Booked a trip on flight trotters, 48 hours after I was called and informed the costs were 30% more. I was also told the new fare included cancelation and complete protection no matter what happened (None of which was true).

When you think about it, 48 hours is a great time between when I booked and when they pulled the switch. I had already booked all the hotels and everything else for the trip so I'm now at their mercy.

SCAMMERS! Please don't buy your tickets through Flight Trotters. I tried to book a ticket for my mom I put all info in including my payment info. I didn't receive a confirmation email
Or anything so I called them and some guy said they will call me back in 20mins to confirm. Waited for hours didnt get a call back. I called back next day morning for them to tell
Me only the return ticket is confirmed and that I have to add more money for the departure as the original one I paid for is not available…and then he says I can't cancel I can't change the dates! Guy was super rude So I told Him to cancel ASAP and he finally did after a lot of arguing. So just because it even shows that it's booked it's not guaranteed.
Hi guys, same problem as most of you. I bought a ticket at 1100$, then got an email to call them to finish my réservation. Called them, they were now saying the price is 1500$. I looked at american airlines and the price was 1200$. I told the guy to go $#*! himself and cancel my order. He said he cant, checked my bank account and my credit card didnt charged me for anything yet. Called credit card company and cancelled my card.

I booked a flight then they sent me an email that the price increase i paid $400 more. After that my return flight canceled they charged me $390 first time and 300 second time more to change my flight but they just sent me a fake ticket without any booking number. This is 10 months I'm talking to them especially someone who name is Chris, but they don't refund my money. They are thief. I've never had this kind of bad experience.

I have all the emails how you wanted to rip more $$$ from my pocket just to reschedule. You know everything but I understand you want to be a saint just to get more customers. I have all the emails where you asked more money just reschedule. Like I already mentioned I directly called Lufthansa and did it for free for three times. You asked approx 300 to $400 dollar each ticket to reschedule. Which would have been approximate 300(minimum)x3 passenger=$900, for three times $2700. Wow nice try. Luckily I called Lufthansa and they said I should have check the company reputation before booking and said since I am rescheduling due to flight cancelled lufthansa itself can reschedule. But if I wanted a refund then I have to go through flighttrotters. And after I reschedule I got a mail from flighttrotters. "did you already reschedule?" Oh boy I understand how you felt. Then the revenge time came when I asked for refund and cancel the ticket. My ticket was on 30th november and you mailed me back on 30th November, "Hi, how can I help you"...

In other sites you claimed that I never purchased ticket from you, then I had to upload my ticket detail to the site as proof. After that you tried too many times then I gave email details/mail chain (how you ripped just after I booked the ticket, you called and said "your departure ticket isn't confirmed, and you have to pay more or else you will loose all your money". I came to know that I am already in trap then found out in other reviews as well. THE SAME TECHNIQUE to scame) and now the post is online.

Stop manipulating. I asked to cancel my ticket and refund later since only the same travel agent can file for refund, no third party can do that. Luckily I did 3 reschedule due to COVID for free by Lufthansa. Nice try Flighttrotters. I am not the only one who had to reschedule and cancelled due to covid in this world. Those who never heard of you about your scam got saved. Anyways stop excuses. And say hi to Robin if his name is real, because he mailed me back few hours before my flight. CAN I HELP YOU? Lol. What a trick!
Readers: you will always find $50-$100 cheaper before you fall in this trap. You won't get any physical workplace also. I lost $3600 and so many hours trying to contact them. Whoever got experience please write up and don't forget to write in sitejabber or other sites since trust pilot stars are misleading for some reason but when you google search about flighttrotters, go more down to your search page. You will see many similar experiences people got like me.

I lost my booking (for 3 passengers) round trip of approx CAD $3600. Flighttrotters as usual like all the reviews booked my ticket in low price and called me within 10 minutes asking for more money stating I will loose all my money if I don't pay more because my airline ticket for one way is confirmed yet. I had to pay flighttrotters CAD $350 more and second part is I wanted to reschedule my return flight (cancelled) due to covid19 and flighttrotters asked me approx CAD $1100, but now I already know from the online reviews and called directly to my airline and they did it for free.
Now my flight (Lufthansa) is operational but Indian passport holders are not allowed to board the flight due to conflict with Indian government and Germany. Now I am trying to contact flighttrotters but they are responding, then I called them and they said they can't reschedule.
Since my booking was through travel agent( scammer flighttrotters), airline needs to know my ticket pricing to reschedule but miraculously flighttrotters never put any info in my file, they call it OSI.
Can anyone help me where can I make a complaint since I lost my money/ticket for three passengers only because of flighttrotters. One interesting point was there that while booking my ticket flighttrotters mentioned an email [email protected]. I mailed voyzant as well but no response.
Please beware of flighttrotters or Voyzant since they not only want to rob you but also they love to see you loose your money.
I booked a flight with flight trotters in March 2020. Flight was cancelled due to Covid-19 but they assured me I could use the credit at a later date. I'm trying to rebook my flights now. The flights I want are cheaper than my original flight but they are trying to charge me an additional $300 per ticket to rebook. They aren't a Canadian company and steal money.

I phone the company up for a friend whom received notification that his holiday for wife and children had been cancelled. When I saw telephone number you could tell straight away it was a scam. I spoke to the woman personally myself. I ask where head office were. As I wanted to go and investigate it. She told me if was in Milton Keynes. So then I ask her to send address. She asked me to tell her when I was coming. Ok told her tomorrow. She then informed me head office was in India. I told her then and then it was a scam. My friend had heard all of this conversation has I had it in loud speaker.
Please any one thinking of going with these please believe this is a scam Don't be combined out of your money. Lucky enough for my friend he will have his money returned to him his bank is aware it a scam.
This company refused to refund my total money after i cancelled my trip due to a change of covid restrictions not even an option to change to further date for travelling. They are money grabbers.
I wrote a review earlier on how they screwed me over $1749 CAD for a flight that Air Canada cancelled due to COVID. They got my refund and never gave it back. A week ago, I got a call from a supervisor at Flighttrotters saying that I had a credit to use in the amount of $1749. So, I decided to book a flight in business class for an upcoming cruise trip; I took business to ensure to use up all the credit amount (the regular Economy price was around $700 CAD). The full Business class ticket, using the Air Canada website was around $1200. They wanted to sell me the same ticket, with a cost of $296 on top of the credit. Holly F**CK, anything to get more money out of you... incredible. I refused the ticket and hungup the phone since they were the ones calling me. I replied by an email saying, you guys are screwing me already selling me an overpriced ticket that I can cheaper on Air Canada website. DO NOT DEAL WITH THOSE MORONS AT FLIGHTTROTTERS; everytime I talk to them, it sounds like they are all on drugs or something.
Never deal with this compagny. I booked 3 ticket from Wpg to MTL on July 5th 2021. Paid S1780. Received the confirmation, the folowing day, they send an email asking me to contact them, hard to contact them by phone, so they reach out to me after several emails and voice messages.
They claimed that the ticket on Air Canada are not confirmed for the 3 passengers, and they have an alternative flight on WestJet same day but with 1 Stop (3H30 layover in Toronto) BUT I need to pay more.

They are Scammers. I booked 3 tickets from flight trotters on May 1st, 2021, based on the prices displayed on the website and made the payment accordingly. I only got booking details with bogus reservation number and no tickets. After making several phone calls for the next three days finally their supervisor came on the phone telling me that the prices have gone up and I need to pay more then 100% of the original amount to get the tickets. I obviously refused and asked for a refund as I am not the one cancelling here. I had originally agreed to proceed with the price on the website. As flight trotters could not get the tickets they are the one refusing my reservation so technically I shouldn't be the one to bear any charges. They refused from not only issuing the ticket but also refused to give me my money back for not providing the service.
I eventually looked up the company's reputation and found out that I am not the only one been ripped off by them. There are hundreds of other people with the same complain and who have eventually lost their money with them. They are fraudsters. Its our hard earned money and it hurts to lose it like that. People please be aware of them and do not do any business with them unless you want to lose your money.
Avoid at all cost it's a scam company, don't waste your money, I've lost 2200$ and never got them back, Paid with debit visa card which was totally stupid to do so because their website said that I have to pay an extra 80$ if I 've pay by normal credit card, My booking from the start was on westJet.ca and Don't know how I End up with flight Trotters scumbags, I think both westJet and Trotters are Gangs
Should be able to set zero stars. Company changes prices after booking then charges a cancellation fee if you do not agree with the increased cost. Avoid at sll costs.

Long story short, like everyone else, I booked a ticket with them and they called me with a ridiculous story asking for more money. They kept telling me the ticket was not available anymore, while the same ticket was available on their website. Obviously, I refuse to pay. We had some back and forth and they finally agreed to pay 70% of my money, I refuse to accept it. The guy on phone was very stupid and he didn't make any sense. Called the bank and recovered my money in 5 days.

After buying our flight ticket at 860$ they call us to force us to pay an extra 350$ for the same ticket. If we didn't pay the price they ask, they menace us to not deliver our ticket. The little punk behind the phone call started get mad at us because we wanted to get refunded and he hangup on us. This is a scam company. The worst stupid company possible to buy ticket from. Be careful all. They will need to be taken up. This was a recent scam to me from Flighttotter with ref # FT955523. On Oct 17th 2020, I was looking for a ticket online and saw flight on their website. I was going to buy it and put all my information and paid In which a customer service called Nick Jones called me and told me that he had recent the payment information to me to reconfirm the payment. I paid $1507. 87 directly from my bank account and he told me that he would provide me the ticket in the next 24hrs. He called me back after few hours that there was no flight available for my departure flight and if could add another $700 then he would guarantee a ticket for me otherwise I would loose all my money if cancelled the ticket for me. I asked him to send me a ticket booking confirmation that he had bought me with Delta airline so I can call them myself but he refused to send email rather he gave me some booking number for Delta and when I called Delta, they told me that booking number is not with their airline. Nick Jones from flighttrotter asked me to voluntarily cancel my ticket and he sent the following to me "Please reply for confirmation of voluntary cancellation as" I agree for voluntary cancellation with fees of $400.00 cad and accept terms and conditions ". Once received, we will cancel booking and send you confirmation of voluntary cancellation". I replied him back that I am not voluntarily cancel my ticket and if there was no flight booked for me yet them he should refund me my full payment otherwise he should send me the booking confirmation for my ticket. I have not heard anything since yesterday and I am still waiting for their response and my refund of $1507. 87. The ticket is still within 24hrs and hope they listen and refund my full payment because I will broadcast this via radio and TV as well if correction is not taking right away. Thanks
