SCAM COST ME $1200!

Flighthub is a scam. I got charged $1200 trying to cancel my flight. Please don't book a flight with them. Their customer service is A JOKE. They don't care about anything you have to stay.

Horrible Service

If anything were to go wrong with your flight, to proceed you to their customer service, good luck. Absolutely horrible, they make wait you so long just to figure out small problems, and their travel insurance doesn't cover the full expensive of canceling a flight. Which is a complete waste of money if you can get a full refund or exchange. Even a simple name change, by simple im referring to a inverted name, airport did it in a matter of 10 mins, flighthub told me to call back for 3 days straight. TIll the last day, they requested 95$ to INVERT a name. More than the flight ticket cost.

I had a terrible experience with cancellation and trying to use the travel credit. I was on the phone with the CSR and we looked for the same flight for a future date and it was $100+ greater than what was quoted on the site. Also, if I want to do it on the website, it only allows me to book the same route. Aside from that, from my inquiries on what to do with leftover travel credit, I was told that that never happens - which was later confirmed after we looked up flights (always higher). It seems like it's just overpaying for flight and getting penalized more. I work at a large national company and will be sure to notify our marketing department to not use Flighthub. It was my first time using Flighthub but sadly due to change in work commitments, had to cancel wasn't able to get a full refund. Overall, a lot of time spent over the phone to cancel and not satisfied with outcome. I would advise to book through another reputable agent or directly with airline.

Worst Service

I book my flight going to Manila from Wpg. The booking process turn out okay how every I just found out that my name was typed incorrectly, the moment that I am calling them back to correct it, a supervisor name Sydney advises me to cancel my booking and booking another flight and me paying the difference.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been on the phone with FlightHub for almost 3 hrs, to simply obtain the correct booking number... even worse was the "supervisor" Xyra had the gall to raise her voice to me!

Unhappy customer

We missed our flight. Didn't get the flight change notice. They would not book us on a flight that would enable us to catch up with the rest of the booking. So we had to cancel all of the booking and rebook. At a cost to us because we didn't make the first flight. They would NOT take or share responsibility for the mess up. We did try to check in but we couldn't. Thought maybe because it was a flight that was affiliated with another airline. Spend 6 Hours trying to deal with them with No luck. There's No Customer Service. Very Unhappy with them.

Never ever again

The costumer representatives are very rude and disrespectful! They are liars and dont really know what they are doing, they told me they will reduce my flight cancellation fee to $75 and took $300 from my account and the representative hang up the phone on me. I asked to speak with supervisor and they will put me on hold and then hang up on. I have never see people that are that disrespectful and lairs. Please dont ever book your flight with them you will regret I promise you.

My Mother inlaw booked with FlightHub 3 months in advance - then 2 months out the airlines changed their schedule.
When she talked to FlightHub they were unable to offer her any better flight options - so she reluctantly agreed.
Note that they did not indicate that she could cancel the reservation due to the flight change at that time.
So now my 83yr wheelchair bound Mother inlaw has an 8hr layover (from a 90 min layover) in Calgary.
We just got wind of this - so we phoned FlightHub on her behalf - to see what we could do.
They indicated that since she agreed to the flight change in Sept that we were stuck with the ticket.
So going forward we will be booking directly with the airlines - as they will work with you in these situations.

NEVER AGAIN

Worst experience ever! Terrible customer service and communication skills! Spent days trying to rectify their error! They lied, hung up on me and was extremely rude. There only concern is making money! They cancelled portion of my flight and did not rebook. Didn't give me any options. Disgusted with Flighthub! Do not use them!

Had a number of issues with having to shorten my holiday to being stranded in Bali due to a volcano eruption. At the beginning it was hard to deal with flight hub because it seemed very confusing but after talking to the right competent people my trust with flight hub was gained again and all problems were resolved.

If I could I would give them negative starts.
I have been calling for six weeks originally for date change for my flight. I purchased my ticket in October for my trip in January. End of October, I called Flight Hub if it is possible to change the date and how much will it cost. I specifically said, I do not want to change my inbound flight since I am coming back with my family. They gave me the price (Fee + airfare difference), which seems reasonable to me. I told them to go ahead change it. They emailed me next day stating my reservation need urgent attention. I called them to find out ticket is not available for days I want. I told them, "It's alright, I would like to keep my original ticket as is". After that my original ticket been a mess. They canceled my original ticket before checking if new dates are available, and original ticket was lost too. They didn't tell me this until 3 weeks before my departure. I have been calling since to check on my ticket which was in processing since October. They never mentioned before that ticket is not available anymore. Once, I called expressing that I am very concerned about this ticket that I am nightmare of not being able to go on this trip. I mentioned repeatedly that this trip is very important to me.
I have talked to the supervisors, one of them mentioned that someone will call me back, and second one actually hung up on me.
This is rude.

Worst company

Wow worst experience ever! I bought a ticket to Thailand on your website... first time the website asked me if I accept the "tariff update" (+1500$)! No thanks, was what I clicked. The second time I didn't have an option and the website just went thru and charged me the +1500$. I did lost 2 hours on the phone with 4 different people trying to solve the issue. The lady was supposed to send me an e-mail with the screen shots of my acceptance of the "tarif update"... never got it. Now you want to charge me 250$ to cancel my flight?

Really, I'm not at my first travel or booking with you but this is ridiculous!

FlightHub I think that you didn't rear my review correctly, I'm aware that the price are subject to change but your site didn't asked me if was accepting the change... you just charged me a difference of 1500$ without asking anything.

I havent had any issues with my booking thus far. I typically use Google to browse flights first bc theyre the best in terms of user friendly. I always go with cheapest most direct flight (and not at crazy hours of the day.) I went with Flighthub this time around because they presented the most direct flights at the best price. The flight search tool could be a little more inuitive. The multi-city search specifically.

I got an alert via email saying the price of a flight I was tracking had dropped. I went ahead and booked it with all my details and credit card info as well. As soon as my booking was complete the screen showed a higher rate. I was very upset because when I did a search again, it was still showing the discounted rate, so i called. "Andy" said that the price went up while I was making the booking. I told him it didnt as the rate was still showing on my screen. He then transfered me to "Paul" who guaranteed that I will get the discounted rate. Again he took all my info over the phone. He even took my credit card details. He then put me on hold and came back saying that the price has gone up and that he cannot give me the rate he promised. I was totally mad with these guys for 1) displaying fake rates on their website 2)promising to give the best rate and taking all my personal details 3) wasting over an hour of my time! "Paul" then said that he will need to talk to the airlines to see if they can give me the discounted rate. I told him that once I hangup nobody is going to call me back. He promised to call back in half an hour. Obviously he didnt! Very disappointed...
