I bought 3 pairs of shoes which have never arrived... all my emails were met with responses from a Chinese company and will not refund... don't be a fool and keep away from this scammers website

Ordered shoes from my cell using apple pay, incorrect address was auto filled when purchase was completed. Immediately reached out to them about this issue providing the correct address. They stated they could not help before the item even shipped. I asked to cancel and replace the order and they declined that. I called ups to reroute and they said only the sender could do this. I informed them again to please change the address or send to my local ups store so i could retrieve with my ID and they declined that as well. They delivered to the front door of my old address at a student living facility. Would never order shoes with them again!

Whomever works at flight club or is associated with them should be condemned directly to the deepest depths of hell. Pure theives.

Ordered a pair of shoes for my granddaughter realized withing 10 minutes I ordered wrong size. They would not let me change size or cancel order. Stole my 146.00 and then their site wont allow you to remove your credit card information. They are unethical SCAMMERS BEWARE dont order from them!

Just got my university gold 9 in they are legit clean condition delivery process was a little delay which is understandable due to COVID very happy i got the shoes and look forward to doing business again

Got my sb dunks in less then a week and they were legit, read a lot of reviews and got nervous but I highly recommend flight club.

I keep emailing them for the refund on shoes they've sent completely damage... I'm attaching pics so you can see it yourself! I am very disappointed!

What you think your buying, and what is sent to you are two different things. You don't get to exchange or refund. Paid for a shoes I don't want. Don't make this mistake. Buy somewhere else. False advertising. Taking peoples money and deceiving them.

I received my order in 2 days and I am completely satisfied with my order. My only complaint was price

Was sent the wrong color and cannot get a response to my request for a refund or exchange. BEWARE, they do say that they DO NOT allow returns, however they allege that they will if you receive the wrong item, which is proving to be a problem. Do not buy from them.

I do not recommend buying shoes from flight club because they will not exchange them for a bigger size I spent $200 with shipping and tax and can't even wear my shoes because they don't fit very dissatisfied I will never buy from this company again

I placed a order on flight club for 2 pair of yeezys. One prices at almost $500 the other one priced at $660. I only received a refund for one. The second sneaker priced at $660 still hasn't been refunded. I've been emailing and still a week later no response. These were important Christmas gifts. Never again will I order from this site. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

DO NOT purchase shoes from Flight Club. My son followed the guidelines of ordering shoes a size larger. When the shoes arrived, they were too small. Flight Club stated that they will not refund his money or exchange the shoes. The misinformation about size is their error. My son worked very hard for his money and they keeping it. You are better off going through the Nike or Footlocker websites!

It's been a long hole month and I made the mistake of getting my package sent to the wrong address and went down to the post office and they told me what I needed to do and did my part of getting my address fixed but when I reached out to these pricks they kept sending me this bs message that these random people will contact me and they NEVER do and I feel like they are made up names to make you feel like your issue will be resolve. I will never recommend anybody to purchase from this site. If you do only do STADIUM GOODS. Flight club is a joke
