Would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a "double bouquet with clear vase" for my mother's birthday. The flowers were left on her porch. According to the delivery tag, teh flowers were shipped overnight from Memphis to Detroit, despite the website saying they use local florists. There was no vase, no water of any kind, the flowers were wilted, and best of all - the box was upside down. Yes, upside down! I was embarrassed to say the least. I requested a refund online and was told since my elderly mother without out a smart phone could not provide a photo, no refund would be provided. The flowers plus delivery was $61.83.
"Flowers" were delivered on time. The recipient had to unwrap and arrange the flowers herself! She was at work! The flowers sent appeared to be 1/3 the amount of flowers pictured. They were willing to offer me a $10 credit toward my next order. Seriously? I will NEVER order from this site again. I paid $53.99 plus $14.99 shipping for these flowers.
I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered from them. I ordered flowers to be delivered on my daughter's birthday. They were not delivered! No email, couldn't get a hold of anyone because they operate on my on East coast hours yet I'm on the west coast! And their order status' link is an absolute joke... it don't provide any useful information. I will report them to the BBB! What a waste of my time and money and I will be demanding a refund or have my credit card company go after them.
Flowers not delivered on day promised. No notification until next day they had no florists in area. Then to try to reach a live person was just as hilarious. Dont waste your time.
My Uncle passed away last year. I sent my Aunt flowers on his 1st Birthday since his passing. They never were delivered. Today they offered to me that they would deliver them tomorrow (over a week later) and refund me the shipping charges. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You already screwed me over so badly. Please read all of the reviews before using this company. I wish I would have. NEVER AGAIN.
Like others, I wish I could give this company a negative 5. I should have checked the reviews before I placed my order. They delivered the order to ME and not the recipient in Florida and because the delivery person refused to take the flowers back, they will not redeliver to my ill sister-in-law. At most, they would offer a $20.00 gift card. Are you kidding me? Why would I EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN?

Failed to deliver on the day and time specified. Suprise was totally ruined as I was suspicious that I hadn't received any kind of thanks from the giftee and had to call and ask if they got gift. The "Happiness Team" aka as Customer "no" service was full of excuses and did absolutely nothing to correct or resolve the situation. Blamed the delivery service and claimed a reattempt would be made, but did nothing to ensure that it would happen before the business closed. Suggested that the giftee would have to go to the Fed Ex Station and pick up the item.
This is probably the WORST company I've ever ordered flowers from.
They never delivered and then claimed they "attempted" delivery. It was to a business building with a mailroom open 7AM-8PM (they promised delivery before 5PM).
Not only did they fail to deliver they also directly lied about the "attempt" to deliver.
They are actually a version of "1800flowers", WHy keep two websites for the same service? TONS OF BAD REVIEWS ON BOTH COMPANIES.
My flowers for funeral service for a very special friend's dad never reached. On creating a ticket to know the status I was getting every few hours an automated email that they are checking on the status and let me know which is yet to happen.
I would be very hesitant to try them again!
I wish I had checked for reviews before using this company. I ordered flowers to be delivered prior to an out of town memorial service. As I did not receive a "thank you" from the recipient I asked her about them... They were never delivered! I contacted Florist.com customer
Service and was told I'd get the service fee refunded and that the local florist never acknowledged the order. I asked that the local florist call my friend before delivery to assure she'd be home... nothing. Today, after talking to my friend and learning that there had been no such telephone call, I contacted Florist.com to cancel the order. 15 minutes later my friend received her flowers. There's a serious problem this this system, if you need flowers delivered in a timely manner I suggest going directly to a local florist with your business. To be fair, the customer service representatives I dealt with were pleasant and helpful but I would have preferred that there had been no need to contact them in the first place.
How can delivered flowers look so wilted? I bought much better quality flowers for a fifth of the price from my local grocery store.
Order never made it on the day it was supposed to. They then supposedly sent an upgraded order the next day without checking if that was ok with me. I don't know if it made it because the office it was sent to wasn't open that day. They still haven't given me a refund.
Tried to track an order. It always said, your order is being worked on. I called the company to find out the order was never delivered, the truck broke down. Would be delivered the next day. So far, has not been delivered.
This website needs some SERIOUS work because it took me over 30 minutes to place an order (that was received INCORRECT!) and there is no place on the website to look up my order history. Promo/Coupon codes do NOT work and multiple times after I filled in the card info and was ready to place an order it would say "NOT AVAILABLE".
Save yourself the trouble because saving a few $$ on here is just not worth it!
Short version: flowers have not been delivered, that were supposed to be delivered Thursday; it's saturday. No one has responded to my emails and I'm freaking pissed.
Please don't order from this company. They don't deliver what you order. I order flowers and my mother in law never received them. Instead they sent a bouquet of mylar balloons in it's place. I am very disappointed and will never use them again. STAY AWAY!
I can't tell you if the flowers were fresh or not because they were NEVER delivered! It took me two days to get and answer as to why my same day delivery wasn't delivered. Then they wanted to deliver them on Monday. 3 days after the day I needed them delivered. NO THANKS! Then I had to sit on hold for 6 minutes to find out if I could get a refund.
This is the worst company of all time hands down. Ordered flowers on a Friday for Tuesday delivery. The flowers never arrived even though the website says delivered. I spoke with a representative on the phone - 24 hours later! And I believe she was trained to just come up with ways to dodge bullets of customers and not actually do any real customer service. Please never do business with this company if you think you are saving a few dollars on flower delivery, you are actually going to have more stress dealing with this company and the few dollars is not worth it.
I ordered a day before delivery to a school for my sister's retirement of Teaching. They did no arrive until late that night after everyone in the school was gone. The Secretary left for the night and somehow the flowers arrived through FEDEX late that night so no one saw them in a box until the next morning. Granted my sister lives in MN and they were Fedexted from Ohio! Don't understand why! When my sister sent me a picture it looked awful! Mostly greens and very few flowers. I asked for a refund and they would only do 50% of the $70 I spent due to it being delivered. I told them to come pick them up they looked so bad and I was embarrassed! Needless to say they still wouldn't give me a full refund so I am denying charges on my card and told them they would receive a bad review and I would post on my Facebook. This company is awful!
I ordered flowers well in advance of mother's day and scheduled a Saturday delivery; the flowers arrived late Tuesday night. I left several voicemails and sent Severus emails asking for a status and finally a voicemail to cancel my order, with no replay.
Additionally, the flowers I ordered are nothing like what was pictured, I spent $90 for 5 tulips! Based on the lack of customer service and the quality, this company is really a scam and should be reported

Answer: So hard! They never answer emails. The phone line is just an automated message that hangs up on you!
