Flighthub never fails to provide the best prices and options for flights. I used to be a diehard Google flights user until I discovered that Flighthub always has way more flight options available at MUCH better prices.

I am very disappointed with your customer service. I called you guys yesterday to change my flight layover from Seattle to somewhere else. Because I don't have US visa. And you guys charging me 400 bucks on top of my ticket which ai purchased for 1350

Price dipped for an upcoming trip to the UK so we jumped on it. Flight Hub had the best price so we went with it. Process was easy. No complaints.
I was told i have a no bag ticket at checking, while this never appeared on your luggage conditions attached to my ticket i carrefully read on your site before booking. That for, i have to unfairly pay 250$ for one bag before cheicking.
On the contrary, there was no fee when i clicked on the attached conditions of bags allowance, and it was clearly said 2 bags(23 kgs) free for africa.
In addition, no mention of the bags to be paid was on ticket you sent me, as it should be.
During my stopover in Paris i asked "Corsair agency"and they printed me what should be the final ticket with the clear "0 bag"mention, what your ticket didn't.
I had booked a $458 flight this afternoon. Tried to cancel within min but was notified there was a $75 fee. There was a glitch with visa paying online. I accidentally booked two identical flights for myself within a few minutes apart. I tried calling, was on hold for 30 mins. My phone got disconnected When the representative picked up. They made no attempt to call me right back After the second attempt to second call them, the sales representative on the phone couldn't do anything about the $75 fee. Be warned. Stay away from this online ticket company. Sheesh. Buyer buyer beware. Had the company advertised a cancellation fee no matter what, in big bold letters before I hit send, I would have seriously reconsidered buying a ticket from them. Expedia does not charge you if cancelled under 24: hrs.

I agreed to a price of $113.00, gave my credit card info, etc.; I pressed 'Submit' and was told to wait 60 seconds for confirmation. Then I am then told that this price ($113.00) was no longer available, and would I agree to $136.00!
Flighthub, this is a shady business practice called, 'Bait and Switch'.
