We have booked a rakhi to USA after seeing that the service is free of cost. After placing the order they mentioned that they are charging 2k more for USA. I have then cancelled the order and even after 10 days i did not get my amount back. They are not responding to the calls and mails at all

Worst customer service. I am thinking that this is a cheating company to get amounts from user like us. They are not at all responding to any number of mails or calls and did not refund my money also.

Pathetic delivery experience. Firstly, i called them and reminded them that they need to send my order today. Then they have the audacity to ask the delivery address details and order details again. I mean what is thay order no. Meant for?

Secondly, they delivered all wrong products. Cake without message. Not even name of the person for whom the bday cake was delivered inspite of mentioning that. Ordered Chocolate box big sized. Deliver a small box of chocolate priced Rs100 for which they charged 400. Cadbury silk priced Rs 70 for which they charged 150.
They won't answer your calls, emails nothing. No replies no assistance just frustration.

Don't ever go for it even for the first time. Totally fraud.

I had ordered rasmalai pastry worth 2500 with 250 additional charge for delivery.And what I received is pineapple flavoured plain cake worth of 700 rs. When I call customer service they tell it's what you get in your place. I will not recommend this to anyone please don't purchase from this website. I wanted to surprise my mom I didn't knew that I would be surprised.

They are not delivering product in time like i ordered for 14 Feb and they tried to deliver the product 15 Feb does it make any sense in ordering from this website and in return they are are ready to cancel the order and refund.

They are sitting only to fool people. They need to work a lot on their site. First, they will refund your money via coupon. Second you can not use that coupon on festivals. Third when you will try to use that coupon and by mistake you are unable to make the payment, it means your order is not placed but you have consumed your coupon. You cannot use your coupon(your refunded money only) again. What a great site. You lost your money. Their online chat support is so pathetic that you keep pinging them but they will not respond you.

I placed an order with them. I paid the standard Rs. 250 as the 3 tier city delivery charge. They called me at night and said I have to pay additional Rs 250, since the location I selected was a village. Why was I not informed about this at the time of placing the order? I would have looked for some other website instead of paying such ridiculously high amount. I wanted them to cancel the order. They said they can only refund in vouchers. I did not intend to use their service ever again, so I thought to hell with it and paid the extra Rs. 250.
They do not send any message/ email to let you know that their order has been delivered. They expect you to call and check with the receiver to know if they have received the flowers etc. Since I did not want to do that, I pestered them to find out if it was delivered. They checked and said it had been delivered. I did not receive any call from my uncle ( the receiver) so I was wondering what went wrong. I had no option, but to shamelessly call and ask him if he received the flowers. To my utter dismay, he said he received a bouquet but he had no way of knowing who sent it as it did not have any message or card or anything! I had typed a message to be delivered with the bouquet and paid Rs. 150 for an anniversary greeting card, both of which were conveniently forgotten. Their customer service is the worst I have seen till date. No response on the chat window. If you call their number, nobody answers. I do not know how these people arrange international flower delivery if they cannot do a decent job at home! Utterly useless service
