had answered the phone and the service agent was extremely rude. She told us her name was Bea, and would not let her transfer the call to a supervisor. She was insulting and degrading which made me very frustrated. She ended that phone call by hanging up on my wife and telling her to have her husband call this number back right away. This in my opinion was extremely sexist and completely unacceptable. I then called the number back to find out if we're not taking calls because of the holiday which clearly it's not true seeing that we had received a call 5 minutes ago. This has been the worst flower order experience and I would never recommend anyone order from here again especially if your representative is named bea.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible
April 2, 2020

Terrible, terrible experience. DO NOT use this company. I googled a local business to send flowers, and my search brought me to their page. It said "shop local, family owned business, Coquitlam's #1 flower delivery service". I reasonably thought that I was shopping at a local business, in Vancouver, BC. When I submitted my order and was charged, I realized that I was charged in US funds. I called and attempted to modify/cancel my order and the representative did NOTHING for me. I understand that it was my oversight, though it was in fine print at the VERY bottom of the screen that they indicate they charge in US funds. The employee gave me a "shop code" which was completely useless to me. He refused to let me speak with a supervisor, or even contact the florist to amend the order. They had my money and did not care that I was not satisfied. I was incredibly upset that I did not directly support a local florist in my community, especially due to the cover 19 crisis.

I repeat- DO NOT order flowers from this "business".

Not as ordered or comparable
March 27, 2020

Plat was at least 20% smaller than advertised.

Dead flowers arranged and substituted for live plants.

No response to email addressed to customer service after learning about these disappointments.

This was my $70 plant. So embarrassing. Not even a ribbon to help fill it out.

The arrangement substituted for the African violets in the basket didn't even get placed on display because it was so petite and would have been swallowed by the other arrangements.

I am disappointed with product substitution. The plant - that was to be a full palm measuring in at 2.5 ft tall -was instead a broad-leafed shorter plant. I do not see how this would be considered a $70 plant in any market. (My sister who received the plant for funeral agreed with the assessment.)

The basket arrangement was nice but again I specifically selected live plants so there would be something lasting for the family following the service.

You can imagine the disappointment when i saw what was while thinking if substitution were to be made it would be in kind(live plant sub for live plant or cut arrangement for cut dead flower arrangement).

I feel like the value of this delivery didn't match or surpass what was paid or promised as site guarantees.

This was my first experience ordering flowers online and based upon this transaction will not use nor recommend this site again.

They told me they were local in Redmond Washington and would get my sister her birthday flowers by 5 PM.
They never showed up and later that night tried to get another $20.00 out of to make the delivery!
They are not local and they are liars. Don't trust them or you will be disappointed!

I don't belive this is a 4 star company at all
March 10, 2020

Check on trustpilot.com and every review is one star. Ordered flowers for same day delivery, long story short, never sent the flowers and called the next day to say they have a florist in the area that will do it for $20 MORE. That would be $85.00 for an arrangement they put on their website at $35.00.

Avoid, flowershopping.com is the worst. I've ordered flowers from a lot of places and generally had good luck, however after paying for delivery today they email me at 5:30pm saying the can't do it. Now it's too late to use a competent company and my special occasion is ruined. Don't be a chump like me, use a reputable company that's not flowershopping.com.

I bought flowers for 42 dollars all in.
Ended up costing 82 dollars after their bull crap fees and charging me in US.
Followers got here and are the wrong ones, delivered late, and damaged.
A lady said there is nothing I can do than hung up on me.
Nuts, support the small flower shops near you who care for your service.
BTW, If you look on every other website their ratings are under 2 stars.
Very fishing what is going on here.
