I am very happy with the service I received today. It was my boyfriend's birthday and due to heavy rain I was not able to be at his party. I assumes that the orders that I had placed to FnC may also not be delivered because of the bad weather. But I was wrong. The surpises that I have planned for him was delivered on time to him. The happiness in his face made my day and all thanks to FnC. Really Thanks to all FnC members who worked hard to make our day and understand the emotions behind the gifts that we order. Would recommend FnC to one and all. Keep up the good work and spread smile to all. Thanks a million

This is just a fake website. They arranged the site so nicely that nobody can understand that it is a trap. I ordered a cake on 4th September 2020 after calling a lady via mobile number given in the site. She told me that it can be delivered to my location. After that I paid 949/- for my cake and set the delivery time 5th September, 6:30-9 am. But the next day I did not receive any product. After so many phone calls she told me that she can not deliver this product to my location. After that, I called her almost 100 times and sent mails. Finally, she returned me 500/- instead of 949/-. This is not a business website. Only lady is there behind all this. Really a pathetic experience. We live in a country where we say that girls are not safe. But first time I talked to a girl who is so politely incoming money by cheating others! Be cautious. Shame on the lady.

Would advise people never to place any order to this company. I wanted to send a cake to my friend in Canada.
For which i made the payment as per my selection. After the payment was made, i was told through a mail that the selected cake is not for delivery in Canada. I was told to make 4 times more price, which made no sense to me. Hence I cancelled my order and told them to refund the money. To which I have not received any reply. Then i called their office through a friends phone as they were not receiving the calls made by my phone as they already had that number whereas the call was promptly picked when i called from a friend's phone. The woman representing the flower 'n' cake company identified herself as Ms. Neha and office address as F 89 ground Floor Rajouri Garden New Delhi. She told me to wait till Monday as the accounts department work only on weekdays. But it has been more than a week, neither have i received any mail nor call. Due to this fraud company, i missed the opportunity to deliver the cake to my friend on his birthday but faced harassment, making multiple calls and emails. Clearly this is a fraud company, which dupes unsuspecting customers of their money. All customers please be aware do not do any business with this firm.
