: this company is deceptive. The flower delivered do not match what was purchased and they will not issue a refund. I purchased the deluxe arrangement and received an arrangement with little to no flowers for $160.00

Very terrible service and product, I would give negative stars if possible. I ordered for same day delivery, and it was not delivered that day. I got a call from someone saying they were delivery the next morning because the business was closed when they got there. I called again 2 days later asking if it was delivered and was told that it was delivered and they will get more details from the driver. I called again after speaking to the receiver saying she did not receive flowers to let flower shopping know it was not delivered and they finally got back to me saying it will be delivered today. The flowers did not look at all like the photo, and it says in their statement that they will make an arrangement closest and freshest. The arrangement looked like flowers thrown into a vase and they put clear cellophane wrapping with two ugly pigtails on it. Customer service is not helpful at all, never ever ever use this company!
After several attempts to reach out to said driver or florist, to deliver within a reasonable time frame (8 hours) they simply never responded to the messages, and the recipient never received the flowers, to boot. Their system doesn't allow them to reach out to anyone.
So upsetting and disappointing!
I would never use such a lame service again, ever! Very unreliable.
Always call a florist directly.
Lesson learned.
What we got wasnt what was ordered - the vase was cheap and didnt have the smiley face on it. I regret using this company...
Paid extra for expedited delivery. Received no delivery. Took 4 phone calls and finally needed my bank to handle the reimbursement
I contacted flower shopping to deliver a nice flowering plant for my sister-in-law, who was really having a hard time. I thought a plant would cheer her up. See pictures what she received. It was embarrassing! Flower Shopping says the florist said there was nothing wrong with the plant. Obviously there is. Since the plant was for my sister-in-law, I wanted them to either replace the plant or reimburse me so I can order a new one. They are not going to do either. Instead they're giving me 25% off the price. My sister-in-law will still have the same pathetic plant. Not happy!
This is what the plant should look like… https://www.flowershopping.com/bronze-cushion-mum-plant/
Actually, I give it 0 stars! A few weeks ago, I ordered a flower arrangement through FlowerShopping.com for my brother-in-law in Washington, WV. He sent me a picture when he received it. I was appalled! It looked nothing like the arrangement I thought I ordered and thought someone made a mistake! He said it was from Sandy's Florist in Belpre. I called the Customer Complaint Line for the website and emailed the pictures as requested. They apologized and offered me a 15% refund! Seriously? I wanted the florist to send a replacement, even a glass vase of fall mums or daisies would have been acceptable, but they refused, and I couldn't reach the florist directly. Then I was offered a 20% refund, which I refused. I was told that the florist used the freshest available product and the best container for this design, and copied me their substitution policy, which states 'we will only substitute items of equal or higher value'. Again, SERIOUSLY? The Customer Service rep, Hope, said the florist followed the 'Recipe'! The RECIPE is seriously FLAWED! After a couple more emails, and more apologies for my unhappiness, I accepted the 20% refund, since they refused to do anything else, but I will NEVER use this company again, nor the florist!
On October 24,2022, I placed order ******* for this item Teleflora's Morning Melody T68-3A accompanied with a balloon to be delivered to my wife in our wedding anniversary. It was supposed to be purple flowers and a purple vase and to my dismay, they delivered the wrong item, with no balloon. When I called then, they offered to return my money or send a replacement and they did neither. They just sent me an email apologizing and offering a 10% reimbursement, which I objected. They ruined my wedding anniversary and charged me $71 dollars for the wrong arrangement.
Ordered flowers to be delivered on a Sunday. Even paid EXTRA for Sunday delivery! No flowers delivered Sunday, Monday morning get an email at 9:33am saying "so sorry, we weren't able to deliver your flowers yesterday like requested, so we will upgrade your floral arrangement for free. Then get another email at 9:34am saying "sorry, we are unable to locate the arrangement you ordered. Please contact us to change your order." Makes perfect sense. What a joke!
Flowershopping.com has a 100% satisfaction guarantee prominently advertised on their website, but doesn't honor this policy.
I ordered a "premium fall rose arrangement" for $72, but instead what delivered was an "autumn expressions" arrangement, which sells on their site for $42.
When I pointed out both these indisputable facts, they only offered to discount the premium fall roses arrangement by 15%.
It's clear that this retailer fulfills no part of the orders they accept, and is merely a broker of the transaction between the consumer and actual florist.
They cited a substitution policy as reasoning for rejecting my request for a refund or replacement (which states the substitution will be of equal or greater value - policy they did not follow, as evidenced by another arrangement for sale on their own site), and ignored my repeated references to their 100% satisfaction guarantee.
It's a little surprising that in today's world, an internet retailer that treats customers this way can still exist. I suspect that my order this was intentionally submitted to the local florist as the cheaper arrangement and they just pocketed the difference.
Skip this shady false advertiser. It's always best to patronize your local florist directly when possible… or a large internet florist broker (800Flowers, FTD, etc) with an actual interest customer service, and financial resources to honor satisfaction guarantees.
Ordered flowers for a special occasion, they were recieved with a blotched note, price tag still attached, fake green leaves, not true to size WHAT SO EVER. I spent almost 100 dollars on something that isn't even worth 10. Then they try to tell me they sent me something that is of equal value to what I wanted? Not true. 6 flowers delivered instead of the full bouquet I saw in the picture. Completely ripped me off and ruined my surprise. 0 stars
Told I received a fair substitution of what I ordered. I'll let the pics show you what you think you are ordering for a bunch of money and what you actually get. I guess they only had roses and felt 6 were enough flowers.
I ordered a rather expensive and beautiful arrangement to be delivered to my mom on her birthday, while she was in the hospital. In addition to the arrangment I also ordered a balloon. Additionally, I paid an additional fee to have the flowers delivered by noon. They had issues with their local florists and the arrangement was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be. The company offered me an upgraded arrangement versus cancelling, to be delivered the next day. I agreed. Flowers were delivered to my mom, no balloon and the (upgraded) arrangement was less quality then the original arrangement. I contacted the company and was directed to their disclaimer that substitutions may be applied. Substituting for something of same or better quality is acceptable, delivering an arrangement with cheap flowers instead of roses is not acceptable. Oh, and did I mention they still charged me the rush fee for having it delivered the next day before noon? Really disappointed. I went with them because I was trying to support, what they state is, a family business, I should have stuck with the big box companies. I would not reccommend them to anyone.
I placed an order two days in advance, paid for deliver before noon and requested to be notified once it was delivered. Unfortunately there was no order placed, no delivery and no one notified me that there had been no delivery made until I called "Flowershopping.com". I will never use them again!
My order failed to arrive and after several emails and calls I was told it would have to be delivered the next day. No updated info on website btw. Next day, waited, no delivery and I asked for cancellation. This time no response at all and I asked my bank to block the pending payment. Still no response on third day. Very disappointing. I recommend using other services.
I paid extra for same day shipping and they didn't deliver the same day. It totally ruined the moment. They also didnt let me know they didnt deliver until 9pm that night. Not a very reliable service
The first one was nicer than the other and we paid for the premium on the second, there were no party favors on either order as shown on page.
So disappointing, this was not the first time I ordered from them.
First time was good(pre covid) I did contact customer service and received a small discount as they felt the orders were similar to the advertised item.
Myself and the two families disagree sorry but will not be ordering from this Company again try your luck hopefully you get what you ordered
They boast in their ad that they have same day delivery - but it's just a bait and switch. They took my money and my order and then called me to say that they didn't have the right flowers and could deliver tomorrow. When I called the rep told me that they driver already went to that area and wasn't going back. Neither excuse makes me feel better. Horrible experience - don't use them.
I ordered flowers 6 weeks in advance. A week before they were supposed to be delivered I received an e-mail confirming that they had been delivered, they were not. I called customer service on the delivery day and was told that they were out for delivery. Guess what, that was a lie. The customer service person said that they were delivered and they would not be giving a refund of my purchase price. Avoid this company at all cost. Your flowers will get delivered quicker if you grow them yourself and hand deliver them!
One pissed off customer.
Ordered flowers and paid extra for delivery by 12:00 noon but never came. I received a call telling me the florist the use in my area closed so someone else was going to deliver the next day. I was also told I would get 10% off my order the express delivery cost back and an upgrade on my order. The next day the flowers came looklike $#*! and no upgrade and they didn't even look like the ones in the picture I ordered. I have only received less than $5.00 back.
Absolutely discussed with them. Use someone else if you can so maybe your anniversary gift won't be horrible and a embarrassing experience for your wife. Here are pictures of what I paid for and what I got delivered.
Placed order at 09:00 am. Order was never delivered, nor was either party notified.
Completely ruined a special one time occasion. This place needs to be out of business. Spend your money elsewhere. Customer service closes at 1pm so that also is worthless as there reputation.
Disgusted beyond belief.
