I bought two flights and one can find very great prices. Next time I fly I am going to choose flight hub. Flighthub is the only hub I would use to purchase a flight. Yay for flighthub.

Previously had a very bad experience with flight hub. I had a customer service rep who was extremely rude and impatient when I was booking my mom's flight. However, I've used it since then and it has dramatically improved. It's good that it is asking for customers feedback. Overall good experience.

This company is a scam. System changed the dates and booked my fight for another day. Called to complain and the said they can cancel my flight and give me a credit, but it will cost 75 dollars and then 99 dollars to use the credit... I will never use this company again.

I had to pay 75.00 each passger I paid 150.00 to get my refund back I don't think I will book with you anymore because of this I time I cancel in time thru made mwah pay 150.00 more

Worst customer service ever. Flighthub told me to cancel my flight in order to book another straight shot flight, charged me for cancelling, and then couldn't book the one I wanted. "It disappeared." Wouldn't reschedule my original flight OR give me my $150 back. Dont book with them!

I have booked many times a with flighthub and never had an issue. This is where you will find the cheapest prices with great airlines. Highly recommended.

Booked a ticket through flighthub. The operator made a spelling mistake. Called them back with an hour of the confirmation email I received and they told me we did it yesterday so no help after almost three hours of waiting over the phone. Pretty damn bad service. Pay more and book with the airline directly and never go through headache with flighthub

I liked that flight hub gave me many options for the flight I was seeking. They offered a variety of options from am to pm. I was able to find the flight that was perfect for my needs at a reasonable cost

Your customer REPRESENTATIVE was courteous, COMPASSIONATE and very informed! After the experience I had with another company, she was well informed and helpful and turned an ugly experience into a good experience! She didn't use the "DRONE" VOICE AND the attitude of " just give me your info so I can take your money!". Thank you, thank you THANK YOU!
