It was easy booking my flight and the website is very easy to navigate thru.
Was informed that my flight would cost $755.16 per person. Initially was charged $3775. 80 for 5 adult passengers. Due to their own stupidy, the credit card declined the transaction. I quickly put the payment on another card and all seemed well until I found out that I was charged $50.00 then what was originally agreed on and initially charged that was not accepted. Sat on a phone for 1.5 hours to be told that I agreed to have $50.00 extra to be charged to my card. BS company and the management staff will lie through there teeth to not refund their own issue. NEVER DEAL WITH THEM! If you want great prices, deal with ASAP or CheapOAir
Was easy to book and find the flight according to my needs but all is extra! Assurance, baggage, Seats, I think the price would be the same taking the all in one with other airline.

Tried to rebook my flight on thier website and my credit cards were refused twice on 2 different days. The agents were not much help until finally one figured out to somehow refresh their system so it could get rebooked. I am angry I had to pay a $300 rebooking fee for this service. They offered an apology but no compensation so this company lacks accountability. I will not use them again based upon this experience.
Just in few hours try to change flight people are very non cooperative
