Modern day Robbery

I placed an order with them. I then realized that my previous address in a different state was auto filled and reached out to flight club before the order was shipped. They told me that I would be able to change the address with the carrier. Once I reached out to fedex they told me that the address could be changed and that flight club would need to reach out to do it. Flight club refused to assist and reach out to fedex and told me they couldn't do anything to help. So I'm out of shoes and money. Never order from them I would not have given them a star or I did not have to.

I was purchasing a size 11 and the invoice, after purchase, said size 4. They will not provide me a refund nor will they provide me a credit. I cancelled 5 minutes after I saw the invoice and they shipped the item two days later. There needs to be a class action suit against them some where, due to the overwhelming reviews I have read with the similar problems of not receiving a refund for poor or horrific merchandise. I will be taking legal action. Any one with me can reach out *******@gmail.com only if your serious.
I will also take to social media to utilize those methods to get information to the masses to avoid FLIGHT CLUB as they have illegitimate company practices

Buyer Beware!

Shoes are 100% fake. You get what you pay for. I ordered a size 5.5 Nike for my daughter and when they arrived they were the same size as my sons 3.5. Customer service is a joke... Buyer Beware!

I ordered from them and paid even extra to have the shoes sooner but the size are smaller than normal. There's no exchange or cancelation. There's plenty more websites to order I would not recommend ordering from here at all.

Ordered two pair of shoes from them. I received one pair very fast but the other pair took a couple Of weeks because it was shipped from GOAT NJ. Very satisfied with the service.

One of the many covid cancellations, I had also purchased flight insurance from Manulife (never bother; they don't honor their claims). I had my refund approved; never got it.

Flighthub.com's sales reps are in India of course and just hang up on you, lie to you, etc.

The "refund" phone number does not allow you to do anything but book more flights.

I have sat on another line waiting an hour; no one's answering.

In future, I will never insure my flight, and I will only buy direct from the airline, at the airport itself.

I ordered the air jordan 1 university blue, box and shoes came damaged and missing shoe laces. They refuse any returns only offering a 45 dollar credit on my next purchase. This is by far the worst company I've ever purchased anything from! DO NOT buy your shoes here!

Order Never Arrived

I ordered a pair of Jordan Mids a week and a half ago, and was told my shoes would arrive today. UPS notified me that my shoes were delivered earlier, however there was no package anywhere on my property. This could be a UPS issue rather than Flight Club, but I have been unable to contact either company to figure out what has happened to my order. I have seen many reviews stating they recieved fake shoes, but I have gotten no shoes at all. Don't order from this website, find another like StockX or Goat.

Air Jordan Mid 1's

Got my shoes in less than a week worn them twice so far.
They came brand new clean and fresh like I bought them directly from the Nike warehouse.
About to by 2 or 3 more pair.
My fiancee also buys Nike Air Max from them had hasn't had any issues.

*** Buyer Beware!

This is a scam company, my shoes were suppose to be brand new! My shoes had scuff marks on the outside of the shoe, there was dead skin on the inside of the shoes from someone trying them on with out a sock. The inside of the shoe had small sock balls stuck to the inside side part. Sooooo nasty, I contacted the company Feb. 19,2021 and still no update on refunding me back my money! This is a waste of time and good hard earned money!

Ordered a pair of Nike Turbos. Put them on to try on and the heel came away on the sole. I emailed, and they basically said nothing could be done. Rubbish customer service, a waste of $160, and I do not recommend. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered some white jays in new condition and they came dirty and creased I emailed for an exchange and they never got back to me I recommend calling your bank and disputing charges with your purchase because flight club customer service does not care about you and the $#*!ty shoes they sent you, keep your money away from this company
