Floor & Decor

We have been using the services of Floor and Decor (FD) to support our flooring needs. On their website I was able to find stair treads to match my new hardwood flooring from FD. I was so pleased that they offered these treads. However when I ordered the stair treads I was forced to pay and additional fees for ship to store($250). I have never incurred shipping fees for ship to store delivery. Why offer a product on your website and charge the consumer to pick it up at the store? This is a buyer beware review. Thank you.

They will not take the tile back when I tried to return it even though they are still selling the tile on the sales floor. Will never buy tile from them again.

Tim is a racist. He is the manager of tile and he is a racist that treats black employees and customers badly. And the pro desk ifs full of drunks

We spent a hour with Sapphire at their location on Highland Ave. She was really fabulous in listening to our needs and helping us choose flooring, a vanity, and all things needed to install our purchases. She ordered what the store did not have in stock. We returned today to pick up our order, and everything was great. Shane helped us determine necessary tools and materials for the job. We are rehabbing a whole house ourselves, so we needed lots of supplies and advise. We live ten minutes from Lowes and Home Depot and drive thirty minutes to Floor and Décor. Worth the travel time every time. Sapphire and Shane are excellent, as is their whole staff. Shane told us to call him to help load after check out but Brian beat him to it. When was the last time you had people offering to help load so eagerly? Great people!

THEY HAVE SOLD ME IN TWO OCACIONS ALREADY SOME CHEAP DEFECTIVE TILES THAT I LOST A LOT OF MONEY ON...
THE FISRT ONE IS ALMOST POLISHED AT THE BOTTOM SO THE MORTAR DONT HOLD IT GOOD AND SOUNDS HORRYBOL.
THE SECOND ONE THE INSTALLER CULDNT EVEN CUT IT WITH A NEW WET SAW, THEY WHERE TOSTED AND WOLD BREAK LIKE GLASS...
THERE IS A LOT OF OTHER PLACES AROUND, FOR A PEACE OF MIND VO SOMEWERE ELSE.

The minute we walked in the door, Celia greeted us with a smile and was very bubbly and kind. She was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Not only does this store have an incredible selection of flooring, countertops, tile, etc., but the staff is great too! If you're remodeling your existing home or building a new one, go here! Fast!

Floor and Decor does not do regular payments for people not in the store.
They do NOT accept credit card payments over the phone.
They will send you an email link for payment.
You can (try) to pay by the email link, they send.
Which even if you get to work, is a pain in the@$$!
Super frustrating to work; this time it was their expiration for credit card dates did not scroll.
I was NOT able to pay for my order via their system.
I will NOT do business with Floor and Decor simply because they have been too frustrating to work with when it comes to simple check out payment methods.

I purchased tile from this company and was informed it will only take 5-10 business days however they did not provide me with an order update, could not locate my order and did not inform me they were unable to fill the order. After one month of waiting and calling for product update I was informed the order was ready within the 10 days but no one called me. I asked if I can pick it up and then was I formed they could not locate the inventory. I received a call back and was informed they located the tile but it's less than what I paid for "do you want to come get it and buy the rest somewhere else?". The problem being the tile is a specialty tile that I could not locate anywhere else. Upon arriving at the store to pick up what they had in stock no one was available to help and my tile was sitting on the counter. I will never purchase from them for another project!

Tom in the tile dept of the Roswell store was so helpful and had such a great attitude. Hard worker and so polite. He helped us get everything we needed to design a new shower stall. He was very patient while we made our choices and helped us make decisions. Floor and Decor is blessed to have him working in their store.

We are using travertine tile throughout the house and pool area as well as tiling the bathrooms. The Pro Desk at Saugus MA was incredible. They bent over backwards to make sure that we received our order in a timely manner and that sister stores had quantities of specialty tile we required.
They even packaged up the tile vertically for us to ensure there was no breakage.

Recently my fiancé and I went to the store in Tampa Florida looking to design our new bathroom remodel. We needed shower walls, shower floors and bathroom flooring. It was a task that I wasn't quite sure how to put together. Kelly was terrific. She gave us design tips, recommendations, skilled know how and her honest opinion. I felt very good about the choices we made. I would encourage anyone looking for choices to get with her. Ask for Kelly Shabott. You can't go wrong.

I purchased a marble sink that was damaged, I contacted the store Manager Devante Boyton Beach whom listened and validated how I must feel, he apologized and worked with me to solve the issue. I purchased another sink and once it arrived at the store, Devante ensured to deliver the NEW and SWAP OUT the damaged one free of charge. He was professional and carried out on his word!
I have had many positive experiences at a few stores, the design staff is very knowledgeable.

I was in the Oxnard store. I waited 20 minutes for someone to put my purchase on my truck. When I mentioned that I had been waiting 20 minutes, the employee told me I had been wandering the store for 20 minutes, when In fact I had been waiting on the Dock. He was rude and
beligerant.

The line always takes a long time at this store. Plan on a long wait if you are making a purchase or return. I try to avoid buying here at times because of this issue. And this is at any location Ive been to as an investor. Time is money.

Ordered 10 boxes of tile online based on 14 boxes available in the store. When I went to pick it up, I was told the tiles were NOT there. Really poor sign when the company can not keep their online inventory matched to their shelf inventory. Wasted my time.

Vidahl the store manager and the entire store team offer amazing service. They stayed after closing hours to help us load the tiles! Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers!
