I ordered the time turner necklace for my daughter and it broke in her hand before she could even wear it. When I contacted them they said it was past the 30 days and could not be returned! (32 days...) Never again...
I order an item. Email said it was shipped and then delayed. Then shipped again. I have not received the item and have sent them numerous emails and have not received any responses other than those automatically generated.
Ordered a bracelet for my granddaughter's birthday back in October. Got an email with delivery information on October 30 saying it had been mailed and I could track it in 3 days. However, the tracking information for the next four weeks said a label was created and the package never left the building. Midway I sent an email asking about it and was promised deliver in 4-5 business days. More than two weeks past before I actually got it. It is now a Christmas present as her birthday is long past. Once it arrived, I will say it is quite sweeth and lovely.
