I placed an order 12 days ago and it said I would have my order in 2-4 days. I still don't have my order and they refuse to cancel it and refund my money!

I emailed them asking status & they finally responded after 3 days with a link to the tracking # and it says it's out for delivery in NY... WTF, I live in AZ!... seriously!

I order an item. Email said it was shipped and then delayed. Then shipped again. I have not received the item and have sent them numerous emails and have not received any responses other than those automatically generated.
Ordered a bracelet for my granddaughter's birthday back in October. Got an email with delivery information on October 30 saying it had been mailed and I could track it in 3 days. However, the tracking information for the next four weeks said a label was created and the package never left the building. Midway I sent an email asking about it and was promised deliver in 4-5 business days. More than two weeks past before I actually got it. It is now a Christmas present as her birthday is long past. Once it arrived, I will say it is quite sweeth and lovely.

Answer: I suggest you cancel your order and immediately (like right now) apply for a refund from PayPal or your credit card company. This is another way this scam of a company tries to hang on to your money without sending any of their junk jewelry to you.
Answer: It took almost 2 weeks for me and I received a discount voucher for the long wait. I had hardly any response to 3 chase emails. The website/Facebook page makes you feel it's a homely company making fairly good quality goods but in fact it's all made in China and you are truly getting what you pay for as nothing I bought was expensive. I doubt I'll use them again but ok for trinkets.

THEY ARE STILL ADVERTISING THIS as a sterling silver bracelet but it is stainless steel, they have blocked any me from any further lines of communication AVOID FLORENCE SCOVEL JEWELRY AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED
