I wanted to change my flight 20 minutes after making the reservation for a later flight and the only thing I Was offered was to cancel for 75 dollars and buy the tickets again. I saw a bunch of flights for later that day that would of worked better for me that they offered but there was nothing that they could do for me which is hard to believe.

Very easy to book tickets even though I am not very computer savvy. Had absolutely no difficulty booking two tickets for myself and my husband to fly to Ontario for our granddaughters wedding in august :)

I call for seat charge to be waive, I did not pay attention to the fee while booking my flight, but the customer service person did not offer or attempted to make me feel like I was welcome to do business with you.

Best prices, up to date information, and ease of booking. I tried numerous other flight booking sites and none came close to the low prices I found on flight Hub!

Saved a lot of time booking our flight to Orlando. One site to do it all, rather than going back and forth between airlines trying to find the best deal.

We had no problems booking our flights. We found a direct flight from Toronto to Vancouver and are even flying from North Bay to Toronto. That saves us the drive to the airport.

Flighthub is a great catch-all for saving on your next travel plans. I always use it to find the cheapest flights to my next destination!

Should be showing the cost of the flight hub ($15.95) as part of the initial transaction instead of tricking customers.

Went on here to get the same flight as a friend. Only to find out the exact same flight with west jet (who my flight is also through through flighthub) was cheaper by going through their website and now I can't get a refund for the difference.
