Well managed and timing of flights are very good and affordable price which able to reach everyone. My personal experience is very good because staff is very cooperative during travels. I put my card info in and tried to book a flight for $256 round trip to Houston. After I hit the search button, it said there were No seats available for that price. But 1 seat was available for $1000. Me: WTH! So I quickly, closed out that window without booking, and something said, check your back account. I goes and check my card, and find out they charged my card for the seat. Which was $256.00 anyway. So when I called customer service they asked me for a booking number or confirmation number. I will be less frustrating for prospective fliers if you can make the tab for adding the option to purchase insurance much more visible instead of how u have it now. With this format, it's easy to include the option for insurance purchase even if you don't want to.
