Scammed! Thrives! I placed an order which was never shipped. I tried to call but the number listed online is disconnected. I emailed only to receive bogus return emails. Still no shipment. I put out bad Facebook reviews only to have them deleted. I sent our bad twitter reviews.
I'm a single mom on a limited budget. Pretty sad when what you thought would be great Christmas gifts for your daughters becomes stolen money.

Please do not get scammed like me. Avoid this company!

I ordered 2 pendants of a climbing kitten, advertised on facebook, for my grand daughters, who recently got a new kitten. What I received was absolute RUBBISH. Two pendants, one for a man saying ' I will love you always' another saying 'I love you to the moon & back' (Yuck! Absolutely vomit inducing) I emailed twice - both bounced back. There is no contact phone number. I wrote to an address in Scotland found on an email they sent me saying 'Good news, your order has been sent' No, not good news, my order has not been sent.

Ordered bracelet 3 months ago. Received worthless necklace shortly after order - so they can say order has been received. After countless emails telling me it will be resent I still havent received anything. How is this company allowed to still advertise on Facebook?

I was deceived by the "original" price of $146 crossed out and assumed that selling price of $16.00 was such a wonderful deal for the fine sterling silver jewelry. And I was SO WRONG! The ring appears to be a cheap alloy silver tone which turned yellow just in 2 days! Also, on their website it says "located in USA", however it appears to be CANADIAN company and of course I can't return it to them, because international shipping will cost me more than the ring itself!

I ordered a bangle on Sept 12th It did not arrive, and I had no response to my emails, until I raised a dispute via PayPal, whereupon someone contacted me to say they would 'instruct their UK office to send the item' - something which should have been done when I ordered it. They promised it would be with me within 3-5 working days. It is not. I have escalated the PayPal dispute and will be reporting this company to trading standards. They are nothing but scammers. Stay well away!

I ordered 3 items on 25th Sept, just under £20, alarm bells started to ring when I received no confirmation email but let that go, no sign of any jewelry as yet. I usually do check people's reviews but just this one time I didn't bother.
2 of the items are/were for my granddaughters 15th birthday (love you to the moon & back, & Double birds infinity tree) Don't suppose I will see these items.
Watch this space cause am going to get my money back or my jewelry

I placed an order nearly 2 months ago and have still not received my jewellery, despite their website saying ships within 24 hours, and them apologising to me and saying it would leave in 3 - 5 working days. 10 days later and they have not responded to my last email and no sign of either a refund or my goods being sent. I am not at all happy and would advise people not to purchase from this company, especially as they say on their website 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

Beautiful earrings for a great price. The diamond aren't too flasy and they look expensive. Would recommend!

Was stupid enough to order some stuff from them without checking the reviews first. After two weeks there is still no response. Also, the emails they send me are just tons of spam without any information that is relevant, such as a link to my account or a status update on the order. They were kind enough to send me a voucher (GBP 2.00 lol) as compensation for the delay but I doubt I will use it.
