Terrible, overpaid for flowers that couldn't even be delivered on time! For a site that advertises same day delivery, it's unacceptable that an order placed 8 days in advance couldn't be fulfilled until 16 days after original order...

Flowers arrived 1 week late! ONE WEEK! Why as us to select a date if you can't meet the date? Why not communicate to the customer that it will be late? Nothing from them. Found out from recipient they got it a week later! It was actually for a special occasion on THAT day. Unreal. Then they reimburse me shipping only and only after I complained. The delivery date is just as important as the flowers. I am shocked by the lack of communication to allow me to use another vendor or communicate to the recipient. They said nothing but charged me like delivery was made. Stick with 1800 flowers.

BUYER BEWARE: I ordered Flowers for Same Day Delivery. I kept checking the Tracking but kept receiving the same "Order been Processed" message. Over 24 hours later I called to see if my flowers were delivered and after been left on hold for some time I was told they had not been delivered because THE FLORIST DIDN'T HAVE THE FLOWERS. When I asked why no one had called me OR refunded my money they had no answer. Can't help wondering what would have happened to my money had I not called. Not Impressed. Very Disappointed with the Service

Awful experience!

Ordered lovely bouquet with four graduation balloons to cheer up my senior in quarantine. Very small arrangement arrived with no balloons. I can't even submit issues on the site... It keeps glitching. Would never use them again!

I ordered some flowers for someone who lost their brother to be delivered on 4/20/20. Every time i go to check the order it says it being prepared. Reached out to their customer service team and someone emails me back to tell me it was delivered. They couldn't tell me what time or anything. I also didn't receive an email confirmation from them stating that it was. This was my first time ordering and this will be my last time. Never again!

Ordered flowers for the next day for a fellow teacher's birthday... they never came! I contacted the site and they said that they would be delivered the next day... again, they never arrived! I had to issue a stop payment with my credit union because now she isn't there and they are undeliverable. It was a horribly humiliating and embarrassing experience! She probably thought that I didn't do anything... it made me very uncomfortable and I avoided her the entire time I was waiting, thinking that they would eventually arrive! Finally, I just had to tell her. No one at that school will order from this website, that's for sure! AWFUL! Wish I could give negative stars!

Ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. The email confirmation, had a wrong city so I called to correct and see when they would be delivered. The woman just kept repeating what was clearly in her script. She claimed to have called the local florist (told me it was against their policy to tell me who it was) and said she couldn't reach them. Complained on FB and received a response asking for more information. Responded, never heard. Called back at 3:00 CST, office was closed. Flowers never arrived, I will make sure I post wherever I can about this company

Terrible Customer service

Received flowers yesterday, more than half are dead. Customer service acts like i'm stealing from them. Never wanted the batch no. Tracking no. Nothing could care less. Please do not waste your money sending from this company

I ordered these flowers ($39.99) from Florist.com and they were absolutely the cheapest and ugliest flowers I have EVER seen! In addition, they were wilted. Their customer service people said they were just buds that would bloom in 4-5 days and the flowers would magically transform into a beautiful arrangement. I will never... ever order anything from this place again and unless you want to throw away your $$$ and be totally embarrassed by whoever you are sending the flowers to I would highly encourage you to buy from a reputable florist.

Two out of three flower arrangements were not as ordered. A cheaper version of each arrangement was delivered. Very poor quality. My wife did not received her premium box chocolates. What a rip off! Poor customer service on the west coast (5 pm eastern there customer service call center closes)! You cannot talk to a live person to correct your order! You are better off with FTD or 1800Flowers. A little more expensive, however, you get what you order and if you don't you can speak to a live person to get it fixed on the west coast!

Worst Idea

I ordered flowers for my mom's bday and they were not delivered on the day I requested. I didn't even hear from them until I contacted them the following day. The assured me they would be delivered the following day. 6 days later no flowers, I have to keep following up with them to see what is going on and they finally gave me a refund. I would NEVER use them again or refer anyone to using them.

SO disappointed that I did not read these reviews before! I thought, since it is a subsidiary of 1-800-Flowers, that this website could deliver the product and service you pay for. Wrong! I ordered flowers on a Tuesday night for a family member going to surgery on Friday, with a requested delivery date of Thursday. No deliver on Thursday, family was in the hospital all day Friday and Saturday. I reached out to Florists.com, of course their website says "We're working hard but we don't have any info at this time". I sent an e-mail, which I did receive a response to within 48 hours, stating that delivery way attempted Thursday and Friday. I confirmed with my family who said NO ONE came by the house on Thursday. No phone calls, no voicemail. Florists.com promised it would be delivered the following Monday. Again, the day came and went, no delivery. Reached out again today, they state that the florist tried multiple times to deliver and called with no success, that someone must be present to sign for the flowers. Again, this was incorrect; family was home all day, no phone calls, no voicemail, no attempted delivery. I requested a refund and they refunded my shipping/delivery fee. Flowers were finally delivered... left outside the gate WITHOUT requesting a signature! And flowers don't look like what I ordered... VERY DISAPPOINTED. Do not use this company!

This is the one and ONLY time we will be using Florists.com. We ordered flowers to be delivered the next day to a sick relative - a week later the recipient still has not received them, Florists.com states they have delivered, we are putting a stop on our credit card payment we are so angry. When we contact the company, they have no desire to assist. We have tried calling, emailing, submitting customer service requests - and we get nothing but we delivered so sorry even as the recipient has nothing in hand... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Unbelievable

I'm so unhappy. This is the second time I've ordered from this website. The first time, my order didn't arrive until after 8: pm and the flowers were wilted and didn't even look like the deluxe version I paid for. This time I ordered the deluxe version of a bouquet for my partner for his bday. It wasn't even delivered on his birthday! It came today, the day after, and looks like a generic version of the bouquet! Not the $50 bouquet I ordered! I'm extremely done and will never use this website again. I'll make my own. Included are the pics of the flowers that got delivered and the picture on the website.

DID NOT DELIVER FLOWERS!

On December 9 I ordered flowers for a wake that was scheduled for December 13. On December 9, I received a call and an email from florists.com asking for additional information. I immediately responded and provided them with date, time, location, deceased's name, etc. and if they needed additional information to let me know what they need. On December 26, I received an email indicating that I had not provided them with enough information to deliver the flowers. What a joke!

Ordered fruit arrangement. It was 3/4 kale. A few small pieces of fruit. Extremely embarrassed when a picture was sent to me of it. I spent $71 for about $0.75 worth of fruit! And worse, it was part of a gift!

florists.com deserves less than one star. This company is terrible. I ordered flowers for my 93 year old mother two weeks before her Birthday. The flowers never arrived. Unfortunately I was traveling out of the country and couldn't talk to their customer service for three days, leaving her thinking that no one remembered her birthday. I called and they acknowledged their was a mistake. That the florist assigned the order was unable to fill the order and it was never assigned to another florist. My mother lives in the Denver metro area so there is no shortage of florists. The customer service agent apologized, he said he would make sure that flowers arrived to her that day and would call her and apologize, explaining their company's mistake. According to my mother when he called he said that the problem was because they couldn't reach me and that this was some how my fault. That was two days ago and still no flowers have arrived.
