We booked flight to LA... And emergency came in so we need to cancel on the spot our flight. Customer service said pay the cancellation fee so you can still use as credit with in one year... And told me that there is an airline fees as well upon rebooking. I asked the CS if they can waved it because it's an emergency. He said yes... But unfortunately when we're going to rebooked our ticket wow so depressing they let me pay for airline fees. And they can't waved the airline fees only if your dead! If I know from the first place that they can't waved it I won't pay cancellation fees... What's the point right. So now I lost my money without enjoying it. I work so hard for it so I can go for vacation and this is what happened to us. so depressing. Poor customer service... They should make their customers happy!
Do not book ticket from them coz if your in trouble they won't help you...

I got a really got service. At first i buy this ticket for 200$ more dollars but because the price drop within 4 hours, they accepted to make me pay the other price.

We've used Flighthub a few times now and they always have the Best prices. The site is easy to use and we've never had a problem with anything.
I had several sites sending me updates on the flight I was looking for. But flight hub was the only one that was updating me everyday with the lowest prices for that flight. They had a great sale happening and I got an email update saying there was a two-day sale. I checked it out and got the lowest price I could possibly get!
I'm pretty good at finding deals for flights, and I hadn't seen any lower prices in the several months I'd been looking.
I'm so excited for my trip, and excited that it didn't cost me a ton.
Compared to other sites I tried, Flighthub had the best prices for flights and was more user friendly.

Found the lowest cost here with decent connections. Would like to see low cost carriers integrated for European destinations but that might be beyond Flighthubs control
Loved how much we saved booking through Flight Hub! We found return flights from Toronto to Maui for $500 taxes in. Amazing! My only criticism would be the check out page is quite chaotic with a lot of advertisements, making it hard to clarify whether your booking actually went through or not!

I booked ticket in economy_premium but the ticket book in Economy: Worse ever serve I received. Still not refunding my money.
I actually think that their business model is to show you a cheap price and then at the last minute when you have entered all the info, they change the price suddenly, hoping you'll give in and pay the additional price because you've gotten so far. I had a lot of trouble booking - had the flights that I had completed booking cancelled on their end 2 times for no good reason. Then they're wanting to rebook me for a higher price. Every time I clicked confirm & pay, it would say - sorry the price of your flight has increased by $88. Had to call them 6 or 7 times to get it finally booked. Won't do that again!

If you made a mistake booking a ticket and called 20 min after to change for a day earlier there shouldnt be fees.
My purchase was excellent! Great deal! I paid half price for my trip to Ottawa in September. It was very easy to use this site. The prompts were very straightforward and easy to follow. Definitely will uae this site again.
