My experience with FlightNetwork has been extremely frustrating and has raised serious concerns about their transparency and business practices.
I requested a cancellation on June 11, and the agent clearly confirmed that I was eligible for a full refund, with an additional $150 cancellation penalty fee, which I paid immediately after receiving their written confirmation. Despite this, FlightNetwork later claimed my cancellation was never confirmed and even invented a second "cancellation date" that never happened. They also insisted they "never charge cancellation fees," even though I have written proof from their own agent confirming it.
Another major red flag: a company called LookMyFlight somehow had full access to my booking, cancellation details, and even the bank dispute information. FlightNetwork now claims they have "no connection" with them, but LookMyFlight emailed me about my cancellation on the same day and issued the receipt for the $150 fee. This is extremely concerning and completely unacceptable for a travel agency handling customer information.
For months I have received contradictory information, denials, and shifting explanations. My booking disappeared from their app immediately after June 11, and multiple agents told me my refund was being processed — yet nothing was ever returned. Their customer service is inconsistent, confusing, and in my case deeply misleading.
I am now pursuing this matter through formal dispute channels because FlightNetwork has failed to honor the refund they promised and confirmed in writing. Based on my experience — and after seeing many other similar complaints online — I strongly recommend booking directly with airlines and avoiding this company entirely.
Wanted to check sports equipment (golf clubs) but found that is not possible on Flight Network reservation page; this makes me completion of my arrangements not possible until I reach out to the carrier to finish checking sports equipment. This requirement is an Inconvenience, in my opinion, however I am more than happy to learn from Flight Network as to why this is necessary. Looking forward to receiving a reply. Thank you.
The Extra Charges are absurd. They even have a charge just in case they go bankruptcy. The seats are super expensive and the bags are super expensive. More expensive than the actual flight.
I buy tickets from them and they sold it to somebody else and I I call them for help and they are not helping at all so I don't recommend they are scam
GOL Airlines webpage has had severe disruptions, and I could not book the GOL flight through them. This option appeared--and I tried the FlightNetwork. (I was looking for a specific flight.) Straightforward and efficient--and completed process to my requirements. I think it might have cost a few dollars more--but it was easy and worth it.
You guys won't let me check in online or confirm my booking, keeps sending the same email authentication and restarts me every time, no clue how I'm supposed to figure out my connecting flight
Hi
I was looking to buy tickets from Mumbai to Coimbatore by Indigo and was searching the web to book tickets directly through Indigo Airlines. However I mistakenly ended up booking through Flightinfo whose Logo appears similar to that of Indigo Airlines.
Result was that I ended up paying double the fare than offered by Indigo Airlines.
I tried to reach them by email but No Response.
Please be careful booking tickets!
Everything was going fine until you jacked up the price by nearly $300 as I am paying, literally in the process of paying. Also the fact that I am traveling with a child you want to charge an extra $10 for that! Who wants to sit next to a little kid that's not their own! Not good customer service.
Too many "No Thanks" tabs to answer. No need for any of that. Also by the time I made it to the payment screen it kicked me back to the beginning and I had to redo the whole thing again!
First time I tried to proceed almost at the end of ordering the ticket I received an error message flight not available, went back in duplicated all the same information & it went through. I am a senior citizen and for older people who are purchasing a ticket for a grandchild it is not as easy as you think.
Yesterday I helped my daughter attempt to book tickets on your website twice without interruption, but each time an error occurred during payment. Ultimately, the final price was CA$100 higher than my original booking—all because of these inexplicable pauses and updates. I ended up paying 14% more than my initial reservation. Under these circumstances, I could easily have chosen another booking channel.
The one star is for customer service. Both bookings failed, yet my credit card shows the charges were processed. I called customer service, and the signal was terrible, but she still patiently explained everything. You should be proud to have such customer service, but you should be ashamed of this price trap.
Well I'm going on a trip and ya'll are getting me there. On the other hand I didn't like how the website timed me out of a ticket at a very reasonable price to only shortly after search for the same flight and it go up in price by $200.
I thought I was booking directly through Icelandic Air, and didn't notice I'd been taken to the Flight Network website. Branding colors and fonts are very similar, and I'm sure this isn't an accident. I realized my mistake in less than five minutes and called to cancel. I also requested that I be reimbursed for the $88 booking fee since 1) the booking was only made 5 minutes ago and 2) being transferred to them felt very scammy. I was told this wasn't possible. I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company, but please note, even without the $88 refund, the tickets were less expensive when I booked directly with Icelandic Air. So not only is Flight Network being sneaky as they divert you away from the Icelandic Air website, but they also charge more for the exact same seats.
Why did the price of my ticket jump by $124.00? My four travel companions booked the same flights just minutes before I booked and each of their tickets were each $124.00 less. I was quoted $333.00 all the way thorough the checkout process but then, when I went to pay, the price increased to $457.00. I strongly recommend NOT using FlightNework and will let everyone I know of my terrible bait and switch experience.
Search for Easy Jet produced a large font for Easy Jet thus thought this was Easy Jet website.
Upon finishing... shocked did not give me confirmed tickets... instead - gave me email saying the "to wait for us to confirm your booking with the airline. This process usually takes a few minutes, but in rare cases, it may take up to three days... once your booking is approved... WHICH MEANT I HAD NO BOOKINGS YET. Then realized it was a third party agent... WHEN I DID OPEN UP MY ETICKET... I WAS SHOCKED BY THE TICKETS WERE FROM VOLOTEA not EASY JET!
Only able to communicate by chat - who told me no refunds or changes
Clear instructions, site is easy to use.
4* instead of 5 due to one flight couldn't tell window from aisle, and first attempt said something wrong like flight no longer available, then I re-booked exact same itinerary and it worked
I purchased a flexible tickets but was not allowed to make last minute changes due to an familiy emergency and was told it would cost be $889 to change the departure date. I asked on their chat and then was told it was over $900. When I asked on final time it had ballooned to $1021. I was told it was ANA's charge but ANA was offering tickets for $900 so paying the difference would have been around $250 which was understandable. But I was told at each contact the price was for a new ticket. Why buy a flexible when the route did not change... no carrier change... and only the departure. Return flight had no changes. I am reporting to ANA and also BBB and anyone that has anything to do wiht oversight. In fact the customer service number also handles other online companies.
Answer: I did! $45 that was NOT clearly disclosed at the time of booking, which is required.
Answer: I have the same experience on 07/21/2021. I was on hold for 1 hour for two times and then it got disconnected.
Answer: Hi there, the promo code box is under the insurance section on the final step of the booking process. We can certainly add the code to your booking however, I will need your booking number. Can you provide? Once we have that we will issue you a refund. Have a great day. / Courtney
