You people are awesome. Thanks for my USA delivery. Flowers were fresh and were timely delivered on my friend wedding day.
Oday I placed an order with http://www.flowerncake.com/send-online-flowers-and-cake-to-delhi and as I was short of time so I told them to deliver before 7PM after placing order at 2.30PM. They delivered the same around 6.30 PM moreover product quality was awesome.
Totally fraud and third class customer service. My order was to a tier 2 city. While placing the order they promised they will deliver before 2pm. They deliverd the cake at 7pm. They charged additional 250Rs for that. I had chosen balloons and card. Each 150Rs extra. Card was not delivered and only 3 unblown with package. Crappy service. Utter disappointment. On confronting on chat their customer service was so rude and kept me waiting for 15 minutes.

No delivery, no customer service, wastage of time and money.
The delivery never happened, and no one responds to phone call or emails. Looks like a fraud site.
I had given order of cake and after payment i got mail regarding shiping charge for Rs250.and when i did not accept this condition for shiping after payment. They cancelled my order and even they are taking time in refunding my payment and they did not return my money in my bank account they had given me voucher code for future use as per policy.

I ordered combo for cake and flowers from them for my friend it was awesome in quality and flowers were so fresh and my friend also like it.

They became offline now no contact to communicate with them.
