Consistently lower prices offered with more options for flights than other websites. I wanted to book on Expewdia.ca to get my air miles but my flight was not offered there and the cheapest flight was $400 more than what I paid on Flight Hub.
I used flighthub for ticket and hotel purchase. I marked that I don't need insurance but still I have received insurance with $150 additional. Plus they have charged me $30 without any information.

Spoke to an agent named "Gie" this morning about a booking that needs clarification. She asked questions and verified all informations, which was fine. I was put "on-hold" several times - each time i have a question, she needed to ask somebody before giving an answer. Clearly, she wasn't ready yet (not knowledgeable) to be taking calls or queries from customers. I was on the phone for MORE THAN AN HOUR only to be told in the end that my booking was already CANCELLED. I requested if I can talk to the Supervisor, again I was put on-hold because all Supervisors were busy. I waited for more than 20 minutes. I had no choice but to hang-up because I needed to book my flight ASAP. Worst customer service I ever received. WILL NEVER USE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE.
I found a lot of great deals and I thought the site was pretty easy to navigate and find the deals I was searching for.
About to make my 3RD call and still haven't received my e-tickets. Each time I was told tickets would be sent within 24 hours. That has not hapened.

Never had any problems with the site, always reasonable prices. If I did have an issue, those at the customer service help line were extremely helpful and patient.
It was very easy and the prices were the cheapest compared to other sites like cheaptickets, expedia and even cheapoair. Also Flighthub had more options available compared to other sites.

This means that trip protection is optional, and you are free to purchase your own coverage if desired, but you must make sure to deselect the Manulife coverage from your booking. We also offer an Extended Cancellation policy, which is offered in the same format.
Seat selection is an optional service and travelers are free to skip this step if desired. When selecting your seats, the price is indicated right below the interactive seat map.
Please note that your seat selection of $29.90 was refunded on July 10th, and should take 2-10 business days to processed to the credit card on file.
