Worst experience ever. Received all broken tile, refused delivery then they charged me to send back. I NEVER ACCEPTED DELIVERY. Sounds like a money making scam to me and based on other reviews seems like you can't ship useable tile! BUYER BEWARE!

Highly recommend Floor & Decor! Not only do they have a wide range of material to choose from but their customer service is above and beyond! I ran into a hiccup with my renovation where the floor on display was labeled wrong. After picking it up and bringing it back to my studio, I realized it was the wrong material. I was in a full blown panic for I was in a time crunch to open my business. Jaime fixed EVERYTHING. She made it possible for the right flooring to be delivered, while picking up the other flooring, and waved the delivery charged. Because or her, I am back on track to open my business on time. Jaimie is the BEST and single handedly saved my business. I plan on being a floor & decor customer for life. Any store can have good material but the excellent customer service makes all the difference. Thank you Jaime!

In-store, the associates are helpful and there is a great selection, but beware if you need to place an order, or if you place an order online. Apparently, their distribution center is run by clueless people who have no idea when orders will be shipped or where the process stands. They apparently have no computer system tracking orders or are able to let you know when you can expect delivery (either to the store or to your home) even a week after you order. Not a clue. No one knows. It is policy, I was told, that you cancel all plans until they deliver. Really? So no weekends away, no vacations, no ability to do anything away from home because THEY don't have any idea what they are doing. "You will be emailed when it reaches the stored." Oh, so like the USPS, when it is delivered, they suddenly know where it is. This is preposterous in 2023. Computer systems know exactly when things are set to be picked up, when they were loaded, when they are in transit and when they arrive. They need to be able to tell the customer this information and not expect them to be at their beck and call for 5-10 days on the website, 14-20 days by estimates on orders and 7-14 days from customer support. NO ONE know what the distribution center is doing. They probably tell corporate, "We get it done. Tell your customers to shut up and sit and wait for us." And corporate responds with, "Yes sir... however you want to do it." Yep, Floor and Decor distribution is probably right on par with every other distribution company in 1982. Would be nice to have information. Not asking to speed anything up, just tell me what the distribution center knows. And if they REALLY don't know anything, well, that is a red flag right there, isn't it corporate?

We spent a lot of time at Floor and Decor looking for tile for our kitchen backsplash. Then we met Freida. She was full of information and helped make our final decision. Thank you Freida!

I went to my local store to buy 49 boxes of LVP flooring which they were out of stock on but another store (Elizabeth Center,Nj) had some in stock. My salesman called the store spoke with someone in regards to a physical check and after 45 minutes on hold no one ever got back to us. The product was ordered. The next day I received a phone call from the store saying they only had 37 boxes. I asked to speak with a manager and sat on hold for 30 minutes. They do not care about the customer.

Went to Floor & Decor with no idea of the design I wanted. Limitless selection and, with the assistance of two amazing associates (one per each visit), Rebel and JuJuan, I love my tile and cannot wait to see it installed. This may be a "big box" store but, with employees like these two, all of my question were answered and the personal attention was really appreciated. Will return next for flooring - Floor & Decor, your people are top drawer!

Had order scheduled to arrive Monday March 27th did no receive. I was told that there was a problem with the order being loaded and the wrong item was loaded. Waited for order on Tuesday did not receive. Spoke with a manager told would receive Wednesday did not receive. Received a text on Wednesday that would receive order on Friday March 29th. When I called, I was told that only did local delivery on Tuesday and Friday. If true, then why was I told to expect delivery on Monday and why was I told to expect to be delivered on Tuesday. I cancelled order.

I shopped at three different F & D stores within two week because lack of inventory of my items.
1) Novi, Mi- terrible customer service, that's a zero! 2) Sterling Heights, Mi, wish I remembered associate's name, Arbus? Lazy.
3) Mick at Ypsilanti, Mi was amazing! She asked if she could help me as I walked into the store. She walked to the items I needed, picked them out. We walked to the register to pay. The following week, she did a follow up phone call about my project.
She is the ONLY reason I am giving this company five stars. Good luck Mick in your future! You got it! I'm happy for you. Go see Mick for your design needs.

To all LVP shoppers who are searching for products please do not use Floor and Decor. Their NuCore flooring is the worst. They have an F rating on Better Business Bureau. There are many, many people including me who have been trying to get Floor and Decor to stand by their warranty of this terrible LVP. We are all trying to get a class action suit started and talking with lawyers. Denting and planks not staying together. We all have had professional installation as well. So please do your self a favor and do not use them. Hope this helps.

Called and inquired for items needed. Spoke with Jonathan who was absolutely outstanding! Phenomenal service. However, the cashier was abrupt and when I got to the pick up area for the tile order the young lady at the far left told me it would take 2 - 4 hours to pull my order. The other end of the counter an older woman made a snarky remark at me that they should request a particular manager because she is more assertive. I am absolutely appalled at the horrific service. I spoke with one manager and gave her a compliment on Jonathan's service. Due to his excellent service I drove 2 hr 45 mins to the Cumming store. Once I left his care I was treated with such disrespect and rudeness I asked for the manager again. I told the manager what they said about her to me a customer. Outrageous at best. I will most likely never return to this location unless necessary. The Knoxville store goofed up my order and removed items that I had paid for and the service was sub par by the gal in the black vest who couldn't count how many boxes were taken out of my order. Seriously disgusted with the Knoxville store pick up that occurred on 3/24/23.

Went to the Woodbury store for my wife to pick out some tile to remodel our bathroom, The young man Dylan S was helping us every step of the way, he knew his stuff, will return and hope to work with him again

Nobody cares about you, you have to help yourself, I was planning to buy 1200 SF. Of tile no sales persons. Around, when I selected the tile I wanted, they don't have enough quantity on stock but have some in Naples but I have to pay for delivery from naples to the store in Fort Myers.
Absolutely no recommend this store.
Don't waste your time visiting this store.

I am building a home and needed tile for 4 bathrooms. It was a lot of deciding and a lot of coordination. EVERY step of the way I was helped by a wonderful crew. Thank you to Alyse, Alex, and Jessica at the Austin Parmer location at Tech ridge. I had to get tile from 4 different locations, but it did not seem to be a problem for this amazing team.

Wow! The selections blow home Depot and Lowes away! They also have an interior designer walking around helping customers! Donia is amazing, she helped me make decisions with styles and colors. I'm excited to have our bathroom finished! Thank you so much Donia

My husband and I purchased tile at the Fort Myers location and we received excellent customer service from Hector, Stone Manager. He went above and beyond to make sure that we loved our selection, placing the order went easy and even made sure that pickup went smoothly. He was full of knowledge about the tile, installation and materials needed. Remarkable customer service!

I ordered kitchen counters. They came out to measure. I showed them pictures of what I wanted. They didn't build them correctly. I had to pay for them to a part of the project. When the other half was delivered, it was of a different material (see. Pictures). They told me to call their subcontractor, the person THEY hired to do the job. The subcontractor sent out someone to inspect and that person verified that they used two different materials. I went to F&D and told them that I purchased the counters from them, and if their subcontractor didn't deliver what THEY paid for, it was on them. I should be able to go to the place I bought them from and have my problem resolved. I was promised a call "the next day." I heard nothing. I called. I was again promised a call the next day. I've heard nothing and it's been another week. Altogether, it's been over six months and I don't have what I paid for. I don't trust them to make this right. On top of all that, one section has a huge splotch on it that (see photo).
