You could easily get an email canceling your order! This is such a one-sided sham of a website. The business model is completely black-swan and filled with hassle for the buyer.
Recently bought AirJordans, when they came the materiel looked so cheap and poor needed another size and they didn't want to exchange DO NOT BUY from here, the service sucks
Bought a $180 pair of shoes and paid for it. When it got to Canada an undisclosed $132 dollar import duty fee was added, when it was delivered to my door. This was NOT previously stated by Flight Club that I had to pay this amount. There is no way to refund the shoes either. Will not be buying from them again and I highly discourage others to buy from Flight Club. Be aware there may be additional costs!
Realized immediately that I ordered the wrong size, and within seconds, I cancelled the order on a pop-up page that disappeared so quickly that I almost missed it. Their policy supposedly gives you 3 hours to cancel. Nope. I also emailed them within 10 minutes of the order and actually got a response the next day saying they would make a big exception for me and TRY to cancel the order. Well, NOPE. Credit card charge went through today and now silence. Why would any company do something like this? If they had cancelled, I would have ordered the correct size! Now I would not order anything from them if my life depended on it. Oh... also, I received no order confirmation, no cancellation confirmation, no confirmation of a delivery date... NOTHING. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with... absolutely NO customer service. Beware! Like throwing money into the wind! The phone number for GOAT, which seems to be the parent company, is *******211 in case anyone else is disgruntled. I have opened a dispute on my credit card for the amount.
Brought my daughter shoes and I have brought a few pairs of shoes from this site. They need to get a phone number or someone that's responsible for their products? These shoes aren't cheap and it takes a week for someone to send u a email before I can get information about your order? It's very unprofessional and then it has to go through so many unnecessary steps because it has to go through payment confirmation for like a week? And then wait another two weeks before u get your shoes. But it only takes them no time to take your money. I will use PayPal next time. Why don't u have a live representative? Like finish line or eastbay? I don't understand
I recently just bought two pairs of Yzy Foam Runners from flight club thinking that they were going to ship them out from one of the major stores in New York, Los Angeles but apparently they are just authorized to receive shoes from sellers to authenticate. & the pairs i received came from $#*!ing Hong Kong. Smh, like why don't you guys be a little bit more transparent here … so anyways the size labels are different all in $#*!ing Chinese lettering, Chinese logos all over the box. I'm not sure why they wouldn't inform me that they are from a warehouse overseas it just makes me feel like they are trying to get over personally.
We bought a pair of shoes and the photos on the we site did not fully show what they looked like and if they had we wouldn't have purchased them for $180. Then we find out all sales are final and they won't exchange or return your money. This seems very sketchy. I wouldn't trust shopping thru them and never will again. No wonder their ratings are horrible. Wish I'd known before.
My Credit card was charged and money taken... I've yet to receive a confirmation email from them.

So I ordered these green and grey jordan 1s. And they got canceled so close to school like why!?!? Fightclub sucks and should go outta business they suck no one should waist their money one the stupid sit!
I bought air Jordan raging 5 twice from them and both times they came damaged and had to return them. I think what's happening is goat bought flight club to sell downgraded slightly or massively damaged shoes as " "new" and sell the new in good condition shoes on their goat platform. It's like they legally scamming buyers.
Terrible experience with this company. I bought a pair of Air Jordan to my niece but when I got the box I realized that it were too big. After 3 minutes I decided to go back to the website to return it and they don't even have the return option. After that I starting exchanging e-mails with their team but none of them were really helpful.

I order a pair of Jordan 12 retro on 7/20, according to their site it would take 7 to 9 business days to receive my order. 7/25 comes and my order status is still saying processing, no tracking info or anything.

I opened a ticket to get the status, a day later Diego C. Reaches out, tells me nothing to be concerned with they received my order at their warehouse itll take 2-3 days to verify and theyll send them out.
Another week goes by still says pending, I attempted to email Diego C, no response so I opened another ticket. 3 days goes by still says pending, On 8/2 I get an email from Vicky Chen saying shell check with the warehouse support and get back to quickly, today is 8/4, my order still says pending, still no tracking info and obviously me and Vickys definition of quick is couldnt be any different, people save yourself the headache and sinking feeling, dont buy shoes from Flight Club!
This is the most worst shoe company to order from. 1st u can't talk to no one about none of your shoe problems. Then even if your card was charged wrong u can't get a refund. So basically I'm stuck with shoes that was ordered by accident by my kids. And I can't do nothing about it. Please be aware that this is a very shady company and you can't even get a email back. I'm out 235.89 with no way yo get help. Please be very careful if u decide to buy thru this company. It's not trusted.
I ordered shoes off flight club twice. The first time they were real and everything was good. I wanted another pair same shoe just different colorway and they sent a shoe that wasn't even my size. I sent them the differences and size and how it didn't add up and they told me there was no difference and that they won't refund my money. But the worst part about it is they encouraged me to sell them because they wanted to make money off of me again. There is a 50/50 chance you will get scammed. If I were you I would take my business to goat
This is the only place me and my boyfriend will order good sneakers from. It is the best place to get shoes that are hard to find or not being sold on their original websites like Nike. When we first tried ordering from here we were a little skeptical about some reviews it had even though most were good, but now, we have been ordering here for the past 3 years and we have not had one issue. It also has a walk in store that I went into traveling to New York. I would recommend Flight Club if you wanted to order hard to find shoes.

After reading reviews I was nervous about this order! Received my order within 7 days. Item shipped out of Netherlands. They look and feel to be legit Jordans. I compare the quality with my other Jordans bought here at Nike Town and they're the same. Overall they look exactly like what I ordered and shipping was quick. Guess it's just hit or miss when ordering online. I'm extremely satisfied!
Placed order for Nike Dunks for Grandson. They had the shoes in stock and shipped quickly. I received these shoes in 5 days, and were spot on fir the grandson. He is very happy. The price was competitive comparing to other locations. I was nervous after placing the order and reading the reviews. Too many negative reviews. More people with positive experiences need to post their reviews as well.
This is a scam company. Trying to scam me out of over $400 for a pair of shoes for my daughter and when you email them wanting CS # they wanna email... Trash business and customer service! Bunch of thieves tried to say if I didn't put in a 5 digit number after the withdrawal amount it wouldn't go through... Well mfers it was - in front of the amount and I notified my bank when I submitted the transaction because I was wondering if this would happen... Had a negative when they took the money but no shoes and no deposit back for my refund.! Now it's one big pile of emailing horsesh#t about a refund... The bank knows and all the right business agencies will know after tomorrow! Trash company I don't recommend at all! Thieves that hide behind computers
Our group was refused drinks as they believed one person was drunk, the security manger spoke to me and asked us to leave, when I asked the group to leave security accused me of raising my voice (baring in mind we had a group of 16). She then grabbed me by my arms and pushed me out, in the process I lost 4 nails and she said she didn't use excessive force. She didn't give me chance to walk out, she grabbed me by my arms. She accused me of saying things I didn't say. She accused me of swearing when I didn't. They stated certain people spent too long in the toilets but we had people who just given birth and were breast pumping in the toilets and people with stoma bags. If they believed people were drunk they have a duty of care not to serve those people, there was no need for excessive force! I asked for cctv she said there's no cctv but there's audio. I will be making a formal complaint as this was unacceptable
