I paid over $300 for what was supposed to be deadstock, brand new condition, no defects foamposite pros and flight club sent me very damaged b grade shoes. The damage is very noticeable on the nike logo and completely ruins the value of the shoe. They knew what they were sending me because the damage is super obvious. Don't do business with Flight Club unless you want to get your money stolen.
Their online customer service is absolute no smiley face. I ordered from the goat no problem but flight club had some 12 flu's I just had to have. So I ordered them it took a week to process my order then after waiting and seeing the pending charge on my card a week later they declined it and told me to use PayPal. Tried to look for a customer service number there wasn't one. If I'm trying to order something and there's an issue why can't I call and talk to someone. Deleted app and will never attempt to purchase with them again.

Took like 2 weeks to recieve.
Then recieved the left shoe fake. After i put them on i immediately felt it was "off"
Then after comparing with other js and the right shoe, the stichings, the logo, smh.

Like where do I actually $#*!ing begin, let's start like this: I placed an order DAYS before Christmas and chose the fastest possible shipping service, which means they should have been here before Christmas, and they are not. Flight club might as well be called late club, because every time I have bought off this god forsaken flea market, my shoes came 1-2 months AFTER I purchased them. Secondly, if you want overpriced, counterfeit shoes, please go to flight club, because my third time buying from them I realized something wasn't right about the Jordan 1, s that I bought, I took them to a sneaker expert and lone behold, they were completely fake. Lastly, if you were to so choose to refund anything you bought for whatever reason. Well too bad, because flight club DOESNT OFFER returns. I am at a complete loss of works for this $#*! flea market for shoes. Overpriced, fake, and late. If your want horrible overpriced counterfeit items, pleas go to flight club because they suck horse $#*!. I hope that anyone who affiliates with this god damn place dies a slow, painful death. Cheers
I order the wrong shoe by mistake tried to cancel the order before it was shipped they ignore it and they send it anyway I would never order from them anymore
I bought some shoes from flight club and they never arrived. I emailed them after email and those son of a $#*!es didnt even respond to nothing. Didnt give my money back nor replaced my shoes. But I will be contacting BBB on that $#*!. Worst experience ever...
Terrible experience. Poor customer service, over priced and no remorse for their mistakes, referencing "all sales are final." Save your money and buy from a more reputable company that stands behind their product. These are just a bunch of street-hustlers looking for a quick dollar.

I witnessed a young person short only a few cents maybe. 40 cents short and the cashier told this kid no that he couldn't get the sneakers because of that. I said wow. I just hope that she doesn't have a child and be short for that formula or pampers. The boy did get the sneaker I made sure of that.
I was at the New York City establishment recently and I bought a pair of yeezy zebra v2s for 604$. After that I walked around a bit more and then went home granted I live in Tennessee. I didn't fool with the shoes Bc I didn't want to get them dirty. When I got home I looked in the box and had 2 left shoes I've tried contacting them via Email and phone they have no working phone number and I haven't got a response via email. If you are thinking about purchasing from this company don't they are $#*! along with their terrible customer service
This was my first order from flight club I was do hesitant to order from there because of the reviews I read but I must say I'm glad I did the shoes I ordered for my husband are perfect just what I know he wants (their for our anniversary next month) He is going to love them, thanks flight club and I will be ordering again.
I order a pair of pink & white Jordan 11s on 5/16/19 I have heard anything from them about my order they haven't responded to me I have emailed them several times there's no number to call them I went thru Afterpay all I know is if my shoes not here before my next payment I want my money back I will not pay on nothing that I haven't received flight club is a bunch of bs
I placed an order for Two (2) Yeezy Shoes."Adidas Menyeezy boost 350 "turtle dove", 1, Adidas Menyeezy boost 350 v2 "zebra", 1" But what they delivered to me was a FAke Gucci Wallet. It was supposedly a gift for my son. We tried so hard to save the money we spent for that order but we were fooled. I hope Flight Club Shoes, the legit one should lift their finger and find this TAG ******* WHO TOOK OUR ORDER AND PUT THEM IN JAIL.
This company is a scam. Be aware that there are no returns, their return policy is that there is none. And why is that? Because they sell fake shoes. I ordered a pair of Jordans, received them, and right away could tell something was wrong. Flimsy box, etc. Took them to a few reputable stores (Foot locker, etc) and it was obvious mine were fake. So when I emailed them about my situation, want to know what their reply was? Zero. None. Ran away like cowards instead of facing the implication that they are selling fake sneakers. So if anyone wants some fake Jordans, they can have mine. Because FlightClub, who knowingly sold them to me, won't issue a return or even email me back.
If you have an issue with these guys like I did, file a complaint with better business bureau and the complaint will get resolved like mine did, in fact BBB are probably one of the best businesses I have dealt with. My case was solved within 12 hours. Therefore If you are having an issue with shipping, customer service, ordering or anything like that don't waste your time trying to get onto Flight Club. Go straight to BBB

I read a ton of reviews after placing my order and was a little scared to say the least, but my order arrived in 7 days and they are authentic and very nice.
This is really emberrasing. I consigned and purchased shoes from Flight club years ago, and candidly; it is not the same outfit and beyond a nightmare of an operation as a consigner. I sent 40k worth of shoes there 4 weeks ago consisting of 11 pairs and only received confirmation on 10 arriving. I immediately asked for a return to sender for all of the shoes when I discovered customer service is non-existent. It really is non-existent. The reps via email send automated messages that don't help whatsoever. I have received 6 now stating they are escalating the matter. 3 weeks later, zero response. It is horrendous, emberrasing and almost at the point where it could be deemed theft. I would encourage any consigner to go elsewhere. Yes, they say that their prices will command a higher commission. Only problem is that will be years from now if ever on most pairs, and good luck trying to manage your property if there are any issues. It is sad. Very sad, considering how much of my collection originated there. As of today, I wouldn't buy one thing nor consign one piece of merchandise there. I would honestly rather sell my shoes and lose money than deal with the headaches that have surfaced from FC/GOAT. I give them 2 year before their physical operations are shut down and everything is sold by the seller through GOAT. I beg little kids to beware of this place in many facets. It has been a nightmare for me and could end up costing a lot of money for simply doing what they asked of me.
