First and foremost, do NOT use Skyscanner's suggested agents without doing research about them. I did so, and ended up regretting it. I booked a flight from Sydney to Muscat in May 2022 through FlightNetwork. The flight was booked easy but after a few days I received message from the airline and FlightNetwork that the flight is cancelled and gave me a really bad alternative flight. I couldn't take the alternative because of super-long transit time. I had to get another alternative to change the flight. I tried emailing their customer service (this is where the disaster began). Every time I emailed them it took them a purposefully-decided long time to get back to me (always and always took them 3 days to reply no matter what! Under the excuse of 'we're too busy'), saying that I must ring them. Then they provided wrong phone numbers. Their physical address on their official website in Melbourne was a wrong address. Eventually, I ended up getting them on the phone after episodes of real stress and hard effort, only to get multiple long call transfer waiting times, excuses and apologies that 'we are sorry, the airline doesn't accept changes'. At the end, I ended up taking their imposed alternative which was a very tiring long flight of an almost entire day transit time in Bangkok. I would like to voice this out to the online community that DO NOT trust what Skyscanner suggests when booking your flights. Majority of them are practical scammers with absolute zero customer service. As for FlightNetwork, they are true practical scammers and nothing more.
You may save an extra $20 at the start with them but they're selling impossible flights you will never be refunded for. That's how they make their money being the cheapest option, you're not saving at all you're being robbed in broad daylight
One of the worst experience of flight booking. Flight cancelled by airline and Flightnetwork team made it even worse by giving me complete wrong information on rebooking. Just 10 hours before flight when I tried to do checking I found out that my alternate flight is also cancelled and I had no option but to cancel flight.
It just doesn't end here, when I asked to cancel my return ticket as it just doesn't make sense to have just return inbound flight alone. I was forced to pay cancellation fee of 700+ dollars. There was no empathy by the staff to help.
I spent almost 6 hours talking to customer service, calls keep getting disconnected, route my calls to multiple departments and every time we have to explain situation to all the agents. Misinformation, agents gave wrong info and promises.
I will NEVER use this agency ever again.
I recommend anybody reading thsi review not to use Flightnetwork. You will regret. Use alternate well known agents or direct from carrier.

Worst customer service in the world. The guy is robot just ask 3 questions without saying anything nice. Then transfer me to another line which there is no warm transfer. IN SHORT if you have a problem, use ONLINE or prepare 1 hour of CALL with JERKS!
They canceled our flight because of covid-19 but when I asked them for the vouchers or refund my money they didn't do anything until my tickets expired. If you want to lose your money, FlightNetwork is the Best Choice

I had the exact same horror story as everyone else here. I wonder if there is a way for all the affected to gather to raise a government complain against this company so we can prevent they keep on stealing.
This Flight Network is a fraud service, hence don't book the tickets in advance and try for cancel/modify they will say while booking by taking extra money with other services and don't trust that.
First of all it is fraud and be careful and you want to get the deal from them then one day or two day before to travel you got a deals from them then book the ticket and don't take any additions things and book only basic fair and utilize the booking else your are wasting the time and money with them.
I am the best example for that I booked the 3 months before with flexi ticket with insurance to travel and canceled the ticket 2 month before to travel and keep sending a mails for cancel the ticket and refund because they never response to calls and your balance will get over. Oman air also support this guys to cheat the people, I have raised a complaint with them also they are also not bother.
The travel dates also reached and crossed but they did not canceled/refunded. I spent a lot of time and money for calls. It is useless.

They keep waiting to proceed the refund they owe me. Nobody is dedicated to my case which makes it hard to follow up on previous things.
My flight was canceled and although the airline was ready to refund but needed refund request raised by the travel agent so i called flight network. The first time lady said refund is requested, called them again to track status pf refund and found out refund was not requested and will not be allowed, then sent them email received from the airline that said request refund via travel agent so they reopened the case but then rejected again after 5 days. It was a $2500 ticket that i now have no idea how to get refund for and they are not responding to emails or calls. Terrible service, company is a scam.
Skip this useless intermediary site; they would charge you $45 for a refund and want you to pay beforehand; cannot deal with the airline directly, you have to go through them for any questions and the answer comes back to you in several days ---beware that you have 0 support at the airport as the airline will direct you to call the 'agency' DO NOT USE THIS HACK OF A SITE
Working with them on rebooking on an open ticket that was cancelled due to Covid. They make you wait for hours and finally only checks 3 dates and says nothing is available, call again with other 3 dates which again might not be available after long wait. They just want to keep you money. Bad customer service and we might loose $3000. Do not book through this website.
Absolute no path to any resolution talking to customer service. Deceiving tactics, empty promises of call backs and emails, no results. My flight is less than a week from now and I still don't know if I really have a flight. Trip of a lifetime stuck in a scam. Overbooking scam.
I booked flights pre-covid and it has been two and a half years of emailing and getting the exact same automated, impersonal and pathetic email response. My case has not been updated in a year and a half according to the system. Impossible to speak with a human and utterly appalling customer service. I would never ever recommend this site and have made sure to inform all friends, family and colleagues of this abysmal service. The airline I was due to fly with has approved the refund as I contacted them directly however FlightNetwork have not acted on this nor accepted my proof of approval. Genuinely shocked at how terrible this service has been. Stay clear!
HORRIBLE COMPANY! ITS A MONTH AND A HALF LATER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. SPIRIT AIRLINES REFUNDED THE MONEY TO THEIR ACCOUNT THE SAME DAY THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELED AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME THE SAME THING - JUST WAIT A FEW MORE DAYS IT IS COMING. THEY BASICALLY TOOK MY MONEY. THE REFUND SHOULD BE $213 AND THEY ARE TAKING OUT $30 FOR REFUND PROCESSING THAT I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH. I AM SO PISSED. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

My flights were canceled by the airline, so I called Flight Network to inquire about it. They had no idea it was canceled in the first place, but told me they need permission from their airline to rebook. I waited several days but didn't hear back from them. I finally received an email telling me I need to call them to rebook my flights. This was where things went from bad to worse. I called 5 times because I was cut off multiple times. Every time I called, they asked the same questions, even when they transferred me to different departments. One person even told me I have to hang up, call back, and choose a different option. I told her I chose the options she suggested and it connected me with her. This was when she finally decided to transfer me to the "right" person. Of course the call was dropped while I was put on hold.
After multiple calls, they finally said they weren't able to rebook and I need to request a refund. This included a $50 charge for assistance fee even though it wasn't my fault the flights were canceled. I highly recommend NOT to ever book with FlightNetwork!
Booked flight travel through Filghtnetwork.com, The flights were canceled by the airline, when we contacted Flightnetwork we were told we would receive a refund minus the $115.00 service fee. After two weeks, no refund, I called and was told the refund was not processed because I needed to pay the $60.00 processing fee, which they can deduct from the refund. Not getting anywhere, I agreed. They processed the refund with the airline and they (flightnetwork) received the refund from the airline. It has been over a month and I still have not received my portion of the refund. When I call they tell me it is in process and to just keep waiting.
I will update this review if I get my refund.
I booked a flight with Flight Network (FN) while living in New Zealand before the pandemic (17th January 2020). Flight was booked for 29th June. A few weeks before my trip, airline cancelled my flight on June 16th. I received an email from FN asking me to contact them about the cancellation which i did same day. They said my ticket would be held in the system & I'd be able to use it once it was safe to do so. I contacted the airline (porter) April 25th 2022 and tried to rebook my flight but they said I had to go back through FN as thats who I booked with but they confirmed I was entitled to my one free change with NO change fees because of the waiver code they had in place for flights cancelled by the airline during covid.
I've spoken to different agents at FN who have all given me different info and straight lies. I've been told 4 times (i have called 9 times in almost 3 weeks) they will have it sorted in 48hrs. Each time they have not had it sorted in that time. I've called the airline 5 times and each time they have confirmed that FN have not put notes on my ticket or questions to the airline asking to change my ticket - like FN claim they have done multiple times. I ask on Friday last week for an update and they said "it'll take 48 hours please wait miss". It is now 4 days later and i just received an email from FN asking me to call as i am now able to rebook my flight. Guess what? I called straight after the email and they said "we need to escalate we cannot change your flight we are waiting for the airline" the same rubbish theyve been telling me for weeks - why email me then? I call the airline and they say they have not seen any notes or auth requests from them as expected. I am now making it my mission to let every review site know how awful this company are for robbing people of things they are entitled to. Over 3 weeks for a simple flight change. Outrageous.
