My husband and I wanted to remodel our bathroom and I had no idea where to start, but thanks to Sarah, everything is beautiful!

I usually never write reviews however, I went into the store and purchased a discontinued item at 50% off. They had a balance in the store and I said I would be back in a few days to purchase the balance if it was still available and they had said I would get it at 50% off as well. When I went in six days later, they told me they could not do that Ended up costing me over $1000 more than it should have because I already started the project and they knew it
Basically, they extorted me.
As a pro and spending well over over $100,000 per year here, I will not be back. This review is for 300 Tunxis hill rd Fairfield ct.
Unprofessional, Store makes you wait over three hours. I guarantee I'll never be back for anything, even if it was for free!

I've owned retail business's for the past 35 years and one thing you can't buy or find in people is customer service but the Everett location knocks that out of the park with an employee named Spencer she is a gift to your business. I'm looking for a product it turns out you don't have but Spencer did everything she could to help me, i told her I'd send photos she said while I do that she would do some research so I said great, called her the next morning she stood by her word and responded as she promised. In this day and age it's almost impossible to find an employee who will show up on time look decent leaves personal issues at the door along with a cell phone, It is IMPOSSIBLE to find an employee who puts your company first who represents you with pride has a positive attitude and is willing to help. Spencer totally blows all of it out of the water and is not replaceable. I'd love to have an employee of her caliber you are so fortunate. I live in Eastern Wa. But I will do all I can to send you business because of Spencer. God only made a few to standout and she is the cream of that crop. Thank you for having someone like her please please recognize her for what she brings to your company she is a gem. I know the only time people review or call is to complain but when you have someone like her I have to stop take the time so you know I hope corporate knows and that you let her know.

Floor and decor sells bad products. Their vinyl products contains high VOC. We installed their product and it started releasing VOC( harmful gas) gas and does not go away and gets worst during humid weather. They sold sample with good quality but when actual product got delivered, it had inferior quality. If you care about your investment, time and health, please avoid any product from floor and decor. Their local store managers and corporate customer service is pathetic. Any future issues, they will blame installer to get away from warranty. I have lost thousands of dollars and extremely unhappy about their products and customer service.

Extremely POOR support after purchase. I spent $5k on two bathrooms, tile and showers. There is a chip in the glass and handle issues. I called for help and the manager brushed me off telling me I can't return the glass and I have to call the manufacturer. She said it wasn't her problem. Manager provided zero help.

I will never give these people my business again. And GOD forbid they answer the phone. When they do, it's a recording to leave a message and never returned. Was in there this weekend for over an hour. NOT ONE person asked if I needed help. GOODBYE F&D

On and about October 2023, I purchased a StudioDesign Sterling Savoie Natural 37 In Vanity with Marble Top was damaged with a very small chip on the marble top during packing/shipping. I informed the store in Coral Springs of my issue and it was suggested that I bring back the vanity or contact the vendor. For one thing, it two weeks to get the thing and now it's being prep for installation and they want me to return it, please. Overall, the staff at the Coral Springs Floor and Decor have been really quite friendly and helpful. It's not a very big chip but a "blemish" all the same. This is what's keeping me from giving them a 4 or a 5.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Rosanna Durran from Floor and Decor as our designer, and I must say she exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, Rosanna displayed a deep understanding of our project's vision and requirements. Her expertise in interior design and her keen eye for detail were evident throughout the entire process. Not only did she provide us with creative and innovative solutions, but she also ensured that every aspect of our project was executed flawlessly. Rosanna's professionalism, patience, and strong communication skills made it incredibly easy to work with her. She not only listened attentively to our ideas but also offered valuable suggestions that elevated the overall design of our space. With Rosanna's guidance, we were able to achieve a stunning result that perfectly matched our style preferences while staying within budget constraints. I cannot recommend Rosanna highly enough - her exceptional talent and exceptional service truly set her apart as an outstanding designer at Floor and Decor.

I tiled my whole house, 1700 square feet with a certain tile I purchased from Floor and Decor. I had numerous cracked tiles and called the stores in the Tampa Florida area and found out that particular tile has been discontinued. One store told me the only store in the country that has any of that tile left is in Spring Texas. I Immediately called the store and spoke to Josh the tile manager. He said he was physically looking at 8 boxes of tile. I explained to him the situation and he said he would put the tiles aside for me and that I would drive from Tampa to their store in the Houston area to get them. The day I left for Houston I called the store to let them know I was on my way there. Josh was not in and I spoke to Mark, he said he would text Josh and let him know I was on the way. A 1,000 mile drive that will take 14 hours to get there. I arrived at the store at 7am on Wednesday, neither Josh nor Mark were there, the assistant tile manager said there are no tiles put away for me and she called Mark. Mark said he forgot to text Josh that I was coming for the tile. Also Josh did not put the tile away for me like he said he would. BUYERS BEWARE, this store does not care about you as a customer. If they tell you they will do something for you….THEY WONT! Anna is the store manager and she is useless. Most of the time they don't even answer there calls. I Will be escalating this case to district and corporate management. A lot of time and money wasted on trusting people you should not trust. Keep in mind I purchased over 1700 square feet of tile prior to this including supplies. Never again! Someone told me this company mainly hires people that were fired from Home Depot. Now things are starting to make sense. You've been warned, stay away from this company!

We met with Lou to help with ideas for our master bathroom. His professionalism and patience made our process extremely pleasant. We first picked the wall tile, next was the niche and the floor was last. He added his expertise to help us come up with a finished project that we truly adore. The tile is great quality and the price was reasonable and within our budget. We definitely recommend this store.

My trouble started with having to order with a representative over the phone.
I wanted a flooring that they did not have in stock in my state, so I called them, spoke with them about this flooring and said to them that, before I order this flooring, I want to make sure it is NOT gray! I was assured it wasn't!
I repeatedly asked to make sure because I couldn't physically see it and would have to pay for shipping, at a cost of OVER $500! Which I feel is ridiculous that customers have to pay for shipping, even if they ship it to their stores.
So, flooring shows up and guess what color it was! YES! GRAY! I refused the product and called the store and here is where the real trouble started.
I had NOTHING but problems from that moment on! It took FOREVER to get my money back (over a month!) on the flooring alone! And after MONTHS of contacting them over the money I spent for shipping the flooring, and asking for a refund on shipping, after repeatedly stressing that I had stressed not wanting gray and flooring was most definitely gray when it arrived. Also, I said that this was not my mistake, it was their's and I don't think I should have to pay for something I spent a lot of time asking to make sure flooring was not gray.
I have been passed back and forth between "Needing to speak to Eric, which I did and months later have still not heard back from him! I called again and was told I needed to speak with Justin. When Justin got on the phone with me, he wanted to send me to another person and gave me the same number I just contacted him with! He finally said give me a bit and I will call you back (this was after a couple weeks before speaking with Vanessa, who also blew smoke up my backside, and promised to call me back and never did). He did call me back that day but that's the last time I have heard from him!
I am calling again today. I'm sure I will get nowhere, but I am going to keep bugging them! I want my money back for shipping me a floor I specifically said I didn't want!
This fiasco has been going on since July! I will NEVER do business with this horrible company ever again! Such horrible customer service! I want my shipping money back! I shouldn't have to spend over 500 dollars on a mistake that rotten company made!
I am so disappointed and disgusted with them and will tell anyone that will listen to me, to stay as far away from Floor & Decor as you can so they don't take advantage of you and your money!

I am in the middle of renovating two homes and have visited Floor&Decor in Hampton multiple times within the last few weeks. Yesterday I made the decision on the items that I needed with the help of Darrian. He took the time to walk me through the store with me and was very patient as I made my final selections. He pulled all of the items that I needed and when I realized that I needed more tile, he was so patient and had no problem getting what I needed. I had to also get some grout and Dan was so kind! He took the time to show me how to find the color I needed and he pulled the items for me as well. It was such an awesome experience and it's good to see that people are so willing to help. I must also say that whenever I enter that store, I'm always greeted with a "hello" or "welcome" and a smile. I truly appreciate the kindness and the help that all the employees provide each time I visit that store. Keep up the good work! See you soon.

The staff member D.White she was super helpful and knowledgeable of the stores products! Thanks to her we have everything we need, we even have items shipping in. Great store, great service!

Pays associates nothing and expects them to break down their bodies for the customers. Their policy lacks stability and no two stores operate off the same spectrum yet associates are held to out of reach standards.

I spent $3500 on vinyl plank flooring from Floor & Decor & needed to return 6 boxes that were valued at $310 but was refused by the store at the Homewood Alabama store. It was past 90 days, and I didn't have the receipt, but they were able to pull up the purchase by my phone number, so I only wanted to get a store credit. The manager said the return was denied because the flooring had been discontinued, which was a lie because it can still be ordered online. I was given a phone number for "The Retail Equation" to call and file a dispute. I called them & they said the return was refused because I didn't have a receipt, not because the item had been discontinued. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I bought from them. They have a 1 star rating with BBB. If I could give the a 0 rating, I would.

This review is overdue. My husband and I felt that we were the luckiest customers in town at Floor and Decor Dallas location. Ray, the trainer of F&D, and Senior Designer Emily offered their expertise to help us to pick out our flooring materials, and the tiles and trims for the walls and floor of our bathroom, and shower stall. No doubt that they have superior experience and expertise, and of course very good taste. They took great care of our needs and wants and stay within our budget. We also received good services at the Denton location, Designer Magdalena got us started on our journey, and we were amazed at how she put everything together quickly. We love Floor & Decor that has so many choices, and the prices are competitive as well. Thank you for your kindness and devotion to our project.

Thank you Romell at Greensboro store. He took really good care of us! There was a mix up with the product we ordered and the one we were picking up. He resolved it and was very professional.
