Easy to follow

I put in the departure point, destination, dates, the number of travelers, scanned the large selection of choices for time of departure, price, and connections and hit the book now button. Simple enough to follow the instructions and I will be on my way to my vacation shortly.

Disappointed

I was charged additional fees on my credit card from your company. I tired to get in touch with customer service with No luck! Just a long hold period and No connection to a representative.

The fee you were charged is the standard fee for pre-assigned seating and it is valid when you use our interactive seat map or when you call our call center. The fee ensures that JustFly will provide you assistance to book your seat based on the individual airline's terms and conditions (less hassle for you). We make our best efforts to contact your air carrier or check the seat map and find you your preferred seating with the airline directly. This is not a mandatory fee though and you can opt to not select your seats on JustFly.com

That being said, as a gesture of goodwill, we have refunded you this fee for this one time.

It's easy to book and they're very competitive with other travel agency. The only thing that I am concerned it, most of AA flights has long layovers and it's annoying to keep on checking if other provider can give a better flight choices.

I have just spent 5 exceedingly frustrating hours trying to change a reservation ( understanding that there would be a fee) and after 5 hours there is still no reservation. I have a credit I can not access and they can not seem to access the flights that I need although I can bring them up on their website and they are available. They almost tricked my into booking another flight thinking I could use my credit but at the last minute she said, "and yes you can use your credit for a year" at which point I realized that she almost had me book another flight completely that I would not be able to use my credit for. There was no manager available and I was just repetitively told to call back tomorrow... and wait another hour on the phone? She said, "Yes" In total I talked to 3 different agents and was equally frustrated with the lack of professionalism. I was told by one agent to cancel my flight and I would have my credit applied directly to Air Canada and then could book it right away through Air Canada. When I called Air Canada, they told me that this was 100% untrue. Terrible terrible service. Do Not Use This Company!

Basic Economy may be a problem

Of course we wanted to save money on our fares, but, we didn't do our homework. We chose an inexpensive flight.
Immediately after making our selection and paying, we received an email from the airline touting 'restrictions'. Basic economy is eat up with restrictions.
We feel our booking agent, i. E. Flighthub should have mentioned strongly, restrictions will apply. They didn't.
Although we haven't flown yet, won't fly until Aug 17. We are hoping for the best, but preparing for a 'basic' nightmare.
As a booking agent, they (Flighthub) is responsible for the outcome of our upcoming 'basic economy' flight.
Sheesh! All I wanted to do was save a couple bucks, now I don't know if we're gonna fly across the USA and not sit by each other, pay high baggage check fees because of carry on restrictions, or what to expect.
BTW we don't fly much, and don't do homework well either.

We booked flights for our family holiday through flighthub to my husbands home town. The prices were decent. He decided that 5 full days werent long enough so we called and asked if we could extend the trip and the person we talked to said it shouldnt be a problem to extend and he put us on hold and came back saying we were able to extend the trip and he put us on hold again. Then he came back and said he was having issues and would call back, He called the next day and my husband missed the call so we called and talked to someone else. He checked everything out and told me that we werent able to extend the trip. The option he gave us was to cancel the trip and rebook for the days we wanted and he assured me that within 10 minutes of cancelling i would be able to rebook. Oh with a $75.00 cancelling fee per person (74x4=300) fine. I call back when i get the email and he informs me that it is a $100 rebooking fee per person. So another 400 on top of the 300, on top of the 3200 i originally spent. He goes looking for tickets which i am praying are no more then a few hundred dollars more. He comes back and tells me he cant rebook me because there is no tickets. So after cancelling my tickets by being guarenteed to be able to rebook, they have no tickets. I told him I wanted a full refund and he said because i cancelled my tickets i would not be able to get a refund. You try telling a 95 year old women that her favorite grandson will not be home for her birthday when two days ago he was all set. Im sure this TERRIBLE company is fine as long as you dont have to change the dates you are flying. $#*! YOU FLIGHTHUB i will tell everyone i know about your $#*!ty lying customer service :)
