Be careful! This Flight Network site for booking flights is very misleading in their prices. After accepting the price per person for my family of seven people, entered all their information, along with my credit card info for payment, a pop-up screen appeared stating the total price had now increased by over $100. It's so ridiculous how the price can jump in such short time, appeared to be their scheme to lure you in first with the low price and jack up the price after you have spent time entering all your personal info. Very disappointed with this travel site.

Super schlechter Kundenservice! Ich wollte gerne das Tickets meines Kleinkindes stornieren und meinen Flug umbuchen. Ich wurde mehrfach auf die Fluglinien umgeleitet, welche mir lediglich mitgeteilt haben, dass ich mich an die Agentur wenden muss. Diese unternehmen jedoch rein GAR NICHTS! Ich war ewig in der Warteschlange um Kontakt aufzunehmen und auch mehrfach ewig im Chat um das Problem zu lösen. Mir wurde mitgeteilt dass sich eine Sonderabteilung um mein Problem kümmern würde doch ich habe weder eine Mail noch einen Anruf erhalten. Der Flug sollte morgen stattfinden und wurde bislang noch immer nicht storniert und geändert! Finger weg!
I have always loved flying Alvelo….BUT the number of add ons of late is a real turn off. It was always easy to make reservations. Check your baggage requirements and select your seat(you pay extra for any seat). Now there must be at least 8 extra options. Each add on all costing extra. Just felt so nickel and dimed.
The price just keeps going up.
