FLIGHT CLUB IS HORRIBLE SO MY WIFE ORDERED ME SOME SHOES FOR MY BIRTHDAY PUT THE ORDER IN WITH OUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AND EVERYTHING MIND YOU OUR BILLING ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT FROM OUR MAILING ADDRESS SO THEY SENT IT TO THE BILLING ADDRESS IT GET INTERCEPTED SOMEHOW SOMEWAY LIKE WE DON'T STAY AT THAT ADDRESS NO MORE THEN WE STATE OUR ISSUE AND WE GOTTA GO THRU A WHOLE LOTTA BULLS*** TO TRY AND GET THEM RESHIPPED SO SUPPOSEDLY THEY SEND THEM AGAIN AND THEY TELL MY WIFE TO GO TO A UPS AND PICC THEM UP AT A CERTAIN LOCATION AND TIME SHE SHOW UP THE SHOES AIN'T THERE LIKE WTF AND TO TOP IT OFF YOU GUYS DON'T HAVE A DIRECT LINE SO IRRITATING NEVER AGAIN

Bought, paid for and nowhere to be seen! I'm not sure this company even exists! Stay AWAY! Shoe broker, not in any way helpful.

Do not order from here I ordered some shoes for school paid 352.98 and have yet to get my shoes asked for a refund no response cause it says they were delivered by fed ex I have ring nothing was delivered to my house and I'm mad as hell I want my money back and idk what to do now

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered infant yeezy dark slates on Friday for my son's second birthday. After reading reviews (after I already made the purchase) I was terrified they would never come or be fake/damaged. The shoes came in a timely manner, 6 days:. The issue is they smell COMPLETELY like MOLD so they are not able to be worn! And I could bet they're knock offs. The material is so cheaply made I would be shocked if they were real. The smell of mold is so bad I have them sitting outside in their box right now! I thought flight club was a pretty popular store/website. There is NO WAY this is the same flight club that was in NY. For $290 shoes that can't be worn? I will definitely be disputing the charge. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing, I was just in a bind trying to get my sons birthday outfit together. Now, I am still in a bind for his birthday tomorrow. Like every one else has stated… STAY FAR AWAY!

I recommend not ordering anything online from this this company if you no want to losses money and time plus at very poor costumer service not recommended at all

Would definitely love to give a 0/5. I ordered here only got one pair of the shoes out of 3 and i went to the bank the next day and all my money was taken it was tracked back to fight club but nobody can reach them. At this point i have lost over thousands of dollars that was for keeping my house! Don't buy from here you will get scammed in every way that there is.

Worst customer service EVER! First of all, you can't call them, only email. And the emails you get are "stock emails" that don't help. Takes days/weeks to get an answer. DHL lost our shoes, and Fight Club will not refund my money or send a new pair of shoes. BUYER BEWARE! Will be reporting to BBB.

I place order has been and it has been processing for a week. I will never order from here again.And no customer service number only email

I ordered shoes 6/12/21 for $312.00 9 days in the order still said processing so I reached out to them to check the status. They responded by saying the seller didnt send the merchandise out in time but not to worry they found a new seller and the shoes would be sent out soon 6/25/21 we get an email saying the seller cancelled my orderd and a refund will be issued in a week. Such garbage no way to call and speak to anyone just via email and ot will be a total of 3.5 weeks from date of purchase before I can get a resolution ie my money. Don't order from this garbage company unless you want to waste your time.

I have placed an order from this website over two weeks ago and the order has still not shipped. I have contacted customer service many times and they never get back to me with anything concrete. After me sending four separate emails and 9 days of waiting they finally say they will escalate the issue and get back to me, and I can reply to their email for quicker contact. I have now replied to their email several times and there is simply no answer. They have no phone numbers and I am honestly scared I will never see those shoes or my money again.

I purchased Yeezy slides "PURE" and they took a month to come, in which they came from China, so the writing couldn't be read, but on the box, the size was unisex. This would be the third pair I purchased and none of the others are packaged the same, the slides don't fit my feet at all. I complained to Flight Club and sent several messages regrading the situation. They informed me to start a claim, but I want other people to know, Flight Club is not legit as they claim to be and after investigating and finding research they sold me fake slides and since I found out they're willing to open up a claim but I have to provide extra information, when at the end of the day I paid for real slides to get something from China that doesn't come close to my size.

Emailed to cancel my order about an hour after ordering, I'm just getting a response 2:00 this morning about how they cnt cancel my order due to my order already had been processed. Of course you cnt cancel my order 5 days later. No customer service number just emails. Flight Club need to do better. This is my last order from this company.

I ordered a pair a shoes for my niece they sent me the wrong size and refuse to return or refund! Wish I could give negative 10 stars

I bought shoes still in same box came in and tags still on and i showed them everything still the same and they telling me that they cant return it wtf is wrong with u pepole scamers

Who ever reads this please i repeat please do not order from them. Ordered sneakers they sent UPS a label marking the day of arrival never sent the shoes and when reaching out to them they never responded. Its like they took 400.00 dollars from me and no sneakers. My boyfriend orderd from stock x sneakers came before mine. Beware of them

Their customer service sucks they messed ovsr my order and fault me because of it they wouldn't refund me my money. The shoe had a defect and they told me to get it or wait 3 more weeks to get another I wanted a refund then I told them I was moving and he said call the post office to change come to find out they can't only them
