Your website is deceptive and customer service is terrible. You refuse to refund money despite ruining and completely spoiling an occasion. Not recommended at all!
Hi everyone please do not place your order with floweraura i had really $#*! experience with that website... i place order for birthday cake n flowers n chocolate. Flowers n chocolate is spouse to be order exect mid nyt i pay extra for that n they deliver at 11:00pm... n cake delivery tym was 11:00am to 5:00pm n they delivered 07:30 pm. product quality is poor. Not happy with that...

I ordered (Order ID: *******) a flower basket called eternal bliss in Amritsar; however, the basket was not as shown in pic, please be careful.
In addition, the chocolate cake that I ordered was not even close to what they show.

I had placed an order on this website for first time. N I came to know about this website really late. So I needed some help in placing order today midnight and the time till bookings were accepted was only 4p.m. But thanks to vinay who provided me assistance n helped me place order for today itself. Worst service
They take money for fixed time delivery and deliver post the committed time and then defend themselves by saying as per our vendor we have delivered your order within the time slot.
If you cant keep the commitment of delivering on time then why charge so much amount for fixed delivery option. Worth less

I am satisfied with the customer support provided. Missed the time line for placing by 9p. M, but Vinay provided the support for placing the order.
I paid for midnight delivery but the order was delivered at around 10pm.

Pathetic service! I ordered a cake, bouquet and a card and opted for standard delivery (9am-7pm). After my repeated calls, my order wasn't on time. The receiver got the cake after ofc hours i. E., after 7(7:20 to be precise!). It felt like they moved out to deliver it at 6:30 pm. During my first call, they said it will b delivered after 4. On 2nd call, they said it would get delivered before 6. When I called for the 3rd time at 6:50, they had no clue about the order.
Do you guys mean 7 pm delivery when you say your so called standard delivery.
Another issue! I wrote a personalised msg for the card but it wasn't mentioned anywhere. God knows how are they still surviving after providing such $#*! services!

Worst company i ever seen. No response after taking orders, They delivered the cake n flowers but this is the worst one ever seen. Before also i placed orders with other companies but floweraura seems to be the worst, how people can recommend them i cant imagine. When i sent them the pics for the flowers n cake they sent, there reply was in city like chennai u will get this type only. Never nver order from them. Lilies were completely damaged. Cake full melted n hard. Seems to be 2 days old. When asked them to take away ur flowers n cake n refund my amount their reply refund is not possible, why u accepetd the things. When i m sending gift to other person how will they know what i have ordered. Simply bull$#*!. Never had such experience with other on line companies. Seeing this kind of service, i am sure that all the good testimonials n reviews are put this own company.

Have asked for help, have been assured. Lets see when its delivered. Otherwise the collection and the price seemed good. All now depends if they deliver the same item and in tge same arrange5 as shown in tge website and by scheduled time. Rest is good, seems ok.

Drastic change in the product which i order, It looks different online then i got.
Moreover not worth spending that much money.
Giving one star because they send cake on time. I know why it was on time because they send random cake which was ready and totally opposite of i order. So go for other websites rather than floweraura.

Vinay's assistance was very helpful not for selection of bouquet but also assisted in payment process, due to some technical issue i lost the payment link, he provided me the link, so it reduce my rework and saved my time.

$#*!ing service and totally a big crap site, I have order a cake but this $#*!ty people deliverd a crappy cake which is worth of 300 rs they charged me 700 rs for a crap thing and the order was not given at exact tym and cake was melted totally and comming to customer care service they are like big basteds they don't have a commen sense when we are saying our problem they are just putting the phone on hold this happens me 5 times I was calling them and they keep on rejecting my call

They spoilt my day. The order is supposed to arrive today but still they haven't confirmed the order till now. Customer service guys are just bunch of illiterate morons. They are so arrogant and they speak like they own the company. In the end my order was not taken, even after I sent them payment confirmation and questioned them why didn't you take my order they responded

We have not received your order so far so we would like to inform you that please wait till payment received with us."
Whats the use if they send the gifts after the birth date? I showed them PAYPAL confirmation, I sent them screenshots. When banks are on holiday like Sunday, how will the transaction be made.! They are only money minded.

Horrible service. Very bad experience. I ordered some other cake and they send me some ordinary cake with tootey frooti on it. They charged Rs. 350 extra for midnight delivery but they delivered by 10:30. Very disappointed

Answer: I was also confused after reading the reviews... but my experience with them was gud... i had ordered pineapple cake and chocolates on my brother's anniversary... they delivered my order in fixed time( within 3 hrs) and the cake was fresh and tasty... cant say about flowers as i have not ordered them...
