I ordered from Florists.com to try something new. I order flowers for this particular recipient about 4x a year. This particular order was for the Halloween bouquet. The flowers were delivered smoshed and half wilted/dead - as they did not arrive in water. They looked nothing like the picture presented to make the purchase decision. My aunt knows flowers and how to care for them. When I showed the Florists.com customer satisfaction team and image of the flowers, they sent me an infographic on how to cut, water, and add food to the water. Essentially to bring the dead flowers they sent back to life. I insisted that my aunt carefully took the time to cut them and try to make them look somewhat presentable for the thank you picture she sent (the scissors were in the image). I also sent them an infographic on the negative impact of poor customer service. I have not yet heard back from them, nor have I received a refund.

1st, I got the wrong flowers. 2nd, The card was addressed to some young girl for her birthday even though my order and name was on the card. 3rd, what is with the box, paper, zip ties and having to un-box, separate, cut, arrange and water the shipment? Last, it's 100 degrees where I live and the flowers arrived without water buds. Horrible service.

I ordered and paid for same day delivery. They didnt deliver it for a WEEK- and when it came, it looked nothing like the picture, and didnt include the balloon or baby toy. Customer service was horrible and made no attempt at correcting. Never again.

The worst bouquet of flowers that I have seen in my life! H O R R I B L E! Stay away from this page. The carnations were all brown around the edges and the others flowers dry, the little roses never opened. Also, they did not send 2 balloons of 3 that my husband bought, they sent only one. Do not trust them because you will regret it!. """They did not refund the full money that my husband paid""". I don't recommend this Florist.com page. Do not permit that they embarrassed you on a special day. My husband paid for a PREMIUM bouquet... and look with your own eyes what they sent. In the photos you can see everything, how were the flowers, when the delivery man arrived with only 1 balloon, and the refund receipt

I ordered flowers for a dear friend who had just suffered a tragic and painful medical issue. First, the flowers were not delivered on the day they were promised. Then, when they were finally delivered, they looked like 1/4 of the bouquet photo I selected and paid for. When I sent them the photos attached here, they said they would send a new bouquet. They never did. Then they offered me a coupon and partial refund. I will never use this service again, and I advise anyone else hoping to send floral greetings to avoid them as well. The only thing they did well was respond to my e-mails promptly. However, that did not make up for the horrible execution of my order.

I wish I had checked reviews before ordering from florist.com. They totally dropped the ball on delivering my order. I was out of town and ordered flowers for my mom's 94th birthday and they never arrived. Their excuse was that the order didn't download to their system. I was so disappointed because I ordered these to surprise my mom since I couldn't be there in person to bring her flowers. Their CS rep apologized and admitted they dropped the ball but there isn't anything they can say to recover from this. I would recommend pro-flowers or your local florist.

I ordered a bouquet for a friend who lost her father today. I selected same day delivery, and the flowers were delivered to her within two hours! Not only was the delivery fast but the flowers were beautiful! I will be ordering all of my flowers from florists.com from now on!

Placed order online at 7 AM and paid for same day delivery. They called the following day after the funeral had started to ask for more information. Information that was included in the order! Unbelievable, do not trust them if you need a quick delivery! You think for something as important as a funeral they would ask questions before the delivery day had passed?

Sent to my wife at work in school selected school for delivery she gets out at 2:30 had to wait till 3:05 at school for them to arrive! That was mothers day weekend. So figured give them another chance.its now 2:30 still no delivery told them if not there by 3:00 don't deliver. Not going to give them another shot you send flowers to a person at work so they can enjoy them.not wait for them and take them home!

You won't get anything from these guys as a compensation for a screwed up order. They were very 'generous' to offer me a $20 gift card for future orders, which is completely useless to me for the reason that, being a woman, I rarely order flowers and I will certainly not want to order from them again. They didn't even include a note that was supposed to come with the flowers and was quite important. And the order was delivered a day late when the recipient was already out of state.
Looked like a great deal at first, but ended up being a complete mess. I guess I got what I paid for.

My friend ordered a gift for me. It was to arrive on Saturday. On Sunday my friend called to ask if I received it. I told her no. In following up, they order wasn't delivered due to "weather", which is ridiculous, the weather was beautiful on Saturday. Then the delivery was changed to Monday, 10pm on Monday, still NO delivery! Customer service is terrible. I asked to talk to a manager and was told No. Do not order from here!

I couldnt be more dissatisfied with the quality and the response to dead flowers being delivered. Exactly 1 week later there has been absolutely nothing done about a delivery that the flowers were dead basically on arrival. I wish I knew what florist you use coming out of the Wauwatosa Wi area. Very disappointed in such a large company. Within 4 hours of receiving the flowers they were brown and wilted. Tried to get them to at least say sorry. I have pictures. Needless to say I was embarrassed to have my name on this arrangement or so called arrangement of flowers. Will never use florists.com again. Terrible customer service as well as a terrible product.

These people are unprofessional and incompetent. If you want to stay happily married, all you need to do is stay away from Florists.com

They are cheats, who say they delivered the flowers for my wife's birthday but didnt.

I purchased flowers for a very important occasion and the day of delivery i checked the tracking and it said it was on its way. By mid day i received an email from the company saying that they were not able to deliver it and i had to start a new order for something else that would be delivered another day. It was so misleading and had i known about this and it didn't say it was on it was that morning i could've had a chance to purchase something else but i had NO TIME. I saw many reviews saying the same thing and didn't listen. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

DO NOT order your flowers from this place. I put my order in 3 weeks in advance. The order did not come the day it was supposed to. I called and they said it would come the next day, it didn't come. I called again and they said it would for sure be delivered the next day; didn't happen yet again. So i called and got a refund. Literally, the worst customer service I have EVER received,

I followed up with the online customer service and asked for a tracking number. It was provided & I watched the FedEx order right through delivery. My daughter FaceTimed me as she opened the Think Pink Bouquet box and was thrilled.

Ordered flowers for daughter's 35th birthday, one week in advance. Changed the order 0minutes after placing it, still one week in advance. Received order AND change confirmation later in day, still one week in advance.
Birthday arrives and I checked status around mid-afternoon, website showed ORDER FULFILLED. Found out the next morning (day after birthday) that NO flowers were delivered. The company phone number directs you to do ALL business through website. I emailed and received a reply that stated there had been a computer error AFTER order was placed. The flowers were to be delivered tomorrow, TWO DAYS AFTER BIRTHDAY! I was also given an apology code (SORRY20), for $20 off my next order. Really?! I don't think I'll ever use them again. To their credit, the flowers WERE delivered two days after the birthday; they found the correct house, just 48 hours later...
I have been waiting for a proper resolution for the past FOUR days and have not received anything but a generic reply.
BEWARE. I am surprised companies that run this way can manage to stay in business. Thank goodness for all the complaint forums online...
