Overall it was a great experience, easy workflow. My only comment is that once you have more than two stops, prices increase enormously so I would double check that option.

Unlike my last experience w/ Flighthub when Flighthub showed me a price but charged a higher amount from my credit card. When I called, the representative asked if I took a picture of the quoted price as if it's normal to do so. I reported the above to my credit card company & they offered to pay me the difference. This time I took a picture of Flighthub's price summary & I don't have to call Flighthub or my credit card. Not much an expectation.
Filters were provided to narrow down the flight selections to what suited my needs the most. Such an easy way to find the best suitable flight.
I couldn't choose seats on flighthub for a purchased West jet flight. I then called to confirm with tbe airline and my passenger info on the itinerary was NOT forwarded to them correctly and thankfully was re entered correctly. Really could've been a big issue at check-in
I submitted a request to flighthub over 2 weeks ago for assistance with my booking. In that time, I have spoken to 3 different people over the phone, have been put on hold for nearly 25 minutes each time, without being able to resolve my request. I have sent numerous emails as suggested from the customer service agent on the phone, only to receive a generic email each time telling me they have not heard back from the airline and that my flight is not until next year so I can wait. (It is 2 months away). All I have requested was a simple name correction on the ticket to ensure my mother who's traveling alone for the first time does not have any issues at the airport. I'm a frequent traveler and have not had bad service like this from any other company I have used. Extremely disappointed with FlightHub's lack of service and will not be using them again.

I have found great priced flights with Flighthub. They are easy to use and I like it that their prices contain all fees/taxes and are in Canadian dollars.
Very narrow uncomfortable seats. 1 cookie offered for a 5hr flight.
No upgrade allowed, charge for checked baggage, no carry on allowed. I will encourage people to never fly united. My ticket was 'basic economy', a more appropriate name would be Dachau Special
Prices were great. The 'alternative' dates' prices were not accurate though... They were off by say 30 to sometimes 100+ dollars, thankfully the price always ended up being lower than shown but it meant I had to check every alternative date to actually find the best prices.
Altogether I love this site!
