I timed out twice before completing our booking. The first time, maybe I took too long (but I didn't think so). No way on the second effort. WAY too fast.

I asked on the website for my booking number and Sahil S helped me with this very quickly. Maybe just next time in the emails that customers receive add the booking reference not just the order number so they don't have to contact anyone else.

Your ticket prices are great, but the fees for a carry bag (small suitcase that fits in overhead bin) are ridiculously HIGH! Even the fee for a checked bag is HIGH! But why is a small carry on bag more expensive than a checked bag?
Also, your fees to select a seat are CRAZY HIGH!

Very confusing by the extra charges for seating i basic economy, I had to go find your phone number to clarify the seating fees and how to not pay additional fees. Also all the extra charges are very hard to navigate through. I have spent over 2 hours booking this flight.

The purchasing process was super fast, the price was exactly as it appeared at the beginning, and the payment was processed immediately.

It took some effort to find the name of the airline associated with the booking. I never did find a way to upgrade the weight of baggage or add additional baggage.

Had everything laid out, seats selected both ways but could never get to my cart to place order. Had to start over with program that did not offer same options.

I have a travel credit I believe and it didn't show up on the payment amount. Please check and I'd like to use it for this trip!

The booking procedure is overly complicated, there are too many option open for insurance etc. etc, and the necessity to book for baggage on an international flight seems inappropriate.

Too many add ons. Crazy! Moving to Parkersburg. Price started at $69 but by the time the movers and UHAUL could be confirmed, the flight went to $93. The site is not user friendly!
