I ordered brand new shoes, not used and they came to me clearly used and scuffed. I reached out to customer service for return and to get my pair of new shoes I ordered and she said they don't do refunds cause it was 3 days from receiving. I just got the order and they took longer than 4+ days to respond to my return request. This is a scam and I'm reporting fraud to claim my money back unless they send me what I ordered. Was once a loyal customer but no longer getting cheated by this terrible company. Unacceptable, not what I ordered and worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I recently purchased a pair of Air Jordan Retro 11 in cool grey and they were fake. I am disgusted at the service received and will be reporting Flight Club to STOPFAKES.GOV so they can investigate and put a stop to this fraudulent website. There are alot of customers unsatisfied with the fake advertisement and service provided. No wonder they do not give refunds and sales are final because they know their services are a scam and fraud.

My experience at Flight Club was amazing. I ordered a pair of Nike Vapor Max 2021 in a size ten and they shipped in seven business days. I was quickly concerned because reviews on the site said that shoes didn't come in time, their shoes were fake, or their shoes came used. I became even more concerned when I saw that my shoes were coming from China. When my shoes came though, they were completely legit, perfect condition, and the shoes came incredibly fast. I highly recommend buying shoes from Flight Club.

There are no returns, no exchanges and NO phone numbers to get in touch with this fly by night. I found 5 different telephone numbers, on one I left a message but expect no response. The other 4 were numbers that either did not connect or buzzed or who knows what. My story is a pair of air jordans I bought for my grandson. They do not fit and he says they don't look like he thought they should. And I am out of big bucks! With no one to help. I would gladly return them to the store even for an exchange but there is no one to talk to!

When I read all the negative reviews I thought I was f*cked. Although the shoes did take a while to be delivered I am very happy with that I got, the shoes were perfect and the right size. I wouldn't pay no kind to the negative reviews. But their prices are kind of on the high end

Ordered some shoes sent wrong size on purpose not able to return 225.00 later dont order from them its a scam

PLACED MY ORDER WRONG TRIED TO CANCEL IT RIGHT AFTER WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME AN OPTION SO I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY TRY TO TELL ME I CANT CANCEL IT THAT I HAVE TO WAIT AND RETURN THEM AND THEN GET MY REFUND LIKE NO THATS MY MONEY I SHOULD BE ABLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER ESPECIALLY WHEN I TRIED RIGHT AFTER I MADE THE PURCHASE. DEFINITELY POOR COMMUNICATION AND ITS EITHER THERE WAY OR NO WAY LIKE BULL$#*! CANCEL MY $#*! AND REFUND MY MONEY LIKE I ASKED 100 TIMES $#*!ING LIVID

If just ordered some regular Nikes on this website. 100.00 shoes and waited 7-9 days before I asked where my shoes were and this was response.

Since most items come to us for authentication first, it typically takes 7-9 business days (M-F) for orders to get to our domestic customers. That's approximately 3-4 days for your seller to ship to our warehouse, 1-2 days for authentication, and 3-4 days to ship to you.

Now, I'm not complaining about how long it takes. I'm pissed about 0 communication on their website about how long it's going to take to get you your shoes. They don't even explain this on your order confirmation email! I got this nugget of information from them after I wanted to know when I was getting my shoes. If you want your shoes before you forget you even ordered shoes than by all means order from flight club!

I bought sneakers off them and they were SOOO MESSED UP THEY EVEN LOOK FAKE. IM PISSED. Instead of giving me a refund they offered me a $20 store credit. What the hell am i gonna do with $20 store credit when i spent so much money on sneakers!

I had bought AIR JORDAN 1 MID SE 'COCONUT MILK PARTICLE GREY' and the day it was supposed to arrive I got an email saying the order was canceled by the seller. It said I was supposed to get my refund back in 3-5 days but never got it.

Pretty much impossible to find my Adidas style (Campus) and size (10) in spring 2022. So I took a chance on Flight Club. After I ordered I read all these reviews and thought I was screwed. Even more so when I saw my shoes were coming from China.

But hey they arrived today and yeah it's exactly what I ordered. I guess this works after all lol! (Or I got a bootleg but I'll take it)

Sneakers never came. No help from customer service. Referred to nonexistent clauses in policies to justify lack of refund. Very bad.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes - one for $299 and one for $139. The total price after all their overpriced shipping, import fees, and all the other UNANOUNCED charges... those 2 pair of shoes totalled $820!

*******@ck fligh Club and their scammer bull$#*!. I will never ever ever ever shop there again - but i will 100% for sure tell all the people I know about this rip-off scam they run.

I ordered a pair of sneakers for a birthday gift. But when I did not get any kind of shipping status I sent an email to cancel my order and refund my payment. All of a sudden it miraculously shipped and I was told they do not do returns as the company has a final sale on their products. Well shame on me for not knowing that and looking at their company reviews. The sneakers are here and frankly they do not appear authentic. Another issue. So don't make the same mistake I did… stay away from this company!

I bought $200+ pair of Supreme Forces they came at the exact 7-9 business days and the shoes came in good condition and looked so clean I just had to take them outside and walk in them to feel how they were I got them in a bigger size tho on accident so I stuffed it and waited till I fit the shoe better highly recommend buying from this awesome company and also watch videos aka complex to see what flight club is I might buy more from this place

They sold me some fake yezzy slides. This was a very hard shoe and wrong size and they told me that it was a aunthenctic shoe.

Wrong shoe size im throwing them in the trash. I ordered last night some Adidas over 2 hundred dollars.

I received my shoes early and they look absolutely perfect. I was pretty nervous after reading the reviews! Very happy with my purchase and just made another order!
